• Gianbattista (9/5): Sei nel Cuore della città . - Direi tutto , ambiente nuovo e moderno . Non raggiungibile in macchina, quindi impegnativo il momento di scarico a carico bagagli ecc.

• J (4/5): Bien por el alojamiento, mal por los anfitriones - Apartamento amplio y bien amueblado en pleno centro histórico de Génova. Nos resultó muy ofensiva la petición de la anfitriona, a través de whassap, de enviarle un video de cómo depositábamos la tasa municipal en una hucha cerrada que había en el salón. He estado en muchos alojamientos sin recepción y siempre he pagado mi tasa, dudar de la honestidad de los huéspedes deja en muy mal lugar al anfitrión. Además en el mismo whassap pedía que se recogiera la basura y se llevara a un vertedero situado a unos 500 metros, lo que es un servicio que se entiende incluido en el precio. Se lo hice saber por el whassap (sin negarnos en ningún momento a cumplir la petición), y respondió que llevar la basura al vertedero "se entendía norma de educación básica" osea, insinuando que los maleducados éramos nosotros. No obstante se llevó la basura y se grabó el video depositando la tasa. Por si fuera poco reprochó que nos había dejado entrar media hora antes del checkin, osea que nos había hecho un favor y por tanto se le debía algo, como sacar la basura. Por cierto, tener en cuenta que la hora del chekin es a partir de las 15, pero el checkout se hace antes de las 10 de la mañana. Comentar también que la gente de Génova y provincia ha sido en todo caso educada, cortés y muy amable en el trato, siendo la de la anfitriona una excepción. Por otra parte hay que avisar de que, a pesar de que nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema, las calles aledañas a partir de la caída de la tarde se llenan de prostitución y de gente no recomendable. También de orines con su correspondiente olor. Es lo que tiene estar en pleno centro histórico de una ciudad que ha mantenido su vida vecinal y que acoge a muchos inmigrantes. Aunque para nosotros no fue un problema, entiendo que a ciertas personas, sobretodo mujeres, pueda resultar en situaciones incómodas.

• Dawid (10/5): - Genialna lokalizacja. Czystość. Świetne jedzenie o każdej porze w promieniu 1 minuty spaceru Brak światła słonecznego- okna wychodzą na wąską uliczkę, do której dociera bardzo mało światła

• Markofsky (9/5): excellent - very well kept, modern & up to date furnishings. communication excellent great location near train,aquarium,restaurants ,grocery bus & taxis exercise room & building very well kept wi-fi & air conditioning if U have heavy luggage some stairs to climb from main road just so( U know) just like most rented apartments short on some basic supplies example (pepper & salt, dishwasher& washing machine soap) but this shouldn't deter U grocery shop near bye(just to let U know)
• José Antonio (10/5): - El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, muy limpio y era espacioso. La comunicación con los propietarios sencilla y fluida. Más céntrico imposible. En resumen, excelente Por la noche se siente un poco de inseguridad en la zona
• Mohammad Rasa (1/5): - Gar nix. Sehr respektlose Personal der Gebäude war schlechte Lage zu laut sie haben in diese vier nacht gar nicht geschlafen, war zu laut ich empfehle einfach nicht weiter.
• Xavier (8/5): - Appartement spacieux, moderne, propre, bien équipé et idéalement placé pour la visite de Gênes. Isolation phonique moyenne, on entend parfois les voisins. L'appareil qui sert à la clim dans la sdb etait parfois TRES bruyant, de façon aléatoire, y compris en pleine nuit. Le descriptif parle d'une machine à laver, en fait il n'y en a pas dans l'appartement, il s'agit d'une laverie commune payante au sous sol de la résidence.
• Anna (7/5): Die Wohnung sauber, die Lage nichts für Familien mit Kindern und ältere oder laufbehinderte Menschen - Die Wohnung ist sauber und es gibt alles was man braucht, das Personal sehr nett und freundlich Die Lage ist ne reine Katastrophe))) überall auf der Straße Prostituierten und Drogendealer. Ich hab mich auf der Straße vor der Wohnung richtig unwohl gefühlt. Ich würde mich auch abends alleine und mit den Kindern nicht auf die Straße trauen. Der Parkplatz ist zwar nicht weit mit 500 Meter, du kannst aber kein Gepäck vor dem Haus abladen) du musst mit dem Gepäck über diese Straßen voller prostituierten Laufen und die stehen immer da auch um 8 Uhr morgens und um 14 Uhr )

Wouldn't stay there again. - Excellent location in the city center, apartment is lovely, has everything one needs for a short stay, very clean and modern. The host is very responsive to all questions and reacts fast to all problems. THE PARKING IN THE PARKS NEAR BY (PARK MARINA PORTO ANTICO, PARK PORTO ANTICO, PARK AQUARIUM) IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE AND CHARGES PER HOUR. THERE ISN'T A CHEAP 20 EURO PARKING ANYWHERE CLOSE. The shower was not working properly and the A/C was making horrible noise during the first night, but the plumber came the next day and fixed the problems. The apartment is in the city center close to night bars and restaurants. On Saturday night the noise from outside was terrible till very, very late in the night. The sofa bed is terrible, very uncomfortable. THE PARKING IN THE PARKS NEAR BY (PARK MARINA PORTO ANTICO, PARK PORTO ANTICO, PARK AQUARIUM) IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE AND CHARGES PER HOUR. THERE ISN'T A CHEAP 20 EURO PARKING ANYWHERE CLOSE. We paid 120 euro for less than 3 days of parking. The host apologized for misinforming us, said that the charges must have changed very recently and said that she is very sorry.

People followed us to the property, front door code didn't work. Horrible experience and horrible location. We weren't offered any refund even though we paid for 2 nights and only stayed one.
