- Cuk (1/5): - We are very dissatisfied with the apartment and do not recommend booking it. First of all, a very messy apartment, dirty windows, poor cleanliness rating. There are 22 steps to the apartment that you cannot read anywhere, so if you have suitcases you have to count on breaking down carrying them by the time you get to the apartment. The owners did not even call or ask if we needed help with the luggage. They left small bottles of shampoo for one bath??? which means they are not even able to invest 5 pounds in customer service and have shampoos in the bathrooms. The heating is set to constantly turn off and the temperature drops to 18 degrees. There are no windows in one bedroom. Our flight was canceled on the first day due to fog so we arrived only the next day and of course they did not agree to refund the first night since it was a force majeure. So for the money you will pay for that apartment you will not get any service and that is why we do not recommend this apartment from the bottom of our hearts.
- Geoff (1/5): Worst booking ever made on Booking.com - Absolutely nothing The property owners are taking advantage of a booking.com to advertise this property as premium when their customer service is non existent and their booking admin procedures do not match what’s advertised on the website. On booking.com the checkin in time is shown as 3pm. The team do not let you checkin until 4pm and only release checkin details if you pay another unadvertised damage protection fee of £800 before they release specific key collection procedures. There is no facility to arrive early and store luggage on site and it’s frankly impossible to talk to anyone. We ended up in a protracted and fairly hostile email and WhatsApp exchange with the owners simply because we wanted to check in at 3 and they would not confirm this. We could not resolve this even the night before so this led to us booking elsewhere at extra cost because frankly we didn’t believe anything the property owners told us and we were not willing to part with further monies … booking.com were no help and to date we are £ 1200 out of pocket and feeling very let down. I am a Genius booker with Booking.com and book regularly so I’m not a novice to this site and know when I’m being ripped off.. Avoid this property

- Carolina (8/5): Rymlig och trivsamt boende med bra läge. - Läget var fantastiskt! Rymlig och välplanerad lägenhet. Bra städat och bra återkoppling vid kontakt med värden. Bra ljudisolerat från gatan. I anslutning till ena sovrummet lät ventilationssystemet högt. Under natten stängdes detta av. Troligen ventilation från restaurang i gatuplan. Avloppet i ena duschen fungerade dåligt.

- Karin (8/5): It’s a nice apartment in a great location. - The location was amazing. It was easy to get to several tube stations and so many restaurants and shops. We could have spent the whole time exploring just a few blocks because there was so much to see! A few more instructions would have made the stay more enjoyable. It took us a day to figure the outlets. We were given the wrong code to enter the apartment to begin with. And the original booking.com stated there was a pullout couch which was not so. The en suite bathroom drain backed up if we tried to use the overhead rain shower. They did try to fix that but we just switched to using the hand shower. We had one blow dryer for two bathrooms and it seemed to have a short. As a rental a few more directions/instructuons would have been much appreciated.

- Lucy (6/5): Spacious apartment but deposit an issue - Amazing location, spacious and quiet considering the location. Really comfortable and great bathrooms. Check-in process was weird, had to pay £800 deposit to be allowed into the property, which then took over a week and multiple contacts to be refunded. Some parts of the apartment were looking a bit tired, for example there was a leaky radiator.

- Tiia (8/5): we enjoyed it greatly and would stay again! - great location and amazing amount of space. the kitchen was very nice. the instructions left for us were very helpful. a few things need to be attended to, mainly what appears to be mold or water damage behind the master door. we had to leave that door open in order to avoid the unsightliness of it.
the ceiling fan units don’t work and the only way to cool the back bedrooms was to open the windows. thankfully it was cooler outdoors.
the hair dryer doesn’t work.

Tv in bedroom had no signal. Hole in wall skirting missing in bedroom (not very attractive) and not even explained or mentioned on arrival. A local map could be helpful.
- Anne-marie (5/5): Recommended because of the perfect location but don’t plan on using the sofa bed for adults. - The location was perfect, my daughter loved looking out the window at the London hustle and bustle. Windows worked very well, surprisingly not noisy at all. Space was great, very clean, and they were available via WhatsApp whenever needed. The sofa bed was broken so the first night had the worst sleep. Even after fixed it wasn’t the most comfortable so I would say really only good for children to sleep on.
We had an issue with the key (they changed the lock midway through our stay without telling us) which was eventually resolved but kept us waiting outside the door half an hour.

Batch was very dirty, shower was dangerously hot or freezing and sink did not drain. All issues other than the smell were rectified as soon as we let the landlord know.

Location is great! The area is very noisy, especially at night. We had a little trouble sleeping and ended up using ear plugs.
- Debra (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great, really central. The flat was clean and really well decorated. It was perfect for a short break. Unfortunately the heating/ hot water didn't work. The phone number on booking.com didn't work and no-one was responding to my urgent messages. We figured out the error message on the boiler and managed to get hot water, but the issue kept happening during our stay. Due to this, we won't book this place again.
- Marsha (9/5): Loved it. Perfect location. - Everything was perfect. We stayed on the 4th floor. There was an elevator. The bed was super comfortable, the bedroom was spacious with 3 large windows, so all the natural light came through. The full kitchen was nice to have. The sofa in the living room was a pull out bed but we didn’t end up using it. We used that room as our hangout room/closet. We loved the location so much. Everything was within walking distance, & there are soo many restaurants/pubs & bars all within a 5 min walk. The tube station is 2 blocks away. I would definitely stay here again. The description did say there was a patio but we didn’t see it or seen any doors where we can can get access to it. Not sure if it’s on the lower floors only but we didn’t mind. We loved the view from our apartment. The shower was a bit awkward getting in & out of. But the water pressure was good & they have a towel warmer so that was nice. I do wish they had given us a few more towels. We had 2 each, (big towel & smaller towel) but we were staying 4 nights, so one set of towels for each of us wasn’t quite enough, since we had to use one as a hand towel but we made it work.
- Richard (9/5): Superb apartment, 5 star comfort, we hope to stay again - Amazing location, 2 minutes walk to Leicester square, yet on a quiet stretch of Shaftsbury avenue. All the facilities are very high quality. The whole family slept well. The only things to note were that the shower in the ensuite does not drain well, and the remote control blind on the skylight in the main bedroom doesnt move. Hooe that helps…
- Philip (4/5): Not as advertised and not worth the price - The good part - the location. After that, not much else. 1. Address given to me was incorrect. 2. Place was not nearly as spacious as advertised. 3. Heater wasn't working when I arrived and customer service had the audacity to tell me they'd take care of it the next day. Meanwhile, it was freezing inside. 4. What little closet space was taken up by extra linens. 5. Speaking of extra linens, linens for the next guest (Sunday) were delivered on Friday (even though I was massaged they'd be delivered Thursday), taking up even more room in an already crowded space. 6. The washer/dryer didn't work. Wouldn't dry my clothes. 7. I was told there would be two sets of keys. I was given only one, and then asked to return two. 8. Air circulation in the places is terrible. Stuffy. Uncomfortable.
