• O (9/5): - Convenient location, easily walkable to the "touristy" bits of Tbilisi. Comfortable room. Good wifi. Parking outside the accommodation is only allowed from 8pm to 8am. I was checking out early so it didn't matter, but can imagine it would have been inconvenient if I wanted a late check out.

Location was perfect- close to main attractions like waterfall and baths Hosts were so sweet, kind and helpful- wanted to tell them I absolutely loved them but I don’t speak Georgian.. К сожалению, когда мы приехали не было горячей воды. Выбирали это место для остановки после пересечения границы и долгой дороги, поэтому невозможность сходить в душ была досадной.

• Tatsiana (10/5): Хозяева и арартаменты к которым хочется вернуться! - Прекрасные апартаменты в самом сердце Тбилиси. Наш любимый район, все рядом! Уютные, функциональные, абсолютно все необходимое есть, чисто, кондиционер, сильный напор воды, чистые белоснежные постельные наборы и полотенца. И, самое главное, прекрасные хозяева! К нашему приезду подготовили нам парковочное место и ждали нас. За это отдельная благодарность! Обязательно еще вернемся! -

• Somayeh (5/5): Passable - ظاهر ساختمان نسبتا خوب بود و در کل بد نبود تخت دو نفره خیلی صدا میداد و حشرات داشت و ما شب وقتی به منزل رسیدیم اقامت خود را تمدید کردیم و من در بوکینگ یک شب اضافه کردم و خودشان هم پیام تایید برایم فرستادن ولی فردا قبل از ظهر ما را بیرون کردن و هر چقدر رزرو بوکینگ را نشان دادم با تایید آن قبول نکردن و ما را بیرون کردن و وقت زیادی از ما تلف کردن😥😕

• Pamela (10/5): Self-contained and pleasant room in a lively and interesting area, hosts are terrific. - The hosts of New Meidan are two extremely sweet people, and they reside there. The guesthouse consists of four rooms and a long hallway. My double room had everything necessary for a good stay; so it is a good place for budget travelers, with the location near Old Town sights, the Sulphur baths, many shops and cafes, so, very convenient. The pictures online are accurate. The kitchen has one basic cooking burner, dishes, a refrigerator and sink. My bathroom had a shower stall. The small window is at the back of the room, it faces a classic Georgian courtyard with local houses, and is not too noisy. The room was quiet for sleeping, which i enjoyed. The other rooms have slightly different shapes and dimensions, and they face onto the main street. I liked all, but bear in mind there’s a steep and cobblestoned climb up from the River area and the old center. The guesthouse door is not marked, but the accommodation is quite close to Eleven Inn which is on the corner of Firdousi and Grishashvili streets. You must ring the bell whenever you want to enter the guesthouse. The hosts speak minimal English but speak Georgian and Russian. They took care of any problems I had immediately. So speak up if you need anything.

• Anna (8/5): A Good place to stay . - The house was clean and comfy . The owners were very friendly and helpful all the time. It wasn't spacious enough for a quadruple room . Especially if you've got 4 or more baggages . The road construction was going on so we had to climb uphill half the time as some taxi drivers dropped us off at the main road.
• Akbar (7/5): Good - Location was in the old city near the suphur baths. The old man manning the operation was really friendly and helpful. The place was pretty basic but good enough if you are looking for a no frills place with a matching price. Good wifi. Clean bathroom. No complaints.

• Igor (8/5): A nice small apartment to relax after a day in Tbilisi - Great location for the price, 5 minutes away from the heart of old Tbilisi. The owners are very kind and helpful, the best we've met in 4 different places in Georgia. The property is in brand new condition, it's a guest house with several apartments. Overall a positive experience here. There's no AC, it was not hot in early June, but might be an issue for hotter months. This is ground floor and the windows go to the backyard, which can get loud and busy sometimes. For privacy you'd have to keep the curtains closed, not that there's any view from the window anyhow.
