• Seboko (6/5): It was okay - The room was spacious. The sheets were black in colour, never have I seen a guest house having black sheets. Could they please use white ones for guests like myself. Maybe other people don't mind black sheets but I do.

• Mhangwani (1/5): I didn't sleep there can you refuse if possible - I didn't stay there for an hour The owner wanted more money on top of what you Guys charged me.Infact she wanted me to pay her another R700 on top of R567 that you charged me because you Guys undercharged me.So I didn't budge to that as I felt it was a daylight robbery.So i left I didn't slept there infact I deserve a refund because your issues of you charging us R567 online and her feeling that is less she want R700 for a tiny small room without aircon or solar backup during loadshedding is ridiculous really.

The room was big and beautiful and quite I really enjoyed it. If they had a working TV, and had more than 1 towel in the room. And had breakfast as it's a bnb. I choose it cause it's rated 5 star unfortunately they still need some few thing. But the place is perfect they just need to fix few things

Cause I never received the comfort I payed for ,the room I was given was not worth with ,no extra blankets. It was extremely cold 🥶

• Mashao (1/5): Horeble stay - Absolutely nothing 1. Poor management - I was told to wake up so that they can count towels. Mind you, we had only 1 towel 2. Had to wait for an hour outside in the dark to be checked in by a non employee 🙃. We took a cold shower in the morning and couldn't leave because we were parked in, then told to go and wake up other guest so they could move their vichles.

• Thato (10/5): Exceptional - I enjoyed my stay everything was just up to standard. As for the host " Hope" she was very nice and kept on checking up on me if there is anything I need because checked-in very late but she waited for us to arrive so that she is sure we are safe. I couldn't take a shower because the water was cold, what made me to not have a fuss about it was that as I informed Hope she then apologised for the inconvenience because a wrong geyser was switched on instead of ours. Just an advice to the team as whole to ensure that they double check, because someone else would get mad about this issue. But because I work in the hospitality industry I do understand mistake do happen. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay and will recommend others to come stay there...
