• Pamella (7/5): Lovely gem - It was a beautiful room, just wish the place also provided some toiletries. There was also no iron for our clothes. The staff was friendly. There no Shower gels or bathing toiletries.

• Abdul (1/5): - . Unfortunately, the visit was disappointing and raised several concerns that I believe warrant your attention. Firstly, the images displayed on Booking.com do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. Upon arrival, it was evident that the guest house is undergoing construction, with building materials scattered throughout the premises. This created an unsafe and unsuitable environment for guests. Additionally, several amenities advertised online were either unavailable or in poor condition. There was no cafeteria service as indicated, and the room lacked basic necessities. The bed was broken, the toilets were leaking, and there was an insufficient water supply. The service provided by the receptionist was also below expectations—unprofessional and unhelpful, which further impacted the overall experience. Moreover, the guest house is located far from the main road in an area with sparse development, and there were no security personnel on site. Due to these factors, I chose not to stay, as the property did not feel safe or suitable to stay. Given these issues, I strongly recommend that Debreeze Guest House be temporarily removed from your listings until the necessary improvements are made. It is essential that properties featured on Booking.com meet a minimum standard of safety, comfort, and service to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.

• Karabo (1/5): - Nothing This place is the worst, very dirty. The host refused to refund us. The receptionist was nowhere to be found.

• Khayalethu (6/5): Please do few touches and upgrades at the place because it is one of the beautiful places to visit - Location and the design or details of the structure excellent 👌🏽. The place just needs maintenance and upgrades with facilities, The staff member by the name Sam is an excellent employee. I would come again and it would be a pleasure to find the place maintained. The shower needs maintenance, the bed needs to be changed. Few plates, glasses and cups would be kind for self catering. Room cleaning must be double checked. A mop and a broom in every room will also be a good option, thank you.

• Vusumuzi (9/5): Short and Sweet - It's a beautiful place The direction signs are too small, invisible. This causes guests to get lost as the lodge is situated among other properties far from the Main, direct street.
