- Viktoria (3/5): Категорично не рекомендую - Тільки розташування Несподобалось майже все. Все що написано в додатку не відповідає дійсності. Ми забронювали великий люкс. Натомість отримали невеличке приміщення з маленькою ванною кімнатою. Всюди бруд та пліснява. Меблі старі, матраци жахливі, подушки окремий жах. Постіль та рушники старі та запрані з неприємним запахом вологи. Заявленого кондиціонера не було. Після нашої скарги через добу нас переселили в інший більш просторий номер з кондиціонером і більшою ванною кімнатою, але все інше було таке саме, старе і брудне. Ми категорично не рекомендуємо цей отель, бо було з чим порівняти. З часом зняли в іншому місті ідеальний номер за менші кошти.

- Karpova (4/5): Price is reasonable, but it doesn’t mean that the room shouldn’t be clean AT ALL - Nobody cleaned the room before us. Thick layer of dust was at every windowsill, bunch of hair in the bathtub, carpets were hairy and had spots on them.
