After a little problem to get in to the property the host was contacted - very quick response, friendly and communicated well. Wish the weather was better - not raining. the position of the house on the water is gorgeous.

• Ali (8/5): Enjoyed it, beautiful location, easy check in/out. - Location Overall a very nice to be in, however, it was a bit cold inside the main area. Also I came at night and found my parking space taken - didn’t appreciate that either.

• Jane (9/5): Most enjoyable and comfortable place to stay. - The location and the view The thermostat on the air conditioning was set at 19 degrees. After a while it was too cold but had to be on or it was too stuffy. There weee no games/cards/ puzzles.

• Kaboobi (10/5): Luxury Family Accommodation in the Sutherland Shire - Everything you could possibly need for a family weekend away in the south of Sydney. Fully stocked kitchen with high quality utensils and appliances, 2 of the 4 bedrooms contain an ensuite whilst 2 shared an enormous bathroom with all your toiletries supplied. Immaculate facilities, several areas for private relaxation and family gatherings and the view over the water was superb. Our host Ken, was extremely welcoming and made sure we were comfortable and was available for any assistance. Beds were amazingly comfortable and the apartment really did feel like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back as a family again. Wouldn't stay anywhere else now that we've discovered this gem!

• Michael (5/5): Paid for the View, hoping the provider improves the facility for future stayers. - View General tidy up products: No Dish Cloth, Tea Towels, Kitchen Detergent, Hand Towels, to tidy up with, after using the Kitchen facilities. Also, the Kitchen facilities, Pots, Pans, were hardly clean, and as stated nothing to clean them with. General Glass around place wasn’t clean, Windows, Glass Table Top. I believe there was a $200 fee for cleaning, Question able.

• Jessica (10/5): Beautiful townhouse with amazing views!! - The townhouse was absolutely wonderful! Plenty of bedrooms and lots of space, with a gorgeous view over the water looking straight across at the captain cook bridge! 🤩 It was clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated! All Bedrooms were made up lovely ☺️ There was ample amount of toilets and bathrooms and they were all super clean and sanitary. The house smelt amazing on arrival , with a lovely aromatic scent throughout the property. We weren’t too impressed that the off street parking spot that we were using for the first two days, was taken by the downstairs tenant when we arrived back at the property one evening, we assumed the parking spot was ours, as we were paying for the townhouse accommodation and we were obviously paying more than what the tenant downstairs was, yet he thought it was fair that he park in that spot for the night and next day .. and we just found a park on the street. Not a huge issue , as there was plenty of parks.. just thought it was abit rude of the guy. Saying that, the parking was not mentioned so perhaps the off street parking was on a first come basis and we assumed it was for the upstairs accomodation … not really sure.

Wonderful view, spacious, comfortable & all the little extras from the wonderful smelling mist as you enter to all the different books to browse, newspaper on the doorstep. Everything very well thought out for you to relax & enjoy without a worry. Highly recommend.

• Kathy (9/5): Great location, great hosts and fantastic views. - This is a lovely apartment with fantastic views over the sea. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment was large enough for the 5 of us. Host responded to all our queries very quickly and was very helpful. Great location with a Westfield Mall just down the road and easy access to highway. Lots of extra towels and heaps of showers for us all. You can hear the noise from next door apartment, not a major issue. Dish washer was full when we arrived but dishes didn't appear to be clean so popped it through again. Some of the downstairs bathrooms and bedroom smelt a little musty.

• Sudipta (10/5): Exceptional - The property is greatly decorated and managed. It feels nothing but home away home! the view is extra-ordinary...filled with both sun and moon light. Very private and safe. The owner is very sensible person and equipped all necessary items. It was very peaceful holiday. Will definitely go back!! Highly highly recommand!!! Everything was as perfect as a home should be!
• Sharp (10/5): relaxing - On entering the property I was greeted with a lovely essential oil smell from a oil burner, and calm music playing on the tv. The first thing I was drawn to was the view from the dining/living room of the rippling waves shining in the sun. The view from the upstairs bedroom with verandah for entertaining, would be the perfect spot to have dinner and drinks. not much not to like 😊 I wished I had more time to get to enjoy it The only thing I would suggest is bath mats when getting out of the shower and shower gel, they do have shampoo and conditioner in the showers though A better choice of coffee mugs would have been great. Overall it is a beautiful clean inviting home I would love to come back 😊
