Rochelle (3/5): Misleading advertisement - When the agent contacted me to confirm my arrival time, I was informed about a key deposit. I informed her that it was not advertised as such and she said that the owner insisted on it even though it was not mentioned before. I informed her that it is false advertisement. A hour later I saw that the advertisement was amended to indicate the key deposit. I found this to be very unethical. Upon arrival the agent started to record us when my husband started to count out the cash and she said that she is not going ro take the money anymore. This was very distasteful and spoiled the atmosphere as we were looking forward to a relaxed weekend. When I complained about the wifi, I only received a response the next morning.

Shaikh (8/5): Everything was amazing, loved the stay. However, we were told later on after I booked, that we have to give a deposit of - Loved where the apartment was in terms of the location, very clean. The showering, the apartment had two bathrooms, two people cannot shower at the same time. That’s the only drawback, but it’s manageable.
