• annette (8/5): Great location - Susi was a friendly host, she contacted us a few days before out trip to explain everything. She took our flight number and met us even though it was a late flight. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Great location for first timers in alicante. Crowd noise leaving a local club on fri/sat night was pretty loud Club is situated up a lane by bedroom window A few extra cocktails or headphones would help with sleep Not hosts fault

• Inge (9/5): Prima appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een aangenaam verblijf. Aardige host Susi. - Ontbijt en boodschappen was te koop in het winkeltje naast de ingang van het appartement. Locatie in het centrum is perfect. Nadeel is soms het geschreeuw van de mensen op straat. Maar restaurants en terrassen en de bushalte voor de deur en op loopafstand. Met Semana Santa ( Pasen ) hebben. Vanaf het balkon de processie kunnen volgen. Dat was spectaculair. Soms het lawaai, maar dat is inherent als je in het centrum verblijft. Daar kan de host niets aan doen.

Les photos sur le site présentent l’appartement neuf et doivent dater de longtemps, il a pris un peu depuis

• Guest (10/5): A wonderful place where you want to return. - Excellent location of the apartment in the city center: market, beach, promenade, mountain, everything within 15 minutes. Very nice hostess, who as a bonus, left us various goodies, both cookies and drinks. Can be recommended! There is one drawback: sooner or later the vacation ends, and it is very sad to leave such a wonderful place.

Central location within walking distance to many attractions; museums, castle, beach, marina , bars and restaurants. Great WiFi .

• Filipa (10/5): Cozy and nice apartment in amazing location - The apartment is clean, comfortable and perfectly equiped. Location is amazing, in the middle of city center. The owner of the apartment was lovely and helped us with everything we needed. We highly recommend! It can get a bit noisy at night, specially on weekends or around holidays, as some parties are organized just in front of the building.
• Susan (9/5): Loved our stay and hope to return. - Susi , our host was so kind and helpful in advising us on how to get to the apartment from the airport. There’s a regular bus service that takes you to within a short walking distance of the apartment. The apartment is in an excellent, central location. Susi was welcoming and friendly and We were delighted with the apartment and its facilities. The complimentary bottle of wine was a great gesture and much appreciated! 😀 There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
• Jeanne (10/5): This was perfect for the 5 night stay in Alicante with my granddaughter. - Perfect location for beach , restaurants, bars and shops. Susi was very easy to contact and very attentive. She took the time to show us how everything worked and was happy to provide extra blankets if we needed them. The bed in the bedroom was super comfy but the bed settee in the lounge was a little uncomfortable. However, it was more comfortable that other sofa beds I’ve slept on and it was plenty big enough and very easy to set up.

• Richard (10/5): Excellent stay. I would return to this apartment and certainly recommend it to others. - The hostess, Susi, is great. Excellent communication in advance of my stay. She met me at the door. She then gave me a tour of the apartment and provided the necessary instructions along with the Wi-Fi information. There is an elevator/lift to the unit on floor 3. Apartment is in a great location. 5 minute walk to central market, 5-7 minute walk to the waterfront, and about a 15-20 minute walk to the Alicante train station. Very well-furnished and air-conditioned apartment with good coffee equipment/pods. I enjoyed using the balcony. Lot's of dining options nearby. Suggest Sento and Lizarran for tapas/pinchos and of course the central market. There is no TV in the bedroom. Not a big problem as I didn't go to Alicante to watch TV. There is also a nice TV in the main room. I had challenges with one of the AC remotes which could have been my fault. I was able to use the other remote for both units so not a big deal. Suggest using the automatic roller shades to block out light. A wider shelf for toiletries in the bathroom is a suggestion for a very minor improvement.

• Katriina (10/5): Fantastic apartment in Rambla Alicante - Everything was perfect, apartment was super nice and well equipped, great WiFi, very comfortable bed and very nice bathroom with a rain shower head. Susi was an excellent host. For a city break, location could not have been better; we stayed during the Semana Santa and we happened to have the prime seats at the balcony to watch the beautiful processions every night. Nothing.

Due to city centre location and current road works it could at times be noisy in living room where sofa bed was located. Would benefit from larger and more bins. Mirror in living room would be good.

• István (10/5): Great owner, great accommodation, great environment. - The owner responded immediately to all our questions and helped with everything they could. They contacted us even before our journey, met us in the morning when our flight landed, and indicated that we could go right away and pick up the keys (even though theoretically, we could have only done that after 3 PM). Everything was great, the accommodation was nice, clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was fast, the beds were comfortable, and everything was in working order. Its location was excellent, with the beach, city center, and public transportation just a 5-10 minute walk away. A parking garage is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, where you can park for approximately 15 EUR per day. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops in the area. On our last day, we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment, and despite it being a Sunday, the owner arrived with a locksmith within an hour to unlock the door. Furthermore, they covered most of the relatively high cost, even though it was clearly our fault. We want to express our gratitude for their kindness! We had a great time and would choose this accommodation again next time. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

There is everything you need in the apartment - washing machine, kitchenette, ironing board, umbrella for the beach, smart TV, very fast internet, nice balcony. The location of the apartment is very central, everything is nearby - market, shops, beach, bus/metro stop. The apartment was extremely clean, we would come back anytime. -
