- Ahmed (1/5): Worst experience I've ever had. Taha, the owner, does not care at all about his renters. It was hell - We booked it for 8 days my wife is from Morocco so we go 4 or 5 times a year so we can spend time with her family. The house was nice. If the owner had cared about his renters, we have rented it again. The problem is he does not care at all, and is arrogant and difficult to work with. Took our money and did not care at all that the heat was not working, The hot water heater was not working, the shower drains were clogged. He did fix the Refrigerator, that was also not working after 2 days, and he did fix the electricity after 6 hours. He flat out did not care that we were cold and with no hot water. Initially responded but then completely ignored us for the last 6 days. We were bundled up in sweaters and hoodies to try to stay warm, and heating water in pots to try to wash ourselves. You may read this and think it's an exaggeration; I've used booking a lot over the past few years (twice a month or so) and never in my life had an experience like this. I didn't even mention the lack of towels, soap and toiletries. I had to go out and buy all this stuff, I also had to buy pillows and pillow covers. It was hell. The only reason I didn't just go to a hotel was because I couldn't believe that anyone would treat renters like this and kept hoping he would fix everything. Honestly, I couldn't believe that he would just leave us like that, but he did. He got his money and did not care what we were going through. I believe the Owners name is Taha. He initially had someone else manage it. That gentleman tried to get Taha (the owner) to respond, and I believe that guy is the reason that the fridge and electricity were fixed initially, but then Taha took over and completely ignored everything and stopped responding for the last 6 days.
