• Daniela (8/5): - Buena atención, cercano a la plaza de armas. La habitación de la imagen tiene foto, la nuestra no tenía. No nos dieron toallas, cuando pedimos dijeron que iban a dejarlas en la habitación pero no lo hicieron. Intentamos contactarnos con alguien y nadie apareció hasta después de las 9.00 am retrasando nuestra salida.
• Felizardo (7/5): - La ubicación La hostal esta ubicada en segundo piso, en el primer piso durante la noche funciona un local nocturno( pub- bar) Es muy ruidoso y no se puede dormir. Deben advertir a los pasajeros con antelación sobre esta situación.
• Carla (10/5): Cómodo y céntrico - En definitiva la ubicación fue de lo mejor, cerca de la plaza, pudimos llegar caminando a todos los monumentos. Baño privado un poco chico pero tenía de todo. Amabilidad del personal que nos ayudó en todas nuestras dudas. El baño muy pequeño, y las mesas para el desayuno fueron pocas entonces nos pasaron una bandeja y nos llevamos el desayuno a la pieza, lo que hizo que nos sientiéramos como en casa.
• Javiera (10/5): Great place for a few nights in Coyhaique - Great location, close to Coyhaique’s main square. Paula from the staff was very helpful and nice and facilities were clean and tidy. Comfy beds as well! Everything was nice and comfortable.

• Carla alejandra (1/5): Horrible - Llegue y no habia nadie y nadie contesto los teléfonos de contacto, habia luz y al tocar el timbre lá apagaron, ni encontré ningún alojamiento y tuve que pagar el triple en una cabaña que era lo único disponible Que estén inscritos con ustedes y no cumplan ningún protocolo y ustedes no fiscalicen a sus clientes de los alojamientos ni les hagan seguimiento

• Sara (9/5): Nice comfy stay in Coyhaique - Was clean and smelled nice. There was a heater in the room. They don't speak English. The TV does not work.

• Sally (8/5): Nice room - Good bedroom (en-suite double). Self-serve breakfast had a good choice of things though slightly depressing location in a small windowless inner hall with all the bedrooms directly off it meaning you had to whisper. Friendly staff with great recommendation for Sunday eating. Clean. Nice heater in room if needed. Easy 10min walk into centre. Hostel is upstairs in an unsalubrious looking building with grills on filthy shop windows below it. Once through the door all was much smarter, the people in the neighbourhood seemed fine and we didn’t worry about parking the car which was easy on a Sunday though might have been harder midweek. We weren’t keen on parking in the hostel’s back yard which had all kinds of heavy machinery and work going on, various no parking noticed etc but this may have been possible.

• Tim (10/5): A good start and end to our Patagonian adventure - Very central location. Friendly staff. They stored my bag for me while I travelled through Patagonia which was very nice of them. Free breakfast. Some of the rooms have no windows.
