• Laubis (8/5): I would stay here again if I did not need to work. - The apartment is very cozy. I loved the kitchen area and having a washer. The location was absolutely perfect. You are just a few minutes walk from anything you need and a pristine beach! The staff and owners are more than lovely. The wifi was not good--frequently going out. It was difficult for me to send emails or open my work website. They did attempt to fix it but for someone who works remote, it was not ideal. The bed was not very comfortable--you can feel every single spring.

Ringrazio per averci dato la disponibilità di fare il check out tardivo e di aver usufruito della camera fino al pomeriggio della partenza. Lo consiglio assolutamente a tutti, è andata oltre le mie aspettative. Un ringraziamento speciale per la ragazza di cui non so il nome che lavora lì, ci ha dato un passaggio in automobile da Anse Lazio perché non c' erano più bus per il ritorno e lei ed il suo ragazzo ci hanno fatto un grande favore. Un abbraccio a tutti e grazie ancora perché avete reso la vacanza indimenticabile Simona e Anna
• Karin (9/5): Schönes Appartement in sehr guter Lage - Sehr nette Besitzer. Ich hatte ein Problem mit Hautausschlag durch Sandflöhe oder ähnliches. Habe dem Vermieter geschrieben, da es im Ort keine Apotheke gab. Er ist für mich zum Nachbarort zur Apotheke gefahren und hat Medikamente gekauft. Ich war überwältigt von dieser Freundlichkeit. Das Appartement war groß und schön. Die Matratze war leider sehr! hart. Schöner Balkon, leider nur ein Stuhl für 2 Personen, allerdings haben wir auch nicht nach einem zweiten gefragt. Großes Bad! Sehr nettes Personal. Alles ist zu Fuß super erreichbar (5-15 Minuten). Sehr harte Matratze. Wir hatten kein Auto, allerdings sind die Parkmöglichkeiten auch sehr beschränkt.
• Sibylle (9/5): Alles war bestens! - Es war außerordentlich sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Das Bett war sehr hart. In der zweiten Nacht haben wir um eine zweite Bettdecke gebeten, um diese unterlegen zu können. Das hat es dann ein wenig besser gemacht.

• Clara (10/5): - Proximité avec la plage, personnel accueillant, toujours disponible si besoin et de très bon conseil concernant les sites à visiter sur l'île. Service de ménage tous les jours. Emplacement très calme. Possibilité de garer la voiture devant la chambre, nous étions au rez-de-chaussée. Tout était parfait mis à part le lit qui était un peu dur et la wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas bien
• Alwina (10/5): Super Unterkunft in toller Lage - Super netter Host, ist immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit ist außergewöhnlich und die Ausstattung ist mehr als man erwarten kann. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super. Take-aways und Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar. Das WLAN funktioniert, aber ist langsam. Die Klimaanlage hat nachts manchmal Krach gemacht.

• Astrevi (8/5): Sofern es einem egal ist, weg vom Strand zu wohnen ist es ok. - Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen und mir wurde mit dem Koffer in den 2ten Stock tragen geholfen, was ich sehr schätzte. Das Appartement ist grosszügig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement ist ca. 15Minuten Fussweg vom Strand entfernt - für die Lage sind Preis/Leistung eher an der oberen Grenze. Ansonsten alles gut.

В номере есть все необходимое, даже стиральная машина, для комфортного проживания. Во всем чувствуется забота и уважение к гостям хозяина апартаментов и его помощников! Расположение очень удачное- близко пляж, магазины, рестораны. Хочется вернуться сюда снова! Спасибо!

• Glynn (6/5): Good…. But basic and location not great - Let’s start with the positives ….. The hosts were very welcoming, and very helpful in making us feel at home. The apartment was clean, comfy and had more than enough space. The shower was nice and powerful and the air con/fan were good. Don’t be fooled, this place is in a run down local neighbourhood and the first 2 nights were very loud due to the local residents having a bloc party until the early hours - not a problem as we aren’t early sleepers but was quite imposing. The road that the property is located on is half built and very desolate. The area, cote D’or/ anse volbert was rather underwhelming and is quite dirty, although I guess that’s typical of the area generally. The apartment, whilst clean had a very strong smell of disinfectant coming from the bathroom…. I think that is because they have chemical toilets but it was quite overpowering the first few days we were there. The bedsheets were also Nilon which gave you static and caused shocks when you touched anything metal. Also, the pictures of the apartment are definitely better than what you experience - the pictures are from the bottom floor apartment and show full sun loungers. This is not the case for the rest of the rooms which has a small balcony and not a lot of space. Overall, a pleasant stay but very basic and an underwhelming experience of Cote D’Or - the trips we made around the island made up for the experience.

• svetlana (9/5): - Great accommodation, spacious room and kitchen, huge bathroom. Kitchen has everything you need for a quick cooking. All very clean and fresh. The host is very warm and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay a lot! Beware of sandflies on the beach!

The place itself was spotless, beautifully arranged, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail felt thoughtfully prepared, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
• Veranika (10/5): Все прошло отлично, хозяева очень хорошие - Все прошло отлично. В апартаментах есть все необходимое. Нам нужно было постирать вещи, Фатима любезно принесла нам стиральный порошок. Все очень отзывчивые и приветливые. Также они помогли нам вызвать такси. Единственный минус- это гекконы. Понимаю, что они не опасны, но в моей стране такого нет и я их очень боялась:( ночью они издавали громкие звуки. Мы их выгоняли, но они снова возвращались, потому что есть щели на улицу.

• Swati (9/5): - The location was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always available to assist in a single call or msg. Room was quite big and spacious with all the amenities required. Beach and bus stop are nearby 2-3 mins walk. Supermarket is 4-5 mins walk. Takeaway is 6.-7 mins walk. The beach is quite beautiful, relaxing and have differnt color at each time of the day. Nearby are excursion operators, so overall a well recommended place to stay.

El parking disponible es al frente de la estructura, entran 3 autos en la primera fila pero si alguien estaciona atrás, es una complicación. Ademas, según booking teníamos varios servicios disponibles como late checkout pero no pudimos utilizarlo.

• Enrico (9/5): Ottima soluzione - Struttura in ottima posizione a 200mt dal mare e poco più dalla via principale del villaggio e dail minimarket e ristoranti. Elke è stata gentilissima e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze dal nostro arrivo alla partenza. Ci ha aiutati anche a noleggiare un'auto. Struttura che ci ha soddisfatto.
• ROBERTO (10/5): CONSIGLIATO - OTTIMA POSIZIONE a 200 mt. dalla spiaggia nel suo punto più bello: è vero che altri hotel hanno l’accesso diretto sulla spiaggia ma sono ben più costosi e inoltre quelli sul lato sinistro affacciano su un tratto di spiaggia sempre con molte barche ormeggiate proprio davanti. A 300 metri dalla via principale con ristoranti, supermercati, cambio valuta, souvenir, diving, e punto vendita pesce appena pescato a prezzi stracciati (le barche arrivano verso le 17-18 Stanze molto pulite, ampie e con comoda e separata cucina ben attrezzata. Bagno ampio con finestra. La Sig.ra Elke è estremamente accogliente e disponibile, ci ha dato consigli e assistenza per i taxi. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Nulla.

В пешей доступности городок с магазинами и прекрасным takeaway Leo. Хозяйка Elke замечательная женщина. Помогала нам с любым вопросом. Она заботится о каждом госте, а также о своих замечательных апартаментах. Апартаменты новые, чистые, просторные, сделаны со вкусом. Есть все необходимое для проживания (если вам актуально, то нет только пляжных полотенец, но у нас были свои). Есть парковка. Просьба о комнате на последнем этаже была выполнена и мы получили номер с видом на горы. Заселили сразу же утром по прибытии. Также при выселении нам разрешил выехать позже установленного времени. Когда мы вернулись с пляжа перед отправлением на паром, Elke подготовила для нас свободную комнату и предоставила полотенца, чтобы мы смогли принять душ перед поездкой. Спасибо! Слышимость Плохо работает свет на балконе (ни с первого раза включается)
• Flavio (9/5): - Elke war sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Die Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet und bieten alles was man braucht.
• Petra (8/5): Schönes Guesthouse, unzuverlässige Vermieterin - In einer Seitenstraße, Bus, Supermarkt, Meer und Take Aways wenige Minuten entfernt. Apartment sehr neu, sehr schönes Bad. Netter Balkon mit 2 Schaukelstühle (1. Stock) Vermieterin sehr unzuverlässig. Zugesicherter Fahrer zur Unterkunft (vorher per WhatsApp bestellt) hat nicht gewartet, weil angeblich die Fähre Verspätung hatte. Was nicht stimmte. Schriftlich zugesichertes Zimmer im 1. Stock wurde an andere Gäste vergeben. Nach Beschwerde wurde doch getauscht. Nur 1 Wäscheständer für 5 Zimmer. Vor dem Waschen extra bestellt und trotzdem an andere Gäste vergeben. Matratzen sehr hart. Kein Interesse wann wir abreisen. Niemand war da. Haben Schlüssel einfach im Zimmer hinterlassen. Sehr schade, weil sie sonst wirklich nett war und das Guesthouse wirklich sehr schön ist.
• Sudahba (10/5): Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Das Apartment ist für zwei Personen groß genug, sodass ma - Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich zu empfehlen!! Alles war sehr sauber, als wir ankamen. Dazu wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, was auch nochmal für die Unterkunft spricht. Die Lage zum Strand war auch super, wir hatten alles um die Ecke. Darüber hinaus hat sich Elke wirklich um alles gekümmert, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Sie ist ein wundervoller Mensch, der diesen Aufenthalt nochmals schöner gemacht hat. Sie hat sich mit viel Liebe um unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Sie ist wirklich das Herz dieser Apartments!!

• Werna (10/5): - Zimmer: Die Ausstattung war top – wirklich schön, Neubau und sauber. Reinigung: Die Wohnung wurde regelmäßig sauber gehalten. Lage: Nur drei Gehminuten zum Strand – ideal! Strand auch ideal für Kinder. Gastgeberin: Sehr nett, bemüht, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Sie hat immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles passt. Wir bekamen auch ein Gitterbett für den Kleinen zur Verfügung. Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft. Insgesamt: Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt; ich würde definitiv wieder dort buchen. WLAN: Abends Funktionierte nicht immer zuverlässig. - (aber anscheinend hatte die ganze Gegend dort das gleiche Problem mit dem Empfang)

Odpovedala okamžite cez WhatsApp a riešila všetky naše podnety. - zariadenie je nové a čisté, spálňa, kuchyňa aj kúpeľňa priestorovo veľkorysé - posteľ pohodlná, s mäkkým matracom a hlavne nevŕzga ako je to inde bežné - veľká sprcha s teplou vodou a silným prúdom - jemné uteráky ako v superluxusnom hoteli - nadštandartné vybavenie kuchyne vrátane práčky, ryžovaru, hriankovača, mikrovlnnej rúry, chladničky s mrazničkou - krásna terasa s posedením a pekným výhľadom - vynikajúca poloha, všade veľmi blízko (rýchle občerstvenie, obchod s potravinami, pláž) - trochu pomalý a nestabilný internet

Położony 230m od Anse Volbert i Cote D'Or, które moim zdaniem są najpiękniejszymi plażami na Praslin - delikatny piasek, małe fale, idealne warunki do pływania. W pobliżu przystanek autobusowy, restauracje, kawiarnie, sklepy oraz kultowy take away Leo's Food Bus. Elke jest bardzo serdeczną gospodynią, która zawsze służyła pomocą i wyjaśnieniami. Dzięki jej uprzejmości nie musiałam przepłacać za taksówki - warto wcześniej uzgodnić odbiór z promu farishfamily1999#gmail.com wszystko było idealne :)
• Mihail (10/5): For my tastes, I made the best choice! - I'll start with the details, I'll end with what really impressed me. The location is very well positioned, just a 4-minute walk from the famous Cote D'Or beach. The cleanliness in the apartment is at the highest level. Also the linen and towels. Here you can see the involvement of the staff, but especially the care of the administrator. And, yes, now let's talk about the property manager. Attention, about the accommodation manager! I don't want to talk about the owner. Elke, accommodation manager, is a person I have rarely met in my travels, which have not been few. I can describe Elke as a super professional host in tourism, but above all as a very pleasant person. From the first meeting until departure, Elke made sure that we didn't miss anything and made us feel special. She treated us as if we had been friends for life. But that's not all. Elke had a key helper to make our stay unforgettable: her daughter, but especially her son, little Michael, who is such a well-behaved, friendly and generous child that I even said goodbye to him with tears in my eyes. A wonderful child! In conclusion, I have only words of praise for the apartment we stayed in, but I have special thanks for Elke, she was the one who made us feel superlative! -
