• William (10/5): Beautiful view of the gulf & town - We chose this apartment for its tremendous view of the Ambracian Gulf & the charming town of Preveza. A small elevator made access to this top floor, newly renovated lodging easy. The hostess was lovely & professional, & her tasteful touches in decor were everywhere. Good quality appliances & nice amenities (softest towels in Greece!). The design of the space was clever & the terraces were nicely designed with glass balustrades that did not impede the view. We loved watching the sunset, and then the lights of Preveza across the water after dark. During our brief two nights there, we heard no noise from the family (only saw the occasional car & the dogs). We are familiar with the area of Psathaki, & thought the price here was steep for the area & low season (Nov.). We booked it for the view, which did not disappoint. We would like to see a little more comfort on the terrace--perhaps some outdoor cushions that would allow people to sit on the steps. We are older travellers & had some trouble getting out of the sun loungers. Psathaki is a very quiet area, which we like, but visitors should not expect to find shops or cafes there. A car is necessary for the short drive into Preveza, where everything is available. It is a little difficult to find the location of the house, but the hostess (Irene) will do her best to help you.
• Robert (10/5): Absolutely gorgeous apartment and a perfect experience! - It was very easy to communicate with a hostess Irene. She waited for us at the property to welcome us a give us a guidance how to use facilities. Location is at the sea shore with an exceptional view of the Preveza marina. The apartment is luxurious to the max with an elevator to the top floor. Kitchen was fully equipped and the potential breakfast had been prepared in the fridge. The kitchen also has all electric small appliances needed for a daily use. There is a functional washing machine included with an attention to a micro details for all your needs. Bathrooms are modern with excellent fragrant toiletries. A/C is very quite, bedding fine and mattress with a very good quality. All amenities were very clean Highly modern apartment with a superb terrace! The apartment is in a quite part of the city, you need a taxi or your own car to get to the centre. But you can order a food to the apartment with some recommendation of the restaurants available on site.

Straight on the beach and near to amenities. The owners very helpful kind and reliable. They event had the fridge full of food for us. The best experience we had so far as far as accommodation is concerned. Superrrr location. Very relaxing with no noise of cars. In the heard of nature. Straight on the beach full of trees and green allover. Also o huge garden. Brand new modern house. The best vacation ever!
• Callan (10/5): I can’t recommend Seaside Serenity Suite highly enough: brand new, modern, spacious and flawlessly styled with incredibl - • Brand new, elegant and very spacious penthouse-style apartment with direct beach access, private lift and soaring uninterrupted ocean views. • Extremely diligent and personable on-site staff available 24/7. • Private lift opening directly into the apartment (secured by guest pin code). • Magnificent wall-to-wall sliding glass doors. • Stunning glass-sided terrace offering 180 degree views of sea, town and mountains – equally as beautiful at night! • The two bedrooms are large, light-filled with their own beautifully designed ensuites and air-conditioners, set at opposite ends of the apartment. • Living area can easily be converted into another sleeping space, allowing property to accommodate several families or up to six adults. • Spotlessly clean interior with daily housekeeping that includes fresh linen and towels (no extra charge). • Outfitted with every convenience you could hope to find: air-conditioners & tv’s in every room, fully equipped kitchen containing full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, induction stove, as well as numerous small appliances like espresso maker, microwave, kettle, blender, sandwich maker. • Stunning cantilevered terrace perfect for watching the sunset or stargazing. • Located in an idyllic, upmarket enclave within easy reach distance of Preveza town center (2km walk or 5 minute drive ). • Within 500m walk of the property there is a very good local supermarket, bakery and restaurant. • Excellent wi-fi connectivity. • Superbly styled – the attention to detail and use of quality high-end materials and furnishings throughout is obvious in every room. • Welcoming package containing an assortment of jams and fresh fruit, chilled bottle of wine, coffee pods and shampoos/conditioners. There was nothing I didn’t like.
