• Maciej (10/5): - Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. W apartamencie wszystko co jest potrzebne na kilkudniowy podbyt. Apartament bardzo czysty, świeże reczniki, wygodna odnowiona łazienka. Wyjątkowa artystyczna dzielnica z knajpkami, restauracjami. Sklep w pobliżu i metero stacja Victoria. Do wszystkich atrakcji Aten 30 min. spacerkiem.

• Susanne (1/5): - Die Lage war gut und das Appartement sauber. Ich musste den Aufenthalt dort nach einer Nacht abbrechen, da ich in der Wohnung Asthma bekam. Sehr wahrscheinlich, weil in der Wohnung sehr viele Duftelemente sind ( Duftkissen, Duftstäbchen etc. ) Zudem ist die Wohnung zum Hinterhof gelegen und daher nicht so hell wie es auf den Bildern erscheint.
• Anna (10/5): A very very cosy and comfortable apartment - in a vibrant, exciting neighbourhood, still quiet. - The apartement was absolutaley perfectly clean, and this is very important to make you feel at home right away. Even though it is dark because of the closed inner courtyard it faces and it is on the ground floor, the apartment has an exceptionally friendly and cosy vibe, I don't even understand how the hosts created it. The bathroom is spotless, well equipped, the kitchen had everything that I needed for a basic touristy stay, the bedroom is sooo friendly and comfortable. I just loved this place, really. If I return to Athens, I will definitely look for it again. Also, communication with the host is easy and smooth and informative. If you use the otherwise fantastically creamy shower gel, the shower floor (of the beautiful bathroom by the way) gets quite slippery. I guess for elderly people or for those not so stable on their feet it might be a problem. For me it was not, I love skating ))) The lockbox numbers (but it is a general issue with these types of lockboxes) are very difficult to see in the dark, beacues if you use a flashlight, the metal rings glisten so badly that it was very difficult for me to find the numbers - give yourself enough time to put the keys back if you want to catch your early flight ))

Everything inside is brand new, modern, and perfectly equipped with everything you might need. I was highly impressed by the level of cleanliness—it was truly spotless. The bed is super comfortable, which is exactly what you need after exploring the city. Great host, always available and provided very clear instructions for the check-in. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of life, yet the studio is a quiet and safe retreat. 10/10, would definitely book again!"

• Daniele (10/5): Ma che bella Atene!!! - Appartamento ben fornito in una zona vivissima della città. L'appartamento è comunque affacciato sul retro e dispone di tutti i comfort. Ci sono due fermate della metropolitana a pochi passi. Ottima la comunicazione con il proprietario. Tornerò sicuramente ad Atene e tornerò volentieri in questo appartamento.

En el mes de enero que es cuando fui, hace frío y la calefacción se prende sonó en dos horarios por dos horas . Pasa que antes de las 19y30 que la calefacción está apagada hace demasiado frío. Luego de una camita a por la ciudad por más de 9 horas queres llegar al apartamento y ducharte. Pero debe esperar aproximadamente unos 30 minutos para que el agua salga caliente y ni se termine

• Donny (10/5): Uitstekend verblijf - De locatie is goed, vlakbij het Archeologisch Museum. Verschillende eetgelegenheden en een supermarkt in de buurt aanwezig. Ook het centrum is op loopafstand en anders is er een metrostation op een minuut of 10 lopen. Het appartement ziet er goed verzorgd uit. Onder andere een koelkast met vriesvakje, broodrooster, waterkoker en koffiemachine beschikbaar. Ook is er de gelegenheid om te koken, wat ik zelf niet heb gedaan. Verder is de eigenaar zeer vriendelijk. Hij reageerde steeds snel op berichten en kwam met vele aanbevelingen. Ook de instructies voor het inchecken waren duidelijk. Al met al een aanrader voor een verblijf in Athene! Het kussen op het bed was voor mij te slap en te zacht. Verder was het in de avond in de centrale hal erg donker, wellicht was de verlichting kapot

• Andrzej (5/5): Rozczarowanie karaluchami - Łatwość odbioru kluczy (oraz ich zostawienie na koniec pobytu) była dużym plusem. Internet działał bardzo dobrze, na wyposażeniu był też telewizor z dostępem do Netflixa. Łazienka była w porządku. Niestety, niewystarczająco sprawdziliśmy lokalizację obiektu. Znajduje się w dzielnicy anarchistycznej, na ulicach jest pełno grafitti, osób bezdomnych z otwartymi ranami i strzykawek od narkotyków na chodnikach. Zapach po wyjściu z lokalu był również nieprzyjemny. Nie chciałem pisać opinii, ale gospodarz dwa razy mnie o to poprosił, więc piszę szczerze — w lokalu znaleźliśmy karalucha. Na początku jednego, napisaliśmy do gospodarza który mówił że lokal przeszedł dezynsekcję, jednak widać było w różnych miejscach poustawiane pułapki ze złapanymi (martwymi) karaluchami. Ponieważ widzieliśmy jak karaluch wychodził z odpływu, po kontakcie z wynajmującym zatkaliśmy wszystkie odpływy, spryskaliśmy kuchnię środkiem na owady i zamknęliśmy się w pokoju z naszymi bagażami i nie korzystaliśmy z kuchni. Myśleliśmy już że to tyle, jednak następnego dnia wieczorem znaleźliśmy dwa kolejne. Ciężko nam ocenić sam lokal, ponieważ nie skorzystaliśmy np. z kuchni czy wyjścia na taras (który, nota bene, wygląda zupełnie inaczej niż na zdjęciach i wychodził na wnętrze budynku — dziurę z gruzem). Niestety raczej nie skorzystamy ponownie.

• Ela (7/5): Sve u svemu u skladu je s cijenom - Svidjela nam se terasa i to sto ima aparat za kavu. Bile su samo 2 kasule za aparat, a boravili smo tri noci. Krevet bi mogao biti udobniji, i šampon (kozmetika) bi mogla biti bolja i higijena tuš kabine bi mogla biti bolja(zavjesa).

The host was outstanding—responsive, warm and eager to help plan everything from local spots to sightseeing itineraries. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the National Archaeological Museum, with cafes, bookstores, and authentic eateries at your door. Perfect value for money and a place I’d return to without hesitation.

Рекомендация была очень хорошей Все же долековато от метро. От метро идти с сумками минут 20. А обычный транспорт в Афинах ходит не очень регулярно.
• Anna (10/5): Perfect appartment and extra-helpful host - everything one needs - Mieszkanie jest bardzo ładne, znakomicie utrzymane i bardzo czyste, dobrze wyposażone we wszystko, co niezbędne. Okolica spokojna, a przy tym w niewielkiej odległości do wszystkich ateńskich atrakcji turystycznych, a także placu Syntagma, na który przyjeżdża autobus z lotniska. A gospodarz po prostu idealny - sprawna komunikacja, życzliwość, szybkie działanie w razie jakiegoś problemu.
• MARZENA (6/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko restauracji. Było czysto. Plusem było też bezproblemowe zakwaterowanie, otrzymaliśmy kod i wskazówki jak dostać się do apartementu, Bardzo niewygodne łóżko, w materacu czuć było sprężyny. W łazience nie było żadnej pólki na kosmetyki. Mieszkanie trochę przytłaczające, ciemne, na poziomie pomiędzy parterem a piwnicą. W naszej ocenie dobre tylko na noc i na krótki pobyt..

• Samir (4/5): Fine for a short stay, avoid for longer - Great area with cafes, bars, parks. Apartment is clean. Host is communicative and allowed me to check out 30 minutes late. The only windows open onto a very deep courtyard so the apartment is extremely dark, even in the middle of the day when the sun is shining. Kitchen is under equipped for real cooking (no sharp knives, chopping board and the oven/stove top doesn't work well). Radiators don't work so in colder months it is very cold (heating function on the ac helps a bit). Very basic furniture/lighting so place feels bare. Wifi maxes out around 10mbps.
