• alberto guglielmo (9/5): Christos, ottima soluzione!! - Posizione perfetta, a 2 passi dalle spiagge e a 4 dal centro…ma al tempo stesso tranquilla e silenziosa visto che si trova in una laterale parallela ai locali e alle taverne. Camera grande, io ero solo ma anche in 2 sarebbe stata ottima. Letto matrimoniale, non così scontato in Grecia. Bagno piccolino ma completo e con doccia chiusa, niente bagno allagato!!! Prodotti per lavarsi di buon livello, addirittura organici e bio!! Cucinotto essenziale ma completo, con anche qualche stoviglia e piatti/bicchieri/posate, non posso valutarne la funzionalità perché non ho mai cucinato niente ma sembrava tutto in ordine. Buon Wi-Fi, veloce quel che serve per guardare film o serie tv sul telefono. Smart tv con netflix e Amazon prime. Sulla strada ho sempre visto parcheggi disponibili ma considerate che io sono andato ai primi di ottobre. Christos molto gentile e disponibile, ho tardato a causa dell’aereo e dei mezzi pubblici ma mi ha contattato lui e si è reso disponibile per ogni indicazione al fine di raggiungerlo agevolmente. Se si ha bisogno di lui abita a fianco o risponde sempre al telefono. Insomma, consiglio a tutti questo alloggio, si sta proprio bene. 2 minimi appunti, davvero solo per migliorare ulteriormente il servizio offerto: Impostare la tv in inglese, io ho provato a farlo ma dal greco non sono riuscito a trovare il cambio linguaggio!! Visto che è smart poteva essere bello collegare il telefono per musica e film/serie tv. Sopra al letto c’è una piccola finestra che non ha modo di essere oscurata se non tramite una tenda, io preferisco dormire totalmente al buio ma anche questa, come quella sopra, è una sciocchezza!!

They brought me a home prepared breakfast when I was sick and did not energy to go out shopping for breakfast. I would definately go again and again. Thank you for everything!

• Anna Livia (7/5): Insomma, non mi ha convinto - La posizione, in una strada più tranquilla rispetto al lungomare o alle stradine del centro ma comunque vicinissimo al mare al porto e in generale al centro città. Punteggio 10 per la doccia: piccola ma con una cipolla fissa enorme, pressione dell'acqua ottima fatto della docce fantastiche. Il doccino addirittura illuminato con i colori che cambiano mentre lo usi, superkich! Abbiamo apprezzato la bottiglia di acqua in frigo e anche la fetta di anguria - frigorifero grandezza normale. Non riesco a condividere i punteggi 10 che mi hanno convinto a prenotare qui. Non metto in dubbio la cortesia e accoglienza dell'host ma la struttura non si presenta bene soprattutto se si arriva a fine giornata. L'esterno mi è parso parecchio trasandato, anche accanto all'ingresso del monolocale che si fa da dietro alla macchina del proprietario. Lo stendino per asciugamani e costumi è proprio dietro la sua macchina. Il monolocale abbastanza ampio, è al piano terra ma una volta dentro si ha l'impressione di essere seminterrati. C'è una sola finestra alta che da sull'ingresso/strada che ovviamente non si può spalancare altrimenti ti vedono a letto e un'altra finestrina in bagno. Non si riesce a creare riscontro quindi abbiamo dovuto tenere sempre AC accesa, erano notti molto calde. A parte la doccia di cui ho detto sopra il bagno è molto piccolo. In ogni caso non lo consiglierei per soggiorni superiori a un paio di notti

• Irem (10/5): Christos is the best! - Christos was an amazing host! Very kind, helpful and always available to go the extra mile to help his guests. Aparts' position was perfect, both close to the beach and the center. Good for a couple of nights, clean kitchen and bathroom.

• Rita (10/5): Great and cosy stay - Christos apartment is at the very good location - close to the city center and the beach. Few minutes walk and you are at the restaurants area too. The apartment itself has everything needed. The family is friendly, warm and caring. It was a huge pleasure to stay with them. If I ever come back to Kos, I will definitely choose this place again!
• Mathew (9/5): Nice studio in a quiet residential area in Kos Town - This is a nice little studio apartment with basic necessary amenities, very close to the beach, and Kos Town center (harbor and Kos Town bus stop). The host is a friendly person who likes to interact with the guests. He gave nice suggestions to explore Kos Town. He responds to messages quickly. He gave the key in-person. The key submission was also easy. The apartment is in a quite street but there are plenty of nice eating places in the next parallel streets. Bike rental places are quite close. I could easily rent a bike for 5 Euro per day and travel around the town and the coastal area. Nothing, the stay was pleasant.

It is not a great place if you want to stay for a few days. The facilities are basic but kept very clean and tidy Kitchen could have been stocked with coffee, and sugar and such basic necessesties. The building itself is not very attractive,but is fine for just a night stay if you are passing py Kos
• Chelsey (9/5): Superb - Christos and his family were super friendly and welcoming, but also give you plenty of space. They very sweetly gifted me lots of fruit to enjoy and even left me a really cute Easter card and basket! The studio apartment has everything you need for a simple, self catered stay. I really appreciated being able to make tea and toasties in the morning before adventuring. The location is fantastic, just 1 street away from the beach and less than 5 minutes walk to the harbour area. There are also lots of local shops selling fruit, vegetables and delicious Greek products within a minute's walk. Thanks so much Christos!
• Lars (10/5): Exceptional - Spacy comfortable apartment with a kitchen, especially good for the price. And out of the window you look out to a beautiful church! The hosts are very kind and helpful to make an early check-in possible. Communication is good.

Christos is very kind and helpful host; he checked few times if everything is fine and also brought me some fruits. Very kind of him and his family.

Comfy firm bed, water pressure in shower great! Fast internet, airconditioned,double glazed windows with net,secure main door without outside handle, no one can get in. If you want to cook ,basic kitchen utensils available. Christos and his family very friendly. If you need anything,just ask! I can not wait to go again! Best holiday ever!
