• Bożena (8/5): Na jedną noc może być - Wszędzie blisko, duży taras, duże pokoje, ładny widok Źle oznaczony adres i ciężko było trafić. Parking na ulicy, nie polecam dla starszych osób, gdyż mieszkanie jest na 3 piętrze i jeszcze na górę trzeba się dostać spiralnymi schodami. Ciężko chodziły krany i ogólnie tak no niewiem. Bez tragedii ale na dłuższy pobyt niż jedną noc to bym nie wróciła.

• Martin (9/5): Beautiful terrace with excellent location and panoramatic view - The terrace is amazing. It is nice accommodation which is hidden in the hosts flat. The host is very kind, she let us keep our baggage after check-out.

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - The map coordinates were a little off but our host patiently guided us to the Terrace and answered us quickly when we had a question. The views were wonderful. I wish that I could have stayed longer! Not a draw back for me but there is not an elevator which some might find a difficulty with.

• Deniss (10/5): Exceptional - This is a perfect location for spending evenings with a bottle of wine, looking out at the view of the city center and mountains. Everything is remarkably large – truly king-sized; the kitchen, rooms, and terrace are all massive.

• Shemin (3/5): Poor - only location is good The apartment was difficult to access as it was located upstairs without an elevator. Additionally, it was not very clean. One major concern was the lack of privacy—the owner lives in the same apartment and frequently came in to remind us to turn off the lights and heater, which was quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this made our stay less enjoyable than expected

• Elena (5/5): I was unfortunately disappointed. It’s an ok apt but not in winter. - Very good location, nice terrace, big room There was no central heating in winter and freezing cold. The windows are old and cold air goes into apartment. I had to leave earlier but paid fully for all my stay as the owners didn’t agree to change the booking to 1-2 nights. Also old renovation and a bit not cosy kitchen and bathroom.

• Mohsen (9/5): Superb - The owner at this Flat were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also loved the convenient location close to major attractions. The balcony of this apartment is very unique and has a 360 view of the whole of Tbilisi and is perfect for spending the night and drinking. Another positive point is that it is very close to the sights of Tbilisi The only negative point here is the stairs, you have to go up three floors without an elevator
