Faptul ca mi-au adus un Domestis sa curat toaleta pe capac era un fir lung de par, cand am curățat odorizant de toaleta avea mizerie rămasă necuratata Faptul ca nu este amenajat dusul si ca apa curge pe o gresie poziționată mai sus, lipsa recepției, lipsa de răbdare a celui care ne-a primit

• Mihaela-Corina (9/5): - Personalul este amabil, vorbisem cu doamna înaintea sosirii și mi-a făcut rost de un fier de calcat, camera este spațioasă, încălzirea este reglabila până la gradul de confort al fiecărui turist, salteaua este groasa și foarte confortabila, exista dotări in camera: cana electrica, fohn, consumabile la baie, electrocasnice comune: frigider, mașină de spălat, cuptor cu microunde. Fereastra camerei nu da spre exterior, ci spre hol, ceea ce pentru unele persoane este un dezavantaj, dar pentru mine a fost un avantaj pentru că nu îmi intra soarele pe geam și am putut sa mă odihnesc mai bine. Pensiunea este foarte aproape de centru.- 5 minute. Singurul aspect deranjant nu a ținut de pensiune, ci de gradul de lipsa de educație a turiștilor, care făceau gălăgie pe hol, fără să le pese că deranjează alte persoane cazate! Ba chiar, in prima seara m-am trezit cu bataie la ușa de către un turist vecin (am vorbit prin ușa inchisa, desigur) să mă întrebe dacă "I have electricity"! Eu aveam curent, dar într-o unitate de cazare nu bati la ușile altor turiști ca și cum ai fi la tine la bloc! Ci apelezi la personalul unității de cazare pentru orice problema. Cred că ar trebui ca fiecare unitate de cazare să aibă în camere un regulament pentru turiști, care să includă și aceste aspecte de bun simt.

• Andrei-Nicolae (4/5): - Am fost treziți din somn de un scandal din apropiere, de lângă bar. Plus priza de la baie e foarte apropiată de duș și nu este priză cu protecție să nu intre apă în ea. Aerul condiționat care trebuia să dea căldură a fost defect, cred, căci a dat numai aer rece și am dormit așa fără căldură.

• Sylvain (10/5): - Good emplacement, matress very comfortable, free laundry As lot of comments say, the window open on the corridor, not on the street, so it's realy dark and you can't aerate There isn't a space to eat, I had to eat in the room Also the toilet and the shower are in the same space, but there is no squeegee, so you put water everywhere

• Diyyinah (1/5): - In primul rand am oferit nota 1 pentru ca nu am posibilitatea sa ofer nota 0. Termenul de "pensiune" este abuziv folosit, nu au nici o treaba cu pensiunea si anumite descrieri revizuite si scrise realistic. Fiind sositi in Craiova cu treaba, chiar aveam nevoie de liniste pentru odihna, dupa 13 ore de stat in picioare, tot ce ne doream era odihna. In prima seara am constatat ca aerul conditionat este defapt un aparat portabil, prins in perete, langa pat, foarte foarte zgomotos, ai de ales ori merge el si tu pleci din camera sau te uiti pe pereti, ori il opresti si suporti caldura din camera, de dormit cu el aprins langa pat, imposibil. Zgomotul produs il percepeam ca si cum in camera am adus o masina diesel cu motorul pornit si cu capota ridicata. Am decis sa il lasam sa mearga pe timpul zilei cand eram plecati, pentru a raci camera cat de mult posibil sa se mentina peste noapte si acest aparat se auzea de la jumatatea holului. Camera fiind mica se incalzea repede si nu aveai posibilitatea de a deschide geamul sa intre aer de afara pentru ca nu au geamuri exterioare, un singur gemulet care da intr-un hol interior, si acesta defect pentru ca am ramas cu manerul in mana. Camera in care am locuit, camera cu nr 3, are nevoie de deratizare urgenta. Inca din prima seara am gasit gandaci atat in camera cat si in baie. Domnul administrator, pentru ca asa s-a prezentat ne-a raspuns ca nu poate sa multumeasca pe toata lumea. Pentru ca i-am spus despre problema "aerului " si a gandacilor. Ceea ce a pus capac in este faptul ca la parter fix sub camerele de locuit este un club , care nu apare mentionat nicaieri in prezentare. Vineri seara cand ne-am intors, obositi fiind, a inceput "distractia", o bubuiala infernala, efectiv tremurau geamurile de la basul foarte puternic si vibra podeaua. Imposibil de dormit. Inca o noapte alba.

Bed was very comfortable that makes you stay whole day :) I would suggest to have some basic utensils like a kettle 2 plates and 2 cups in the room to avoid going in the common area, howerver everything was very good

• Schofield (3/5): Cheap rooms but at what cost - The room was clean No Air conditioning in my room, despite one being in every other room. Couldn't find a towel till I realized it had been shoved into the only air vent in the room. No windows, so the ambient temperature in the room was over 30°C. I wasn't provided with a Wi-Fi password, and didn't have signal to contact the hotel. The shower didn't drain, so had standing water over the floor of the entire bathroom for the whole of my stay. Visited my friend in another room only to find a LIVE SOCKET IN HIS SHOWER!!!! The entire property seems to be in a half constructed state, and the beautiful view over a main road with piles of cinder blocks and rebar really made my trip to Craiova memorable

The worker said that the air conditioner was being repaired, which was not finished before I arrived. I do not believe her words because there was no place to hang the air conditioner. And even if her explanation was true, she should have prepared an electric fan at least. And she should have explained it earlier. I decided to leave the place and asked for a refund. Furthermore she wrote to me in Romanian all the times and I had a hard time communicating. I do not recommend this place at all.

• Laura (4/5): I would not come back - The hostel was next to the center of the city The front door was open, the main corridor and the entrance were like the place was abandoned, the toilet and the shower were at the same level so the bathroom flooded when I had a shower. There were a lot of mosquitoes and insects in general
• V_y_v (1/5): Awful, ruined my sleep - Location is good. The place is quite clean I spent one night there during a road trip and all I wanted is a peaceful night, but instead got a ruined sleep. At 1:30 AM I woke up because of loud music and loud talking just next to the building. I'm quite sure it was the guys, who managing this place, who was having a party there. Extremely disrespectful in that case. Was struggling a lot to fall back asleep, they had a party there until 5 AM. The rooms is awful, the is no ventilation in the rooms, only a window to the corridor. Only one power socket in the room. Only portable ac without any ducts, which doesn't make much sense. It's hard to find the place, there are no signage or anything. They also don't actually have any parking, just said me to park in front of the building on a sidewalk.
• Andrei (8/5): Overall, a pleasant stay, I'd book again. - All basic facilities were present. Very good communication. Excellent location. The room was quite small with no windows, but since I only needed to sleep there it was a perfect fit. The room looked thoroughly cleaned even if I met two cockroaches - luckily just before leaving.

• Manfred (6/5): Pleasant - Cozy bed and good location There were ants in the bathroom. They seemed to be dizzy, I guess there was already some poison somewhere. Main entrance was unlocked the whole time although room door did not seem to be particularly stable. Window was only towards hallway and not outside. Usually I don't feel cold easily, but this room was pretty chill and heater was already turned off. Wifi access was only provided after asking the host, not provided right at the location
• Ismail (10/5): Will definitely use this place again next time I’m in Craiova and will mention it to all my friends as well! - Amazing price and right in the middle of the centre which is ideal. The room was more than enough for my needs with a bed that was clean, bathroom with toilet and shower all in working order and even a TV as well as an extension cord in case I wanted to plug more things into the power. Even speaking to the owner regarding check in and wifi password was smooth and painless as he was very quick on replying which is always a good thing. I would definitely stay here again especially for that price and location and will let my friends and colleagues know about Sweet Touch for their future needs. It was tricky to find the place since there were no signs apart from a very small one on the top left of the door but otherwise it’s perfect.
