• Bianca (8/5): Charming location and good value for money - Lovely location to explore the charming Tellaro. Very good value for money. Clean and great views. Simple stay but comfortable. Nice hosts. Shared bathroom but the bathroom was a very good size and modern. Perfect for a stay with friends or family.
• LORENZO (9/5): Scorcio d'estate - Contesto molto piacevole con sistemazioni rinnovate e a due passi dal centro di Tellaro. La nostra camera aveva un balconcino con bellissimo panorama sul mare. Host molto carina e gentile.

• Anna (10/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar. Man kommt in Tellaro und Fiascherino überall gut zu Fuß, direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle (mit dem Bus kommt man nach Lerici). Super war es auch, dass wir unser Auto direkt vor der Tür parken konnten. Alles in der Unterkunft ist modern, gepflegt und von guter Qualität. Das Badezimmer ist top und modern. Wir konnten auch die kleine Küche gut nutzen. Danke auch an Erika und ihre Mutter für die Hilfsbereitschaft!

Great location Not sure about other rooms but the one I stayed in was very small with two separate single beds, no really comfortable mattress. the room had a small balcony with nice view but hard to access with the blinds in the way Parking is challenging when all rooms are busy as you can not manouver the car in the drive. Parking in front of the facility is reserved for resident so unsure if it can be used by customers To reach the facility by car you have to run through a limited traffic area. Car reg was requested by the host to register the entry but unsure if this was done as no confirmation received

• Anonymous (9/5): Perfect private room with great accessibility to Tellaro and the beaches - The private room with its own bathroom was located in a house with several similar rooms. The facilities were in very good condition. The room was spacious and bright, as was the bathroom. The house also has a fridge and a small kitchen, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, perfect for getting around the city. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely come back! Although it’s true that the property offers private parking — which is very convenient in Tellaro, where parking is almost impossible — the management of the parking spaces could definitely be improved. During our four-day stay, we encountered some kind of difficulty with parking every single day. At first, another guest had parked incorrectly, leaving only a very narrow space available where we couldn’t even get out of the car. This situation lasted two days, when it could have easily been resolved by asking the guest to reposition their car. On the following days, a motorcycle parked in one of the car spaces (even though there was designated space for motorcycles elsewhere), which forced us to speak with other guests so we could block their cars temporarily in order to park. The next day, the motorcycle was still there, and we had to park awkwardly in a different spot. In short, the parking management needs improvement. Simply marking the spaces with painted lines and assigning each one to a guest would help a lot. It would also be important for staff to intervene when a vehicle is parked incorrectly.

• Duncan (9/5): Beautiful location in a lovely village. Very nice house - The location was beautiful and Erika, her mum and brother were all very nice. Erika was particularly helpful in recommending local walks and attractions. We loved the outside space and ate everyday under the sun. The kitchen is also well equipped, tidy and clean. You can also access a nice rocky cove with great views, by the sea just a few minutes from the property. We loved our 5 days staying here. I loved everything but would suggest keeping toilet paper topped up and Wifi improvements.

• Maria (1/5): It was horrible. We booked it for two nights but we left after the first night. - Location was great and the village is truly beautiful. The property has potentials but in my opinion is not ready to host customers. Needs a great renovation through the foundations. The room has no privacy. The door is an old thin wooden door with glass in the middle. You can hear every single noise from the outside of the room. The bed was not a proper bed but a metal "fold away" kind of bed. There was no air conditioner. Wouldn't be needed as the temperature was nice with the window open, however, were people ( and the landlord) talking just outside our window. So we had a door made of "paper" and a window that we couldnt close. NO PRIVACY at all..... In the pictures in booking they promote an other room that apparently has been renovated. So we thought that our room will look like that. But what we got had nothing to do with what we expected. I hope I will not get the "what you get is what you paid for" cause if the room was showed clearly in the pictures I wouldn't get it even for free. The landlord doest offer refund after booking, so I really felt like I've been trapped and cheated.

Wonderful place to stay if you don't mind noise. quite noisey throughout the night due to the club downstairs and garbage/construction in the morning, stove didn't work.
• Djg (10/5): Great location and hospitality! - We only planned to stay one night but decided to stay one more night because of the great hospitality, very comfortable room and the location. The beach is just a few minute walk away and so is the tiny centre of the village which is great for going out to dinner. La Spezia is also not far away. The value for money is great and if we could we would’ve stayed longer. We very much recommend this place!
