• Sarah (9/5): La maison au grand jardin tres bien située - Merci beaucoup Keka pour ce séjour exceptionnel a rapa nui.🙏 Le logement est beaucoup plus grand que ce a quoi je m attendais et dispose d'un magnifique grand jardin clos. Keka est tres gentille et avons pu louer par l intermédiaire de son amie une petite voiture pour la journée que nous avions en libre (50 000). Prise en charge et retour a l aéroport. Avons meme pu rester apres le cheking car notre avion partait en fin de journée. Deux chambres dont une tres grande.machine a laver dispo sur place.wifi fonctionne parfaitement. Gentillesse de Keka, qui parle tres bien le français. Logement situé a proximité immédiate du super marché et a proximité immédiate du centre ville (moins de 5 minutes a pieds)Les poules qui sont dans le jardin🥰 Anecdotiques car c etait tres bien, Manque quelques produits de base car certain etaient vides (insecticide, huile, bouteille d eau a l arrivee par exemple)
• Francesca (1/5): Overall, this was a very negative experience. The issue with cockroaches is not something to underestimate: I wouldn’t w - Easter Island is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately our entire experience was heavily impacted by a very shocking incident that happened in this apartment. For this reason, I would never recommend staying here. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property lacks proper maintenance. There are gaps in the structure, missing mosquito nets, and even where they are present, they are broken. At first we didn’t think too much about it — and that was a big mistake. One night, after leaving the window slightly open for a short time, we woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of large cockroaches inside the room. The apartment was full of them — in the bedroom and kitchen — and we even found one in the bed. We had to deal with at least ten of them. They were extremely large, some even over 10 cm, far bigger than anything we had ever seen. It was honestly a nightmare. We immediately informed the host, but the response was completely inadequate. We were only given a basic mosquito spray, which was clearly not sufficient for such a situation. Given the lack of maintenance and what happened, we requested a partial refund, but this was refused. Only after we said we would leave an honest negative review were we offered an alternative accommodation. However, this was not suitable for us: it was a hotel without a kitchen and the offer came late in the evening, making it impractical to move. We also rented a scooter through them, which was old and worn out. You can find newer and better options in town for the same price. The only positive aspect — unrelated to the apartment itself — was a tour with the host’s husband, Tito, who was kind and pleasant. Overall, this was a very negative experience. The issue with cockroaches is not something to underestimate: I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.
• Yat Fun (8/5): - Very convenient location, just 1-2 minutes walk to a supermarket. A bit hot and no mosquito nets in the rooms and living room.

• Anita María Alejandra (10/5): - La ubicación de la casa es excelente, está cerca del centro y del aeropuerto. Es un lugar tranquilo tiene al lado un supermercado que facilita bastante la estadía. Los anfitriones son excelentes, van a recoger al aeropuerto y dan todas las indicaciones y recomendaciones para una grata estadía en la isla. Muy recomendable. Me gustó todo, solo que mejoraría la iluminación de los dormitorios.

• Bojana (10/5): Great stay and Fantastic Experience - The host met us at the airport and provided a complimentary transfer. Showed us the home personally, and actually welcomed us to their home and their island. It felt like visiting good friends. Superb communication (fluent in French and English in addition to Spanish), perfect location and great backyard. Kitchen is well equiped and Starlink internet excellent. There is nothing I didn't personally like. I would only warn guests who are not nature lovers that the house is situated in a huge tropical backyard, and they will see chickens, dogs, etc.

• Geoffrey (10/5): - Lovely cottage, very comfortable, feels like home. Keka and Tito are both lovely, kind, friendly, helpful and gracious hosts. Warm greeting at the airport and ongoing care from both hosts. Tito was an excellent tour guide with good English. Keka also does tours if English is not required. Both were born and raised on the island and so their knowledge and experience of the island are impeccable. The barking dogs and sounds of motorbikes, but really, you will get this everywhere in Hanga Roa even if you pay for posh digs. The only way to avoid it would be to stayvway out of town, and then you have the extra need for a vehicle. At least in this house you have a nice big gated private garden, so there's a feast a bit of a buffer zone between yourself and the noise.

• Javier (10/5): - La cabaña Keka estan en una ubicacion para mi perfecta... cerca de todo, en ella cuentas con todo lo necesario para sentirte como un hogar, muy acogedora y comoda y la atencion de Keka y Tito te hacen sentir casi como familia te reciben al llegar, muy atentos, te dan un primer tour para conocer Hanga Roa ambientarte. Genial espero poder volver.

• Barbara (9/5): - Struttura semplice e accogliente, spaziosa per 2 persone e soprattutto pulita. Posizione perfetta a pochi passi dalla strada principale di Hanga Roa, con tutti i suoi servizi, e dal mare. C’è anche un supermarket all’angolo della via aperto fino a tardi. Siamo stati benissimo, abbiamo apprezzato la riservatezza e il silenzio della casa, dove non mancava nulla (c’è anche il Wifi, ho letto in una recensione di qualche mese fa che non c’era). -
• melanie (10/5): Excelente - Teresa y su esposo nos recibieron y nos hicieron sentir muy bien acogidos ya que eran muy amables, el lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario no nos faltó nada, es como estar en casa. Además queda literal al lado de un supermercado y cerca de la calle céntrica y playa, llegas rápido a muchos lugares y el lugar es tranquilo. Habían muchas baratas grandes adentro pero entiendo que es parte de la naturaleza ya que la cabaña está en medio de muchos árboles
• Andres (10/5): Exceptional - This is a beautiful house in the middle of the Hanga Ría, next to a supermarket and close to the best restaurants in town and the airport. You feel in a rural area within the town, just perfect. And within the house, everything is beautifully decorated.
