• FABRIZIO (2/5): Sconsiglio vivamente un soggiorno in quella struttura. Faccio salva solo la cortesia del personale. - Nulla, tranne la cortesia del personale. Il personale ci ha accolto comunicandoci che, siccome c'era un guasto a una delle 2 caldaie, il nostro bagno in camera era privo di acqua calda; potevamo fare la doccia nel bagno comune in corridoio. Bagno in comune pulito ma in condizioni pessime: soffitto con vernice scrostata, vicino alla porta di ingresso (con un vetro rotto sostituito con un cartone) distacchi di intonaco. il bagno in camera (pulito) presentava vernice scrostata con piatto doccia probabilmente forato e tappato con una striscia di nastro americano. Porte interne della camera (ingresso e bagno) fatiscenti e scrostate. Serramenti delle finestre fatiscenti e scrostati, con vetri singoli finissimi (2 mm probabilmente). Vetri dei serramenti e impianto elettrico (ciabatta di derivazione priva di collegamento a terra) probabilmente non compatibili con normali condizioni di sicurezza dovute da una struttura di accoglienza. Il prezzo pagato (90 euro/notte + 4,20 euro di tassa di soggiorno) non è compatibile con le condizioni della struttura, in condizioni complessivamente fatiscenti.

• MARCO (1/5): - La famiglia che era lì ha cercato, senza riuscire, di farci dimenticare i disservizi, tra cui, quello più eclatante, la doccia senza acqua calda e per sostituire ci hanno portato dei secchi ... Crepe strutturali su tutta la est della casa. Doccia con lo scotch, televisione grandezza palmare, doccia senza acqua calda. Giardino completamente abbandonato. Casa dei giochi per bambini completamente occupata da attrezzi utilizzati per verniciare.

• Kateryna (8/5): - Объект размещения находится вблизи остановки на сам остров Венеции , рядом есть магазин , в номере было убрано , но общее состояние оставляет желать лучшего . В номерах нет теплой воды , она была только в общем душе . В этом общем душе ремонт аж кричит , трещины в стенах , сырость , запах , двери скотчем склеены . Все требует обновления . Сырость, неприятный запах , соотношение цена/качество , отсутствие горячей воды в номере .

• Alexandra (7/5): Great experience! - Overall good experience for the value. Yes, the room is basic but it looks like the pictures and met our expectations. What made the stay great was our host, Mr Bashar, who was extremely kind to us. We had an early flight departing the next morning and he reserved a taxi for us the night before and even woke up the next morning at 4AM to ensure that everything went smoothly. This really reassured us. Thank you again Mr Bashar!

Nos dejaron estacionar el auto dentro del hotel. A la noche había un olor a cigarrillo que no dejaba dormir... No hay un lugar para calentar comida o desayunar, ya que nos informaron que estaba cerrado el comedor. Falta un pequeño frigo en la habitación.

La possibilità di utilizzare la cucina per la colazione è stata un valore aggiunto. la posizione per raggiungere il tram per Venezia è ottima e l'host e sua moglie sono persone molto disponibili, cordiali e premurose. Ci hanno aspettato per il check-in malgrado il ritardo accumulato durante il viaggio.

Pas de petit-déjeuner fourni, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, pas de vue sur le jardin, une seule pièce pour 4 personnes avec une petite salle de bain, et une cuisine commune.

• Hung (5/5): Passable - It's fine considering the limited budget, can feel that the host wants to improve the living experience. The shampoo and body wash are out, and the Wi-Fi is unstable.

• Patryk (3/5): Not worth - good location, nice and helpful host, interesting neighborhood. unfortunately the place is terribly neglected. the rooms leave a lot to be desired, in the whole apartment and especially from the bathroom, there is a terrible stench, which for people more sensitive to smells can cause a gag reflex. the bathroom is in a terrible condition, unfortunately washing in it borders on a miracle. the worst thing is that the price is not low at all in relation to what you get. I do not recommend, I strongly advise against it.

• Arif (10/5): Exceptional - The room was larger than I expected. It had everything we needed to stay for one night and the owners were very kind. There's also a big kitchen downstairs that you can use to have or cook breakfast. Also there's a bus station and a tram station (T1) in 5 minutes walking range to go to Venice. You can go to Venice in 20-30 minutes from the hotel.
• Briceag (10/5): Worth your money - The house was clean, and the staff friendly. We had our own bathroom. There was soap, toilet paper, tooth paste, towels and a hair dryer. The room had AC warm or cold. And an extra fan. Also a small table. When we arrived the host gave us a bottle of water. Which was great, because we forgot to buy some. Maybe the fact that we had to unlock 3 diffrent doors. I wish i had just 1 key, for my room.

• Giuliana (1/5): I would not recommend this place! - I am afraid to say that there was nothing that enjoyed about my staying in this property. The room was way too small, and not nice looking and the bedding were not changed. In fact the linen to cover the mattress was filthy with hairs from previous client. There was no access to the internet and the furniture were run down. The room was too small and cramped. There wasn't even a table and a chair, and not even a proper wardrobe. Above all, the room was not clean! There were hairs on the sheet covering the mattress and for this reason I had to sleep on the duvet, since I didn't feel like getting under the covers. The bathroom was shared with at least 4 rooms if not 5 and the toilet flush didn't even work. I preferred not to take a shower because as for the room, the shower didn't seem clean. There wasn't even a working wifi. Certainly not worth the money I paid!
