Ben (1/5): Do NOT Book! - No one there to give me my keys, then they cancelled the reservation on me! Never will I book this apartment or from Booking.com again! They cancelled the reservation on me and did not refund my money.
Devin (1/5): Poor customer service, staff wasn’t present to accommodate reasonable check-in time & forfeited my reservation. - Was not admitted to the property after 9am. The staff was completely unresponsive & cancelled my reservation via automated email day-of despite communicating my check-in time well in advance.
Jonathan Zehle (1/5): I have no received any compensation and will be leaving a review if not rectified. - The Host attended the property at the wrong time (not the time we had agreed on) When I got there they refused access and I wasn't able to get into the room. I had to get expensive accommodation elsewhere because it was last minute. They could have given me access or even arranged access for the following day but they didn't offer that as an option
