• Pritam (1/5): Big noo for this hotel - Nothing I have booked suit room which cost me around 4.8k and total waste of money. Room small even lots of mosquitoes there. I have order food which I got after 2-3 hrs letter. Such pathetic staff and too much noise outside the room.

• Prasannagiri (3/5): Very disappointing and not worth the money - Except for the location of the hotel which is 500m from Andheri railway station, nothing else is great with this place. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room. In the first room that they provided, the toilet flush water was spilling outside of the closet. Then they gave another room and it was full of dust and I had to ask them to clean it for me. Secondly, the room size for the cost was extremely unacceptable. I booked a junior suite room which costed close to 6k per night, but the room was so conjusted, small and damped. No proper ventilation, and we never felt happy and comfortable when inside the room. Next is the complementary breakfast that they offered. There is no restaurant in this hotel and you need to place your order for the breakfast which is a limited breakfast. I have never experienced a limited complementary breakfast until now in any of my previous stays which is so disappointing. Also, the breakfast time starts at 8.30am which is again a disappointing aspect. I made a big mistake by booking this hotel for 4 nights and I couldn't reverse this. To conclude, the whole stay in the hotel was not up to the expectation and very disappointing. Their tag line which says 'Comfort meets luxury' is quite opposite to our stay. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

• Paolo (1/5): Bad - upon check-in the receptionist told us that our reservation had been cancelled by booking.com due to the late check-in and that there was no other room for us. A total intolerable lack of professionalism and a big problem for us in Mumbai after a long trip. An already rather dilapidated structure (different from the photos on booking) in a not very recommendable area of ​​Mumbai. even our taxi driver was afraid to enter the internal entrance road of the hotel. I was suppose to checkin at 4PM and when called them around 1.00PM they said they have cancelled the booking as we didnot confirmed them about our arrival before 11 AM and check-in time was 12.
