• Amélie (4/5): Hôtel très bruyant face aux pyramides - La proximité des pyramides: visibles de la chambre et du toit terrasse où nous prenions le petit déjeuner et où il est possible de manger à tout moment de la journée - le bruit: insupportable !! Nous avons eu l’impression de dormir au milieu dans la rue!! - le jaccuzi ne fonctionnait pas - la salle de bain minuscule: la douche qui coule littéralement sur les toilettes et donc toute la salle qui se trouve inondée après une douche - l’insistance du personnel à nous vendre des Excursions organisés hors de prix, venant même à nous déranger dans notre chambre à 22h!

• Sergio Naranjo (10/5): Great Hotel in Cairo - The hotel was great, the bedrooms very comfortable and beautiful, one of them with jacuzzi and the other one with a living room, the beds were very comfy. The breakfast was amazing, typical Egypt breakfast, delicious and a lot and you can see the pyramids from the last floor. Merci tout particulier à Ayman le responsable qui se démène pour vous faciliter votre voyage ( service transfére a l'hôtel de l aéroport, aide pour organisation des visites...) il est vraiment à l' écoute et il nous a mis a disposition une chambre à la fin de notre visite des pyramides afin de pouvoir se rafraîchir et se reposer avant de nous déposer à la gare pour la suite de notre voyage. Je vous recommande de faire les excursions qu'il propose il s'adapte vraiment à ce que vous recherchez et demandez le chauffeur guide Moham il est au top vraiment très sympathique et serviable 👍 Bon je pense que vous avez compris on a adoré 😉 Tout top

• Bruno (10/5): Belle escapade en famille au Caire - Emplacement très pratique pour visiter les pyramides et le grand musée égyptien (10-15 minutes en uber, pour environ 2 euros) ou aller dîner sur une terrasse de l’hôtel Mena House. Le centre du Caire (citadelle, zamalek, khan el khallilli, quartier copte, etc) est à 30 minutes en taxi ainsi que le mall of Arabia dans les nouveaux quartiers. L’aéroport international du Caire est à 40 minutes. La chambre est propre, spacieuse pour une famille de 4, et bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables et la climatisation est pratique. Des bouteilles d’eau sont fournies à volonté. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et la vue de la terrasse, avec les pyramides, le désert au fond et face à un rare grand jardin privé de Gizeh, est magnifique. Merci à Amir pour son accueil sympathique le matin et le très bon petit déjeuner!

• Tracy (8/5): Wonderful Staff & Clean and spacious - The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the room was great value and big and spacious with a lovely view of the pyramids from the roof. Two things to note, the traffic noise is quite intense (although I did sleep okay) and there are limited vegan/veg options - the food is brought in from another hotel in their chain.
• Vishaal (8/5): Perfect! - De receptie mensen waren heel behulpzaam! Vooral Ayman legde alles goed uit in het Engels en was altijd behulpzaam als er wat was. Verder Mariam, Manaa en nog een jongen die achter de receptie was altijd vriendelijk. Locatie was dichtbij de Pyramides een aanrader als je alleen voor de pyramides sphinx gaat. Het ligt 40min van de centrum vandaan en de airport met uber. Het ontbijt was echt top! Van 07.00 tot 11.00. Als je die tijden niet red dan kan je altijd aan Ayman vragen of je later kan eten of eerder kan eten. Hij regelt het gelijk! En de bediening van de restaurant Sameer was altijd behulpzaam en vroeg wat je wilt eten en dan bracht hij het. Als je daar gaat vraag vooral veel advies aan Ayman. Hij legt alles goed uit hoe de geschiedenis van Caïro is. Echt een topper! Er is wel veel geluidsoverlast van het verkeer. Er rijden veel auto’s die toeteren. Maar heel Caïro is het druk met verkeer en auto’s die toeteren.

Non mi è piaciuto il rumore che si sentiva da fuori fortissimo e il bagno che non ha la doccia separata ma l’acqua va ovunque e si riempie tutto il bagno

• Jade (8/5): Unforgettable views of the pyramids - Amazing view of the pyramids! While eating breakfast on the rooftop you can just gaze at them! The breakfast was also superb! Traditional Egyptian food was sooo delicious! (Vegan/vego friendly food) The staff were very helpful. Manaa at reception did an excellent job helping us to organise tours. Our driver Mohammad was very punctual and friendly. Samir on the rooftop provided excellent service during breakfast catering to our needs. The dinner menu was a little expensive and limited options for vegan/vego. It has a great view of the pyramids but the location is a bit far from anywhere else to explore that is exciting. You need to get a car to drive into the city area. But definitely worth staying if you love the pyramids!
• Haytham (9/5): We did enjoy but won’t return to this hotel - Lovely gardens , room was big , reception staff and managers were excellent The food was not that tasty for 5 star hotel, we have stayed in many 5 star hotels in sharm and had far nicer food with more restaurant choices ! Also the dr even though good and professional the price was so expensive ! Our little boy got a sickness and diarrhea bug and it cost us over £800 ukp to rehydrate him and medicine , which we know isn’t expensive in Egypt !!! He was there for 2 and 1/2 hours on iv … we said even if we took him to Harley street wouldn’t have cost this much !!! The beach is a long walk from the hotel would be better to have a shuttle bus running to take people with their bags etc ! The animation team were not entertaining and were hard to find !

Ayman,professionale e disponibile,è il manager che vi accoglierà alla reception con il suo staff (Mohamed eccezionale!) e renderà il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L'hotel ha anche organizzato un transfer dall'aeroporto con vettura e autista (top). La colazione abbondante offre una selezione di piatti locali e internazionali(dolci e salate) Se non sapete dove cenare loro vi accompagneranno nel ristorante del Rooftop7000, un altra loro struttura, per una serata memorabile Giza è un po' rumorosa (come tutto il Cairo)

Too much noise from the traffic (constant honking of horns) I wish there were more vegan options and bigger portions for breakfast. There should be an area of the rooftop with a shade structure because the sun is very intense.

Everything was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff cleans rooms daily. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was excellent – a wide variety of delicious local, fresh food. It was a great way to start the day with such breakfast and looking at pyramides. A special thanks to our concierge Ayman, who was always available, incredibly helpful, and answered all our questions with a smile. The entire staff was kind, welcoming, and truly made us feel at home. The only small downside was the noise from the street, which could be heard at times.
• Kimberley (7/5): Stay with a baby - The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped take my stuff up to the room each day because I had a 4 month baby, carpet and bags during my tour. There was plenty to eat at breakfast, falafel, eggs, foul, cheese, salad, eggplant, fries, yoghurt, bread, cake, biscuits. You could see the pyramids well from the rooftop but not so good from your room unless you really looked. It was fast to get to the pyramids as they were fairly close The room was large and newly renovated, nice and dark at night, just open the curtains fully in the winter to let the sun in to warm up the room or its cold There wasn't really hot water, so the jacuzzi wasn't really of use because it was to cold and you had to have a quick shower to have hot water. One time we had no water but was quickly fixed. Before we booked, we rung and asked about a baby cot/extra mattress to which they said they had. We also put it on the request also. When we got there, after 1am, wanting to sleep they said there was none and the baby could sleep in the bed with me. Which I wasn't okay with after about 25 minutes they had a baby bed for us. It took awhile to find the driver, when we were picked up from the airport. They told me he was outside terminal 2 but there was multiple exit doors and crowds of people. We had to ring him. It would be great if the driver could be inside close to the doors where you come out by passport/bag control for ease. Outside is noisey but that's most of Egypt and it didnt effect our sleep.
• Arev (8/5): Value for money paid - Its value for money. They give you a lot of food at breakfast and breakfast is included in price. I paid $36/day It’s a brand new hotel which is nice. The front desk guy was always helpful. The gal at breakfast was very kind too. My only complaints is you can hear the traffic and also people in hall way at elevator in your room so doors and windows aren’t sound proof. The card key I needed to ask twice to fix it as I could not enter my room. The shower water kept going cold then hot again over over again I mentioned these items to the guy at front desk so they correct them. When ordering uber in this part of town (Giza unlike Cairo) the uber will try to get cash so take a screen shot of your uber driver and quick photo of him before getting in and put your luggage on seat next to you for safety. This has nothing to do with the hotel but Egypt issue. Refuse cash and tell them it’s illegal. My safety tip. The hotel guy stood with me and helped me till I found an honest uber driver to airport. Thx to him.

If it had a self service laundry facility it would be perfect but it’s still an excellent hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

• Toliver (9/5): Nice, clean, and modern room. Staff is excellent. - Extremely clean, modern, and new. They also supply you with water, coffee, and tea. Friendly, attentive staff. It’s basically perfect but would be even better with a laundry facility. Nonetheless it’s a beautiful hotel! I didn’t want to leave.
