No me gustó estuve esperando dos horas afuera porque me pasó un pin que no servía y no abría la puerta de afuera gracias a un chico que estaba trabajando se contacto con la dueña y nos pasó la información. Además de cobrar 24 euros cuando pague por limpieza me cobró 24 euros más que tuve que dejar en la cocina y 10 euros al irme.el lugar de afuera da miedo es el fondo de un callejón que no dice nada no sabes si es allí o no muy descontentos con la atención nunca me dió factura nunca le ví la cara.No lo recomiendo.me dejo dos almohadas más sin funda manchadas obvio no las use.

alireza (6/5): Comfy room, shower not so much! - The location is very good. The bed was comfortable and there was airconditioning The shower in the bath was very uncomfortable. If you are tall you can’t stand up completely under the shower and also no matter how you shower there’ll be a pool of water in the bathroom floor with no drain to empty it. It’s meant only for taking a bath (but then again who takes a bath in a hotel/airbnb). Further we were asked to take our garbage with us or leave the cost of taking care of it for the cleaners. Would’ve been better if it was already priced in in the cost of room instead (also since we don’t use cash and thus couldn’t leave bills)

Agnes (7/5): Good - The location is excellent. Our room and the common areas were very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Calling this place a “guest house” is misleading. There is no host/staff on site at any time of the day, no effort to provide any local information - I have experienced more hospitality than this at every AirBnB I’ve stayed at. The lack of luggage storage facility can be a problem. The wifi signal was very weak, our (Apple) devices kept losing connection. Attempting to collect an additional 10 euros for garbage removal (in addition to the also extra tourist tax) is not justifiable.

Kim (6/5): It was pretty good overall. - There was a little kitchen with washer and dryer. Bed was fairly comfortable. Location was quite a ways walk from train station and buses was the only problem for early departure. Not sure what is above the glass in ceiling of bathroom.
Emily (7/5): Overall good experience, would stay again if in Venice - Rooms were very clean and authentic, location was great and staff were quick to respond to our messages 😊 Only downside was that our room was still not cleaned/ready on our planned arrival time, however, staff responded quickly.
