• Rana (7/5): - Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Der Boulevard ist fußläufig zu erreichen sowie auch eine Bank, Mall und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
• Simge (10/5): İyi konum, konforlu bir tesis - Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Odamız tertemizdi, güleryüzlü ve yardımsever bir personelden oluşan butik bir işletme. Kesinlikle yine gitsem yine orda konaklarım. Otelin kahvaltısı çok yetersizdi. Özellikle kahvaltı seçeneği ile rezervasyon yaptırdık ama ilk günden sonra dışarda tercih ettik. Bukadar iyi hizmete gölge düşüren bir ayrıntı oldu bizim için.

• nermin (10/5): Muhteşemdi. - Çok merkezi bir konumdaydı, her yere yürüme mesafesinde olması ve tarihi dokuların içinde yer alması şahaneydi. Çok çok temizdi, her gün oda temizliği yapıldı. Odaların vintage tarzı, tavan yüksekliği, ses yalıtımının iyi olmasını çok beğendik. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltısı güzeldi, seçenek çoktu ancak her gün aynı şeyler vardı. O da sorun bile değil zaten. Fiyat olarak böyle kaliteli bir hizmet için çok ideal bir fiyatı vardı. Beğenmediğimiz hiçbir yanı yok.

Отличное расположение Завтрак не очень разнообразный, когда мы приходили всего было по минимуму. Также немного была странная ситуация с выселением, мы заранее уточнили, что время выселения 12.30, но на следующий день нас уже стали просить выселиться в 12.00

Расположение шикарное, отель в старом городе, а через 2 минуты можно оказатся в новом городе. Все достопримечательности, рестораны и магазины рядом! За путешествие были в трех разных отелях, этот отель наш ТОП, если вернемся в Баку то однозначно сюда! Есть смарт тв, хороший вайфай Мы общались с другими постояльцами отеля - они как и мы хотели продлить номера тут, но мест небыло! Бронируйте заранее! Так как побывав здесь, переезжать не хочется! Все было супер!

• Antonella (10/5): Soggiorno piacevole e confortevole - Gli spazi sono stati completamente rinnovati con un risultato finale eccellente che rende la struttura accogliente e piacevole. La posizione, benché all’interno della Old City, è molto vicina ai gate di accesso rendendo gli spostamenti (mezzi pubblici/taxi) facili. Vicinissime tutte le maggiori attrazioni della città vecchia. Lo staff è cordiale e gentile. La camera, di dimensioni non enormi, aveva tutto ciò che serviva con una ottima cabina armadio. Biancheria pulitissima e pulizia quotidiana. Servizio igienico dotato di tutti i comfort, spazioso e pulitissimo.

• John Declan (10/5): Beautiful hotel in a great location - Great location in the old town. Walking distance to everything. Beautiful hotel, fully renovated but keeping all of the old town style and charm. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room cleaned every day. Lots of nice restaurants close by. A short walk to the seafront boulevard, Nizimi street, Maiden Tower and Palace of the Shirvanshahs. The Vedi coffee shop next door had the best coffee I got in Baku!

• Mostafa (8/5): - We booked one economy and one deluxe room. Both were very clean and matched our expectations—the deluxe was spacious, and the economy, while smaller, was still comfortable for a short stay. The biggest advantage is the excellent location, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of many Old City attractions. Staff were generally kind and hospitable, especially during breakfast, and we appreciated that when we accidentally broke a glass in the room, they did not charge us for it while checking out . On the other hand, communication with the hotel was very difficult. The email on their website does not work, there is no WhatsApp number, and they did not respond to messages on Booking.com. Even customer service could not reach them by phone. This became especially stressful when they tried to charge my credit card, although my reservation was “no prepayment.” I received “action required” messages, which put my booking at risk of cancellation. Breakfast could also be improved, as the variety was quite limited, mostly plain vegetables.

• Anastasiia (10/5): - Как только зашли сразу поняли, что очень чисто. Номер был убран превосходно, в ванной не пахло ничем. Все необходимое для проживания было: гель для душа, шампунь, бальзам, мыло для рук, бумажные полотенца(редкость), халаты, а также на выбор 2 вида подушек. Мы выбрали помягче, так как более жесткие оказались прям очень жесткими. Отдельное спасибо хочется сказать отелю за то, что в такой важный день как свадьба друзей экстренно помогли высушить платье в сушильной машине! Спасибо! На фото комната с кроватью кажется больше. Но это не сильно мешало, так как ванная комната была прям большой и комфортной, там в основном проходят все сборы, а в комнате мы только спали.
