Vicino all'hotel c'è un ottima lavanderia In 15 minuti a piedi arrivi al lago e se ti piace camminare non è male come zona immerso nella natura. Abbastanza pulito! Le camere sono poco insonorizzate e le finestre danno sulla sala comune quindi entra pochissima luce

• Padma Gnanapriya (10/5): A clean, modern place with friendly service and a perfect location near Dalada Maligawa. - The place was very clean and comfortable. There was private parking with a gate, hot water, and a small kitchen area, which was very useful. The room looked modern and was good value for money. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The location was great, very close to the Dalada Maligawa, and we could even walk there. Overall, it was a very good stay.

• Zakova (10/5): Exceptional - The host Mrs Renuka and her husband are great and very caring, so we felt nice and welcome. We stayed couple of times as we always returned to this place when visiting Kandy. We had a nice room with balcony, warm shower and we could cook at a small kitchen and use fridge. And we definitely come back again when we are around. Looking forward. Thank you Pavlina

• Senal (9/5): Overall Good Inn - I stayed in a double bed room at this hotel and had a good overall experience. The room was clean, which I really liked. Towels were free, and the host was kind and helpful. One thing to remember—the Wi-Fi password is not in the room. You can find it written on a calendar at the main lobby desk. There was no outside window, but the room still felt okay. The room is not soundproof, so you might hear noises from other guests. Also, the bed made some noise when I moved.

• Suraj (8/5): Very good - It was luxury look and it is really clean. Worth for the price. Bathroom and the bed are crystal clear. Staff is really friendly and helpful. I didn't use the kitchen but I have access to kitchen also. It's really worth for the price. The bed is little bit noisy and room is not sound proof.

But the openings kept for ventilation in both rooms and bathroom was disturbing. it will be better if they can close these openings so it will offer more privacy during the stay.

Wifi was not working but owner helped me to get internet connection. - Tiny kitchen (maybe 3m*0.5m) with little facilities (sink and utensils in pictures). - Bed sheets, towels and mosquito nets are soo old and smell like mold (really bad), very thin mattress, couldn't sleep at all. I asked the owner two questions and those were her answers: - Is there any kitchen utilities? -> You should buy for yourself. - What do you recommend to do in Kandy? -> Check in internet. And just for Info: - The terrace pictures are not from the rented house, it belongs to the owners house. - In same day when I was there, a spanish guest came (with 4 nights booking) and left right away after seeing the room.

The kitchen area is a convenient addition, allowing guests to prepare simple meals and tea. A decent choice for those looking for an affordable stay with basic amenities. There is only a single-size blanket provided for the double bed, which is insufficient.

• Czuczu (9/5): Clean and Modern Room with Friendly Owners - The room was very clean, spacious, and tastefully arranged, with a beautiful large balcony overlooking palm trees. The sheets and towels were clean with a fresh scent and the fan and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The bathroom was clean, modern, and spacious enough. Warm water was available and the water pressure was great. A working fridge and a small kitchen were available in the common area, adding convenience. The owners were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after checkout. The location is about a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride from the train station. Highly recommend it for a comfortable stay! Soundproofing: The walls seem to be dry walls, so you can hear other guests clearly at times. This wasn’t an issue for us, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs, especially since there are quite a few dogs in the area that tend to bark at night. Curtains: The room gets quite bright in the morning because the curtains are not blackout curtains. For those who prefer to sleep in, I’d recommend packing a sleeping mask. Mattress Comfort: The mattress is on the firmer side, which might not suit everyone’s preference. Mosquito Net: The mosquito net is a bit small for two people. A larger net would make it more comfortable for couples.
