Просторные апартаменты в два этажа, в каждой спальне своя ванная, в гостиной есть дополнительный санузел, стиральная машинка с порошком, утюг, фен, на кухне всё для приготовления. Вайфай отличный. Терраса с видом. Парковаться можно в гараже, если на улице нет места. Быстрое заселение, бассейн не большой, но чистый. Всё прекрасно

Чудесный персонал. 2 спальни и 2 ванные комнаты на втором этаже с большой терасой и шикарным видом на Тиват. Супер удобные матрасы. На первом этаже дополнительный туалет и ещё один балкон. Удобная локация, позволяющая добраться во все интересные места. Нам очень понравилось! Нельзя сказать, что не понравилось, но я бы добавила кастрюльку и сковордку.
• GIL (10/5): - דירת 3 חדרי שינה. הדירה ענקית! מאובזרת לחלוטין, 2 מקלחות ושירותים, בריכה משותפת, מרפסת פרטית גדולה עם ריהוט גן. הכל חדש ובמצב מעולה! לא הספקנו להנות מכל האקסטרות - פעם בשבוע הבעלים עורכים מסיבת ברביקיו לאורחים, יש להם יאכטה לסיורים פרטיים. יש מספר דירות במתחם - מתאים לטיול של מספר משפחות יחד. הבעלים נחמד באופן יוצא דופן. ממליץ בחום ומתכוון לחזור עם המשפחה המורחבת!
• maarit (9/5): - Hienolla paikalla, tosin hieman kaukana, että tarvitsee auton. Huoneisto iso ja siisti. Hotelli ja allas-alue myös siisti. Kaikkiaan upea huoneisto kahdessa kerroksessa. Roskiksia ei tyhjätty eikä siivousta koko aikana. Olimme kolme yötä. Emmekä nähneet henkilökuntaa kun tullessa.

On the day we arrived, they invited us to a generous meal they had prepared for all the guests, free of charge. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a beautiful view. Everything felt pleasant with a great atmosphere. We will definitely come back All was just perfect.

• LAURENCE (10/5): Merveilleux sejour - Appartement très joli, propre avec une vue magnifique. La literie était très bonne et la piscine pour se rafraîchir un vrai plus. Manque de vaisselle qui nous obligeait à faire une machine tous les jours. La côte à monter en voiture qui est à double sens et très raide. A certains endroits une seule voiture peut passer donc quand on en croise une en sens inverse c est très compliqué. On a frôle plusieurs fois l accident. Je conseille de passer par l autre route au dessus de l appartement qui est plus longue mais plus sûre.

• Fiona (8/5): Beautiful apartment - Beautiful clean, modern, comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment with fabulous views. Staff were brilliant. Close to Kotor. The roads to get to and from the property were very narrow.
• Marina (9/5): Perfect stay with comfortable rooms and amazing views! - We stayed at Panorama Bay Luxury Apartments for a week, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our host, Vladimir was very welcoming and helpful. He organised a barbecue for all the guests on our first night, which was a lovely touch. The room was bigger than we expected and perfect for our family of four. Everything was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. It was over 35 C when we visited but the aircon in the rooms made it so much more bearable. Not really a reflection on the hotel itself but the road up to the apartment was quite tricky although we got better at navigating it after a couple of days.

Easy communication with the host who was very helpful. Too far away from the centre of Kotor - taxis were fixed prices (extortionate) and parking was limited close to the old town.

• Meir (10/5): Peace and quiet few min from the crowded city - A beautiful apartment with a great view of the bay, very modern and well equipped. A beautiful swimming pool facing the bay. A feeling of staying in nature, with forests around, few minutes from the crowded city. Vladimir, the host and Branko are very helpful and nice. The weekly BBQ at the pool is a great gesture and an opportunity to meet other guests and to get to know vladimir A narrow road up. Very typical of montenegro. Was not a problem for us but might be challenging at night for an inexperienced driver
• ela (10/5): מתחם דירות מקסים ברמה גבוהה, קרוב לשדה התעופה של טיבאת ולרכבל בקוטור. - לקחנו דירת שלושה חדרים כי זה מה שהיה פנוי כשהזמנו, קיבלנו דירה ענקית, נקייה, חדשה ומאובזרת בהכל. בשבילנו זה היה לילה אחרון לפני הטיסה, הילדים נהנו מהבריכה במתחם (עמוקה) והמיקום היה 4 דקות נסיעה מהרכבל של קוטור ו10 דקות נסיעה לשדה התעופה בבוקר, אז מבחינתנו זה היה מושלם לכל מה שהיינו צריכים ולא נכנסנו בכלל לפקקים בתוך העיר.
• Timo Sebastiaan (10/5): Best place to stay in/near Kotor - It is amazing, everything is accommodated for and Vladimir is the best host you could wish for. We only stayed one night but if you stay multiple you can arrange multiple fun excursions. He hosted an amazing barbeque with local dishes and amazing wine. We were so lucky to have stayed that specific night and if I go back to Montenegro this place will definitely be on my list. Nothing, maybe a little more decorations in the appartements to make it even better
• Karen (9/5): Toplocatie voor verblijf rond Kotor - Goede locatie tussen Tivat en Kotor (maar altijd wel wat onvermijdelijke file om er te geraken), mooi zicht op baai van Tivat, vriendelijke host die ons boottochtje aanbood (maar wat niet kon doorgaan door slechte weer), fijn zwembad, goede airco, makkelijk parkeren in ondergrondse parking. Je appartement is een beetje koeltjes ingericht, maar wel heel comfortabel!

Auch dies hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir einen wunderschönen Urlau - Die Unterkunft hatte sehr moderne und schön eingerichtete Apartments. Der Ausblick über die Bucht war traumhaft. Der Vermieter war immer hilfsbereit und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

• Dan (10/5): Amazing apartment, great host, great place to be - Everything! Best place we’ve been to on our trip, amazing apartment, new, modern, wide with a great pool, ac in all rooms and an amazing host that was there every time we needed him. Also it’s 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from old town Kotor. The road to the place is a bit narrow, need to be careful when driving.

L appartement est meublé avec goût. Et surtout bien situé un peu en dehors de Kotor ce qui a évité les embouteillages. Propriétaire d une rare gentillesse qui nous a fait faire une sortie bateau extraordinaire sur le coucher du soleil. Un des meilleurs moments de notre séjour! • Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional property and host - The property is modern, spacious, clean and well equipped. The balcony is the star of the show with incredible views. It is an oasis of calm away from the busy areas. Great bakery 5 minute drive away. The host is very communicative and could not be more helpful. We did not have time to use pool but it is well maintained and sparkling. Due to its location a car is recommended. We travelled with 3 teenagers and had an amazing stay here. Thank you Vladimir. Everything was perfect.

The host Vladimir was very welcoming and even organised a BBQ with all of the other residents with lovely food and local wines. Overall, it was a great place to stay close to Kotor. We had a car and some transport would be required whether that be car or taxi. Highly recommended. Nothing at all :)

• Daphne (9/5): Nieuw ruim en modern appartement vlakbij Kotor - Vlakbij Kotor gelegen, met heel mooi uitzicht (je ziet ook het vliegveld van Tivat maar daar heb je totaal geen last van). Ruim en modern appartement, nieuw en alles comfortabel. Heerlijke bedden. Op de vrijdag verzorgt de host een heerlijke BBQ! Hij had ook tips voor restaurants etc. Ben schoenen vergeten maar die worden opgestuurd. Host heel service gericht We kunnen de plek zeker aanraden. Het zwembad is vrij klein, maar wel met een prachtig uitzicht.

• Sandra (10/5): - Vieta kur norisi sugrįžti! Labai puikus, tvarkingi ir edvus apartamentai ir dar nuostabesnis šeimininkas. Kiek keliaujame pirmą kartą tiek šeimininkas rūpinosi! Apartamentai yra ant kalno, tai atsiveria labai gražus vaizdas, saulėlydis, taip pat smagu stebėti, kaip leidžiasi ir kyla lėktuvai, įdomiausia nesigirdi triūkšmo nuo lėktuvų. Baseine galima atsigaivinti. Vieta patogi gyventi ir keliauti aplink. Dėkui už nuostabią vakarienę!
• Willemien (9/5): Heel ruim appartement - Het is een heel ruim appartement. Fijne bedden, goede banken en stoelen. Ruime slaapkamers. Ruim balkon met bank en stoelen die lekker zitten. Appartement had 2 toiletten, is prettig. En zwembad recht voor ons appartement. Ligt tussen Kotor en Tivat in. Het appartement ligt wat afgelegen. Je moet overal met de auto naartoe. Voor paar dagen was dat prima. We waren vlot in Tivat en in Kotor.

• Ingrid (9/5): Fantastische appartementen met prachtig uitzicht! - Supermooi appartement, hele aardige host die 1x per week een bbq aanbiedt aan al zijn gasten. Heel gastvrij! Uitzicht is prachtig, alles ziet er supermooi uit. In het appartement zit een trap naar beneden, naar de slaap-en badkamers, die is vrij steil en er is geen trapleuning, die miste ik wel. En het smalle weggetje omhoog om er te komen was ook weleens lastig met tegenliggers.

• yishay (10/5): דירה מושלמת מכל הבחינות - בעל הדירה היה מדהים. חביב מאוד וקשוב לכל פניה שלנו. כשהיינו צריכים משהו, שלחנו לו הודעה ומיד הגיב ועזר. הדירה מפנקת מאוד עם מזגן בכל חדר. הכל חדש לגמרי ונקי ומצוחצח. המטבח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך. ישנה חניה צמודה. הדירה קרובה לכל המקומות החשובים: 10 דקות מנמל התעופה, 15 דקות מהעיר העתיקה, 15 דקות מהנמל וכו' פשוט זו הייתה חוויה מושלמת!

Branco przywiózł nas i odwiózł na autobus, zabrał nas po przyjeździe na zakupy, gdyż nie mieliśmy samochodu i pomógł wynająć samochód. Willa jest nowoczesna z basenem i pięknym widokiem na zatokę Kotorską. Nasz apartament był duży, przestronny, z pięknym tarasem. Vladimir to niezwykły człowiek o wyjątkowej gościnność i uprzejmości, wraz z zespołem robi wszystko, aby Twój pobyt był cudowny i nasz taki był. Zorganizował grilla, na którym mieliśmy okazję skosztować pysznego jedzenia i domowego wina, a ponadto spędziliśmy uroczy wieczór na rozmowach z ludźmi z różnych zakątków świata. • Annette (10/5): Absolutely fantastic. Vladimir was on hand for any enquiries and really put himself out for guests - Everything. The apartment was beautiful and our host Vladimir such a lovely welcoming man who went over and above. Indeed all the staff including the cleaners were great. The weekly BBQ provided for guests was a charming and lovely surprise and enabled you to mix with some of the other guests from all nationalities which was lovely. Will deffo be back to visit Montenegro. Vladimir also made or last day really special and was the perfect ending to a lovely holiday, albeit the weather too hot at 35 degrees. If I had to be really picky the staircase in our duplex was very steep. Also the table on the patio you couldn't balance drinks on because of the rattan but as I say this is only being really picky and didn't encroach on our holiday.

• Yhadira (10/5): Una estancia perfecta! - El apartamento es espectacular, muy nuevo, amplio, comodísimo, limpio, las instalaciones igual, tiene aire acondicionado, lavadora, secador, plancha... La piscina es un punto a favor dado que en verano hace mucho calor. Lo mejor de todo es Vladimir (el anfitrión), nos ayudo muchísimo en nuestro viaje y nos deleitó con una barbacoa! Tiene parking y la señal Wifi va genial. Lo único malo es que se encuentra alejado del centro y necesitas el coche para ir al centro de Kotor o a hacer compras. Se encuentra en el monte entre Kotor y Tivat.
• tsafi (10/5): Great, clean and cozy apartment. - The host was incredibly kind and generous. The apartment was very clean, big and comfortable. We liked everything.
• Ryan (10/5): Get away from the crowds of Kotor; majestic mountain stay; highlight of trip to the Balkans - This is a gem in the hills overlooking Kotor. Possibly the cleanest place we've ever stayed, and the quality of the construction was amazing. Spacious, well-decorated apartments. Nice pool overlooking Kotor Bay. Wished we would have stayed here longer. We booked through Booking.com, so we weren't aware that payment was cash or bank transfer ahead of time. Not really a problem--it would have been easier to know; however, host was really easy to work with.
• Oliver (10/5): Excellent stay but need a car. - Very clean and spacious apartment with lovely view. Host was very welcoming and provided a tasty barbecue for all residents.
• Yarivbe (10/5): Great experience - We had an amaizing 3 nights stay in the 3 bed room apartment. It is located in a mountain above Kotor bay. The clear view of the bay is amaizing and we had a big terrace to enjoy it. The whole facility and equipment is new. The apartment was very comfortable, very nice design. the hotel had a very nice pool also with a view to the bay. Above all is the host, Vladimir. Vladimir is very warm welcoming person that is eager to demonstrate the Montenegro way of hospitality. I have read a review that mentioned his tradition of a barbeque for the guests twice a week but for us it was more than just a dinner. Vladimir connects people from all around the world by creating a special atmosphere among everyone. we will surely come visit again Montenegro and Vladimir.
• Alexandra (9/5): Super schön und super sauber - Es sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos! Gross und stylisch Super sauber Schöner Pool Super nette Begrüßung und Personal Super bequeme Betten Sehr hilfsbereit und der Manager spricht gut englisch Tolle Aussicht aber nicht auf Kotor Stadt sondern auf Tivat. Kotor ist quasi auf der anderen Seite aber man fährt 10min (durch den Tunnel) und man ist dort. Achtung es gibt keine Möglichkeit vor Ort mit der Kreditkarte zu bezahlen also Bargeld mitnehmen oder Bank Überweisung Zufahrtsstraße ist sehr abenteuerlich und wir haben es nicht auf Anhieb gefunden. Wir mussten nach dem Weg fragen.
• Tom (10/5): Høy standard og fantastisk gjestfrihet - Veldig stor,flott og moderne leilighet av høy standard med svømmebasseng og panoramautsikt i landlige omgivelser. Verten Vladimir var ekstrem hyggelig og gjestfri og svarte på alle forespørsler. Vi har reist i mange land men aldri opplevd maken til gjestfrihet. Siste dag av oppholdet arrangerte han gratis barbeque aften for oss der vi hadde hyggelige samtaler med folk fra ulike deler av verden hvor Vladimir serverte rikelig med mat og vin. Han tilbydde oss til og med en gratis båttur med sin båt ,men vi hadde desverre forhåndsbetalt en leilighet i Kroatia,så vi måtte reise videre. Leilighetene og vertskapet anbefales på det varmeste. Det var absolutt ingenting å klage på
