• gonzalo (8/5): Desepcionante visita a Catania. - Ubicación, muy bien equipada. Dormitorio en planta alta muy bajo menos de 1.60, había que andar agachado para no romperse la cabeza. Mala comunicación con los propietarios, siempre a través de Boocking con la demora que ello implica.
• Greta (9/5): - La posizione in centro ottima con il posto auto riservato davanti l'ingresso, perfetto per spostarsi a piedi. Casa silenziosa, fresca, pulita e profumata. Letto comodissimo. Un pochino scomodo il soffitto mansardato nella zona notte.
• Gianna (10/5): Top Lage, super Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und die Lage einfach Top (in wenigen Minuten ist man direkt am Hauptplatz). Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Super fanden wir, dass das Parken so unkompliziert war und einen Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen haben. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Nichts

Il parcheggio davanti alla porta un plus La pulizia non era il massimo, abbiamo trovato un millepiedi e uno scarafaggio. Il mobile sotto il lavandino in cucina era muffito e, all'apertura, emanava un odore terribile La lavatrice non è utilizzabile, se non a pagamento. Mi è stato risposto che è specificato, ma in descrizione c'è scritto che è disponibile un servizio lavanderia a pagamento. Io con questi termini intendo che qualcuno ritiri i panni sporchi e me li riconsegni puliti.

La petite place où se trouve le logement est calme la nuit. La literie est bonne. Le séjour est grand, agréable. La salle de bain est pourvue d'une douche large et puissante. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cet appartement et l'hôte s'est montré arrangeant, accueillant et disponible. /

• Giovanni (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Kitea come coppia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è accogliente, molto pulito e curato nei dettagli. La posizione è ottima, comoda per muoversi e visitare Catania. I proprietari sono persone davvero attente, disponibili e simpatiche, sempre pronti a dare consigli utili. Grande valore aggiunto il parcheggio auto comodissimo proprio davanti all’appartamento, cosa non scontata in città. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente.

• Federica (9/5): Perfetto per girare Catania - Mi è piaciuta la posizione dell’appartamento, molto comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni, possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto davanti al portone. Molto pulito e il proprietario molto gentile.

Locatia Casa Kitea este foarte aproape de toate obiectivele din Catania, la 10-15 min de plimbare de toate obiectivele, recomand, cu caldura, curat , bucatarie mica dar cu de toate! Locul de dormit de la etaj, stiam de la inceput ca e jos, incomfortabil pentru ce mai inalti

• Maciej Bok (9/5): - Serdeczny i gościnny gospodarz – bardzo pomocny, na naszą prośbę bez problemu zorganizował poranny transport na lotnisko. Na powitanie dostaliśmy wino, co było miłym gestem. Aneks kuchenny jest niewielki, ale dobrze wyposażony. Kanapa w salonie wygodna. Kwatera położona kilka minut spacerem od fontanny ze słoniem, Castello Ursino i Teatro Antico. Około 25 minut pieszo do dworca kolejowego i tyle samo do plaży. W okolicy mnóstwo restauracji i sklepów, a na pobliskim targu rybnym można kupić świeże owoce morza i przyrządzić z nich dania w kuchni apartamentu. Z dworca można niedrogo dojechać pociągiem do Messiny, Taorminy czy Syrakuz, a autobusem spod dworca – za niecałe 7 euro w obie strony – do dolnej stacji kolejki linowej na Etnę! Bardzo przyjemne miejsce na pobyt w Katanii – zdecydowanie polecam! Pralka dodatkowo płatna. Sypialnia znajduje się na antresoli – jest przytulna, ale z racji adaptacji ma niski sufit, więc warto uważać na głowę.

• Tomi (8/5): Dilo je dobro bivanje. - všeč mi je bilo to, da se apartma nahaja le par korakov stran od samem centru mesta. Super je tudi to, da imate svoj privat parking, kar je v cataniji velika redkost. Trgovine z živili in pekarna so bi čez cesto. Nastanitev je velika in prostorna No to kar me je motilo sem vedela že pred prihodom in sicer to, da je nad vhodnimi vrati zelo veliko okno, ki se ga ne da zatemniti in ti ponoči razvetljuje sobo, zjutraj pa že zgodaj posijejo sonce skozi. Prav tako sem vedela, da ima spalnica, ki se nahaja na zgornjem nadstropju zelo nizek strop, tako da moraš hoditi sklonjen. Kljub vsemu je zmagal parking. Mogoče bi priporočila, če bi se v kopalnici nahajal šampon in milo, saj ko priletim z avionom ti to nekoliko manjka.

La douche est spacieuse et tout est fonctionnel. L’emplacement à 10 min à pied de la cathédrale : parfait. C’est très agréable et rassurant d’avoir une place de parking privative également devant le logement. Le logement donne sur une petite place où il peut y avoir du bruit (on y était le week-end). Nous avons manqué de lumière de jour car il y en a pas mais sinon tout était parfait !

It was also quite surprisingly quiet, and also very comfortable, even for 4 adults with child, we just needed to be careful with the stairs. The owner also provided baby cot :) The parking is a bit hard, but it is normal for city center, we were just glad there was one! We'd definitely stay there again.

• Ankur (8/5): Cozy and spacious apartment with all the facilities we needed - The apartment was comfortable, spacious and cozy with a bedroom upstairs and all its facilities downstairs. It was fairly clean except for a few dishes that we needed to wash again before use. There was decent coffee powder and a stovetop coffee maker. There was a (probably old?) wok pot that we used to cook our food, and it was not only sticky but the teflon surface seemed to be peeling off and there were many little black particles in our food. We even considered discarding the food because of this. It was quite difficult getting rid of these particles.

• Livia (9/5): Real gem in center of Catania - The location is really walking distance to the city center. Finding the place was a bit difficult, it is located in a small square not on the street, which is a big advantage due the safe parking. The streets in Catania are really narrow. We stayed with two kids - one toddler and one baby - the bedroom is located upstairs - nice spacious but be carefull the ceiling is low. Kitchen was well equipped, bathroom was big and clean and i can not think of better location to explore the center of Catania. Washing machine is available for a small fee. Thank you Alessia. Everything was perfect for a 2 night stay Maybe a bit thicker blanket and pillows would make the staying there more comfortable
• Lorena (10/5): Perfect stay, highly recommend. - Very nice house with all facilities, in the heart of Catania historical center, surrounded by coffee shops, markets, bakeries etc. We found ourselves in the middle of an old,colourful neighbourhood, where all people knew each other, and it felt like home. The owner was a very nice person, giving tips and advices for places and beaches to go. We really enjoyed our stay there.

• Zea (10/5): Just what we needed. - A little gem in the heart of Catania. The location was amazing. Perfect for exploring the city. So close to the centre, so it was easy to pop back if you need some quiet time (or drop off shopping.) Parking was essential as we had a hire car and we couldn't ask for better. Alessia was a very accommodating host. Her dad was in the shop next door and was very friendly too! Loved that we could log into our Netflix account on the smart tv, when we just wanted to chill in the apartment, which was comfortable and relaxing as well as very modern and lovingly restored. Lovely bakeries around for morning pastries. We'd reccomend trying the Sicilain wine which some of them also sell. No reflection on the property, but make sure you have Google maps ready, as some of the streets are chaotic when trying to find it. But, we found a lot of the city like that.
