The cuisine deserves special admiration. Dinner felt worthy of a restaurant aspiring to three Michelin stars: the presentation, the flavors, the attention to every tiny detail — all absolutely exceptional. Our very first dinner was made even more memorable thanks to Koki, whose elegance, attentiveness, and quiet charm created that rare atmosphere of true hospitality that simply cannot be faked. At the same time, the fact that the entire staff speaks excellent English makes the whole experience even more comfortable and effortless. The rooms are another story altogether. The softest towels and robes, unbelievably comfortable beds — everything feels designed to wrap you in warmth and serenity. And the views, sunsets, and sunrises are simply unforgettable. But the most magical part is the private onsen in the room itself. Soaking in natural hot thermal water while surrounded by silence and breathtaking scenery is an experience beyond words. For guests who may feel uncomfortable visiting public onsens, this creates a rare and wonderful opportunity to experience an authentic Japanese onsen in complete privacy.
