• Guler (1/5): Disgusting - The apartment is in an unacceptable condition and does not match the listing description at all. The bed sheets are dirty and stained, the bedding is not clean, and the mattress is extremely old and uncomfortable. There are flies and insects on the floor, mold on the walls, and the kitchen is very dirty and sticky. The cupboards, surfaces, and kitchen equipment are unhygienic. We did not use the apartment facilities because of the cleanliness and hygiene issues. We only stayed for the night because we had no other option at that late hour. Considering the very high price we paid, this situation is completely unacceptable. not recommended at all .
• Oum (3/5): - Tout d’abord, je remercie la dame de m’avoir permis d’entrer avant l’heure convenue. Elle répond rapidement aux messages. Ma première impression en entrant dans le logement a été une odeur désagréable, une odeur de cigarettes. Ce qui ne m’a pas plu, c’est que le logement était très sale et qu’aucun effort n’a été fait pour le nettoyer avec des produits de nettoyage. Tout était sale. Ma fille a marché seulement cinq minutes et ses pieds sont devenus très sales. Pendant la nuit, alors que nous dormions, nous nous sommes réveillés vers minuit, effrayés par un bruit fort. Je n’ai pas su ce que c’était, peut-être une moto. Le bruit a duré environ trois minutes ou plus, accompagné de voix de personnes bruyantes à l’extérieur, dont le bruit était présent à tout moment.

• ANE (5/5): Bien para una urgencia - Bien equipado al ser un apartamento. Muchos restaurantes al rededor. El barrio era peligroso, drogas, prostitución… el piso estaba bastante sucio. Es verdad que no lo reservamos con tiempo, pero había vajilla con suciedad de hace mucho tiempo.

• leila (2/5): - Nous avons été logés sur une autre adresse que celle indiquée sur l'annonce. Le quartier était chaud avec une vie nocturne très animée, des cris et des hurlements. Quelqu'un nous avait bloquée la porte d'entrée, suite a un conflit interne je suppose. J'avais hâte de récupérer mes valises et quitter les lieux

• Jordan (1/5): No es una buena zona muy lindo depa pero la zona lo malogra todo mucho escándalo a diario durante las 24 horas - Las instalaciones todo por dentro muy bien y dejé limpio el apartamento. No es un lugar seguro afuera hay muchas mujeres y se practica cosas que mejor ni decirlo,mucha bulla peleas..era un escándalo ya que yo daba ala ventana de la calle todo era problemas y problemas la tomadera era total las 24 horas,no había escoba para barrer ni trapeador. Luego al pasar el primer día quise contactarme con el dueño y enviarle los vídeos las pruebas que no era lugar para mí literal hubo mucha bulla tal vez sea para gente que le gusté la diversión le irá bien pero no para mí, no me respondían del booking cuando quería pedir un reembolso porque no aguantaba más no pude dormir por 5 días. El apartamento es bonito y todo pero la zona es muy mala mucho peligro

• Muhammad (7/5): Good - It was spacious. It was budget friendly Due to the presence of night clubs, there was a disturbing whole night.
• Luis-carlos (4/5): Not very professional. - The place was near the train station. Prior to our arrival at the apartment, it was nearly impossible to contact the property to clarify some points (even Booking was unsuccessful). The apartment is not listed in the city hall registry, so it was not possible to obtain the transport card offered in Geneva for free public transportation. Although the street is close to the train station, it is located in an area that is, let's say, 'not suitable for a family-friendly environment.' There was also an issue with the bed sheets. Overall, not very professional.

We were told the room would be ready at a certain time, and last min we were told that it won't be and we had to wait few hours for the room. Noisy area. Not a very family friendly area.
• Virginia (8/5): Comfortable - Central location, very close to train station but also short walk to lake Geneva. Apartment was comfortable, beds were nice and fully fitted kitchen. The bath was a bit worse for wear. The enamel has started flaking off and is chipped and a bit sharp.

• Praveen (2/5): Not worth a stay. Location is just opposite to a red light adults club. Very noisy - Property photos on as looks very attractive but in reality it is very very small apartment . I didn’t like anything Property is located just in front of red light sex club. So it was not a good location. All the night disturbing. No ac in house. Some temporary cooling arrangements which is not enough .
• Alison (5/5): ok property but not ideal location - The host is very helpful and amenable and responds to messages quickly. The apartment is ok for a night. Beds very soft, though we didn't actually stay in premises due to the location. No sockets in kitchen despite a kettle. Facilities ok, bit tired, but clean enough and acceptable. We chose not to stay due to the street the premises is on. Unfortunately there were no reviews at time of booking and I did not check before paying. We did not stay the night so cannot comment on noise, however, there were various gangs of male adults up and down the street and it was obvious that the street has brothels and prostitution on the street. Therefore we were not comfortable staying there with out young daughter and would not recommend it for families with young children. It would be find for adults so long as they are not put off by the location and activities on the street. The location of the apartment in Geneva is actually good for access to amenities, just not ideal property for young children.

• Farid (8/5): Very good - Nice cozy apartment not far from boulevard. The owner of the house was very friendly and accommodated us even we arrived a little late. Neighbourhood is loud especially on weekends

• Violaine (6/5): It was alright for one night since we had to catch a train early. - Nice apartment, close to train station The apartment is in a very noisy street, with prostitutes and guys who fight all night. It’s not dangerous I believe but not quiet.
