• Michi (10/5): Beautiful and convenient - I loved the private outdoor space and the plunge pool, really great touch in the hot weather, surrounded by a fabulous, landscaped garden. It was like being in our private paradise. The owner was great at communicating, allowing us to check-in early and generally making us feel at ease. We absolutely loved the breakfast and the location was excellent. Short walk to the beaches and shops, while remaining really peaceful at night. We would definitely be recommending this place to others coming to Ksamil. Breakfast was delicious but maybe too much, as we could never finish it all!
• M (9/5): - Le calme et l'accueil de Soni, notre hôte. Vous aide à trouver le lieu ( car ce n'est pasavec les travaux nombreux dans la ville ) Petit- déjeuner copieux et typique des PDJ en Alabanie. Piscine et espace détente top ! A pied, à 10min de la mer, et à-côtés d'un lac ( pas très propre) Parfait pour se reposer Juste axe d'amélioration : VMC dans la salle de bain, petit accès cuisine pour faire cuire au moins des pâtes.

• TRICERRI-LIZEN Karine (7/5): Logement correct à moins d’un km du centre - De ne pas être en plein centre ville ( très urbanisě et bruyant ) Logement simple mais avec quelques facilités ( frigo, bouilloire électrique,,, ) Gérant accueillant et réactif Dès 7h15 du mat, nous entendions le bruit de marteaux-pics ( construction proche d’un nouveau bâtiment ).

You may except a certain level of hosting qualities in this price segment. - Privacy is questionable, we had occasionally that non-guest (they have two identical houses) walk near and once even in our terrace and even stare at you. Awkward and uncomfortable. We were in our swim wear too. - Communication in English is purely by Google Translate. That's fine as long as you have internet...more on that later. - I never write negative reviews and rather resolve things on the spot, but as being said before. Its impossible to communicate without internet en Google Translate: payment in cash. Never even in my years of any form of travels have I paid in cash through Booking.com. This resulted in a nice 14% transaction fee+700 LEK for cash withdrawals at the ATM. Making our stay way more expensive than the price we booked it for (€180). Good for their tax benefits, not benefiting the guest in any way. This is such an unpleasant surprise at the end of the trip. Wow. I will edit this review if the host resolves this through Booking.com.

• Farah (10/5): Very moneys worth! - The location and amazing service from the staff! No taxis needed throughout this whole stay. The location was super close to everything in Ksamil, we could walk everywhere. Every morning we woke up to a delicious breakfast too! The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times!

• Karen (10/5): Lovely cosy place! - Perfect for a one night stay. Clean and comfortable. Since the room is small, it heated up easily with the AC unit and we were comfortably warm even with a thin blanket. There are two self contained units in the back yard of the home, facing the mountains. The yard has a swing, outside seating and beautiful flowers. Would be a relaxing place to sit if you have the time. Not ideal for a longer stay if you want to cook. We made oatmeal for breakfast using our own container, but the personal size water pot meant we had to boil 4 pots of water for breakfast.

Owners are very nice and welcoming. It would be great if they could add a mosquito screen for the door so you don’t need to have AC on the whole night.
