• Eduardo (8/5): Uma excelente localização - O apartamento situa-se numa zona magnífica, onde apenas se pode chegar a pé. Existem caminhos de pedra directamente para os jardins do palácio de cristal. Um silêncio absoluto. A cama era confortável e não tinha televisão (o que é uma coisa cada vez mais raro nos dias que correm). O apartamento era muito luminoso e a mobília (apesar de Ikea) andava pelos tons de branco, o que contribuia para a dimensão aparente do quarto. Não havia panos para secar a louça (o proprietário disponibilizou-se a fornecer uma vez alertado) e não era possível pendurar a maçã do duche, o que tornava o duche muito desconfortável. A casa não parecia ter sido aspirada e havia muito pó por cima nos sítios que habitualmente não vemos (como por exemplo, moldura do quadro situado por cima da cama). Ouvem-se os passos dos outros hóspedes a subir e a descer as escadas, bem como no apartamento por cima. O proprietário que parecia muito simpático inicialmente, mudou de humor quando lhe pedi para fornecer panos para lavar a louça.

Si dejas el deshumidificador conectado como te encuentras al llegar... Desde o primeiro contacto em que não estávamos a encontrar exatamente o local, prontificaram-se logo em nos atender e fazer videochamada para nos indicarem o caminho. Quando não soubemos como ligar o AC porque carregamos num botão que não devíamos, ajudaram-nos mesmo fora de horas. Deixaram cápsulas de café, chá, açúcar, quantidade de papel higiénico para muito mais do que precisamos, produtos de higiene de quantidade generosa… não temos nada a apontar! Acordar com o barulho das gaivotas também foi muito bom! Vimos amor e cuidado em todos os detalhes. Vê-se a atenção e o gosto por receber pessoas por parte do host ou da equipa. Brio em tudo. Preço/qualidade ótimo! Obrigada Casa Flora! Adoramos absolutamente TUDO.

En cambio el empeño en mejorar las infraestructuras me ha parecido excelente aunque suframos las inconvenientes obras.

• Emma (6/5): Decent apartment - It’s a decent place to stay in if you are looking just for somewhere to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed was comfy. It wasn’t cleaned to a high standard. We found hairs in the shower and the floor was dusty. We stayed for 2 nights and found about 4 bugs. We were on the ground floor so the view wasn’t great. The room needs some refurbishment because the walls looks very damaged and there was water leaking from the shower. The TV is very small.

• Helen (10/5): - Thank you Carolina for everything you did to make our trip more enjoyable, you were very helpful. The location is very well placed for buses and trams, a two minute walk away. Good options around for food and drinks. There is also a large supermarket by the tram station. A nice day trip out is on the number 500 bus to Foz do Douro and Matosinhos. Lovely beaches and plenty of restaurants and food.
• Helen (10/5): - We have to start by thanking Carolina our agen. She was fantastic, nothing was any trouble to her and even helped us booking an early morning taxi to the airport. The location was fantastic. A very short walk to bus and tram stops. Really close to the river and helicopter city flights too. The local restaurants bars and cafes were all very friendly serving delicious food. There is a large supermarket (continente bom) a five minute walk away just by the tram station. We would definitely stay there again. When we go back to Porto. Luckily we can say our overall stay was great. Nothing negative we can add. Keep up the good work.

• Annelotte (5/5): - Het appartement is ontzettend gehorig. Het is alsof je bovenburen door je kamer heen lopen, zoveel lawaai. We konden hun gesprekken letterlijk volgen. Daarnaast zitten er ontzettend veel dode muggen op de muur, geen prettig gezicht. We hebben hier helaas niet lekker geslapen.

• ToluC (9/5): - The apartment had a double bed, a kitchenette with cooking facilities and a bathroom. It was clean, comfortable and it had a little garden with chairs and tables to relax outdoors. Although we did not meet the staff in person, they contacted us ahead of our trip, left clear instructions for entry, provided tips on where to go and went out of their way to assist with some parcels we were expecting which did not arrive on time. There are stores around the neighbourhood to get food and conveniences. The road leading to the apartment is private and taxis dropped us a few metres away. The distance was not far and it is close to bus and tram routes and Uber of course whose response time is two to three minutes. If you have heavy luggage (which we did not, you might need to carry that for 5 to 10 metres to the apartment.

• Pauline (8/5): - Comfortable and spacious apartment for a couple. As this is the penthouse apartment, it is very bright and airy. Easy to walk everywhere but good transport links (bus nearby). Customer service very good as resolved our issue quickly. . Apartment hadn't been cleaned when we arrived but this was quickly rectified when we contacted Carolina.

• Erwin (8/5): Gerne wieder! - Tolle Lage, außerhalb des Trubels, nahe zum Fluss, der Tram, dem 500er Bus und den Gärten und Romantik Wegen rund um den Palacio de Cristal. Schöner kleiner Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus.
• Claudia (7/5): Clean and comfortable but could be improved - I stayed in one of the studio apartments, it was spacious, clean and equipped with all the amenities needed for a stay. Check-in was easy and flexible and Carolina was a helpful and friendly host. Being an old building it is not soundproof and I could hear everything from upstairs. Unfortunately the studio was also very damp despite the dehumidifier provided.
• Pinar melis (8/5): - The building is in a quite environment, close to the river, newly renovated, has a nice garden and sitting area. It is 15 min walk to the university and 20 min walk to the old city. We were very pleased about the location. There is a big supermarket nearby open between 8 and 21 and there are nice restaurants. The apartment was spotless clean. The decoration was simple but nice. All kitchen supplies are provided, some cooking stuff such as olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper were provided as well. Coffee capsules were also available. Our host Carolina was super easy to reach and she checked us on during our stay to make sure if we needed anything. The bathroom set, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap was of very good quality. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The sofa bed was also comfortable and large enough. There are lots of space in the apartment, enough to move, leave your luggage and also to feel at home. Our host Carolina explained the self check in by e-mail in advance. But the codes to enter the garden door and the building door were mixed, so we could enter the place by improvising the codes. That was a bit of stress. When we entered the apartment we discovered that one of the windows was broken and could not close. I contacted Carolina and she sent someone immidiately to fix it. It was fixed at least it was closed. Altough it is a very quiet apartment, the noise of the walk on the upper floor was too disturbing. We had to wake up 6:30 in the morning because of the noise. For longer stays (longer than 2 days), it would be nice to provide cleaning and towel change. There is iron but no washing washine in the apartment/building ( I thought there was but it is my misunderstanding.)

Handdoeken, toiletpapier en douche middelen aanwezig. Goede service, extra handdoeken mogelijk. Ook is de gastvrouw heel behulpzaam met vragen. Goede koelkast, goede airco. Het bed van appartement nr3 is wat aan de kleine kant, vrij smal. Het appartement is erg gehorig, vooral de bovenburen kun je horen lopen.

• Adina (8/5): - Very nice and clean, very well located, 20 minutes walking from the city centre. Next to shops and restaurants. A nice small garden. Quiet area. The house rules are not respected by some of the guests, once they enter the room they think are in the jungle. We could hear almost everything from the penthouse from above, the last floor, way too early in the morning.

• Wenying (3/5): Disappointing stay due to the broken AC - The location was excellent, providing easy access to key attractions and amenities. The environment was peaceful and quiet. Additionally, the transportation options were very convenient, with multiple transit options nearby. I had a very disappointing stay. The room was not quite clean upon arrival, and to make matters worse, the air conditioning was broken. It dripped constantly while in use, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Despite repeated communications with the staff, no one came to repair it throughout my stay. Opening the window at night to cool down was not an option either, as the room quickly filled with mosquitoes, making the situation even more unbearable.

Apartament wyposażony w kuchenkę, mikrofalówkę, lodówkę i wszystkie sprzęty, które przydają się w podróży. Świetna obsługa klienta
• Adrian (7/5): - Location is pretty good and quiet. Nice appartment with kitchen. Value for money. Did not provide enough towels. No tabs for dishwasher and no towel for drying plates, no towel for the floor outside the shower. Explained that we had to use the provided towels to dry plates and put outside the shower. They wanted to charge 5€ per extra towel. Pretty bad customer service especially under the circumstances that they forgot the dishwasher tabs and kitchen towels in the first place. They provided us with tabs and a kitchen towel on the last day but did not even add the extra towels requested as a goodwill (because of their fault we did not have enought towels). The appartment also gets pretty humid very fast. Upstair neighbors and cleaning in the morning make a lot of noise.

• Janina (9/5): - Schöne Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Kleiner Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Küchenzeile mit viel Zubehör vorhanden. Zu Fuß ca. 20 Min. ins Zentrum. Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert. Es gab die Möglichkeit jederzeit Empfehlungen zu erhalten. Auch konnten wir am Abreisetag unser Gepäck im Büro unterbringen da unser Flug erst spät ging. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig was sicherlich vor allem an dem Gebäude lag. Die Duschhalterung war kaputt. Es wurde jedoch direkt reagiert und das Angebot sie direkt reparieren zu lassen.

• Ashleen (8/5): Peaceful stay - Quiet peaceful area. Easy to get in. Clean place and when I mentioned we needed a sharper knife and another wine glass, someone dropped them off the same day. View of the garden and the valley behind. Supermarket is 5min walk away. Would happily return. Not an issue for us but for older people there are a few steps to the property and after the gate. And there is no lift to get to the upper floors. So make sure you can handle stairs especially if you have heavy luggage. Please note that only two apartments have a view of the river and the bridge. On the listing you will see photos of other apartments, make sure which one you are booking, it's photos will be on a separate tab.
• Ferruccio (9/5): - Appartamento spazioso e luminoso. Bagno un po' piccolo ma comunque accogliente. Anche letto da 1 piazza e mezza ma che ho trovato comodo e decisamente sufficiente a dormire in due. Il vicolo in cui si trova l'appartamento è un po' isolato e con abitazioni fatiscenti nei dintorni ma vicino a vie di comunicazione principali.
• Budkiewicz (9/5): - W zasadzie wszystko nam odpowiadało. Opis zgodny ze stanem faktycznym. Bardzo spodobała nam się okolica. Blisko rzeki bardzo wąska i cicha uliczka. Rezerwując apartament trzeba mieć na uwadze że nie da się dojechać pod drzwi bo uliczka nie jest przejezdna i są schody. Nam się podobało 🙂
• Beatriz (7/5): Viaje semana santa - Estaba bien equipado. Dispone de un aire acondicionado, lo cual fue muy útil ya que nos hizo frío. Cerca hay un súper. Está bastante mal insonorizado. Se oía todo de las demás habitaciones y además tuvimos la mala suerte de que los inquilinos del piso de arriba hacían excesivo ruido.

• Marco (10/5): Inmejorable - Muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro y del río, pudiendo ir paseando a los lugares principales de la ciudad. La casa es muy bonita, interiores de diseño y el estado, impecable. Además de las terrazas del apartamento, cuenta con un pequeño jardín muy agradable.

Por decir algo: una de las camas individuales del altillo hace mucho ruido cuando se mueve la persona que duerme en ellay al estar todos en un mismo espacio abierto, por la noche mi marido y yi oíamos cada movimiento de mi hijo en esa cama. Las otras 2 camas muy bien.
