- Ivanna (10/5): Don’t forget to let the guest know they should keep an eye on the water container from the air conditioner — or have the - Location, price, balcony view, and friendly staff — everything was great! I read many reviews saying there was no hot water or that it took a long time to heat up, but we didn’t have any problems at all — the water was always hot. Some people also mentioned that the electric stove heats up slowly, but actually, it’s the opposite: level 1 heats up quickly, and level 6 is the slowest. 😄✌🏼 There’s even a note on the kitchen wall explaining this. The street is very quiet, and we could barely hear any noise from the neighbors. The only thing, perhaps, is that no one told us we needed to drain the water from the air conditioner containers on the balcony (maybe the staff was supposed to do it). But it wasn’t a problem for us — we emptied the water ourselves, and everything was fine. That was the only minor issue in the apartment, and it didn’t bother us at all. Everything else was great! We definitely recommend this place!
