• Sherree (1/5): I would not recommend or stay here again. - No breakfast was included. The the place was not at all what we expected. The location was very central. The showers did not all have hot water. Many of the coffee cups in the cuboard were dirty. The handle on a door fell off when touched, the lights in one bedroom fell out from the wall. It felt like we were in the hull of a ship.
• grazia pia (8/5): - L’appartamento è bellissimo, centrale, comode e ampie le stanze e i bagni tutti forniti di docce. Seppur al 4 piano, le scale non risultano così faticose. Servirebbe maggiore manutenzione dalla maniglia delle porte che era rotta, alla TV che non aveva segnale, ai condizionatori un po’ troppo datati per funzionare correttamente.

• Apostol (5/5): - Location Our 3-night stay at this apartment was very disappointing. We had no hot water for the entire stay. The mattress in one bedroom was damaged and very uncomfortable. One of the toilets had flow issues, and the air conditioners were extremely dirty and smelled bad. These basic problems made the stay uncomfortable and unacceptable. The apartment needs serious maintenance before hosting guests again
• Kathleen (7/5): - The location was very good. The kitchen was well stocked.The housekeeping did a very good job The ceilings were very low. Had to be careful in the bedrooms not to hit your head. The showers were very hard to get in and out of and never really got hot water.

The kitchen was perfe - Great location and wonderful space to accommodate a larger group. We used the rooftop every night and enjoyed cooling off from the day and planning our next day. Beds were low

Spacious, clean and with everything you need. I would especially like to highlight the location which is perfect. Very close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain and other Roman attractions. When we return to Rome we will definitely try to come back.

• Gina-laura (9/5): Superb - The property is beautiful and clean. The communication with the owner was good from the beginning, and we were allowed to have an early check in, which was great. It was easy to get inside the apartment, as the instructions were very clear. The location is also excellent. It’s definitely a great place for large groups. The wifi connection was very weak in some of the rooms. Ceiling window didn’t have any curtain, so the light was coming in the room in the morning.

• Vincenzo (4/5): Good location but Run down apartment! - Great location. Very run down apartment. Not great communication from the start. No one to welcome us on arrival. Owner came in and out of property as and when he liked to fix things which werent working and where meant to be fixed before we arrived, even though we made it clear we did not want him to come whilst we was staying there. Yet ignored this message and came anyway. Hazardous broken parts of the house. Tv wasn't working. Internet wasn't connecting properly. Wouldn't recommend it for families with small children, due to loads of narrow steps, low ceilings. Also a strong smell of seweage within the whole building. Only thing good about this apartment was the location. Very disappointed.

• Víctor (7/5): Good place, but when you ask for that price you have to take care of any tiny detail… - Location. Fairly new. Extension of the apartment. One door of one shower was broken and was not possible to have a shower without washing the whole bathroom. The heating was not enough during the night. WC paper not enough. The sponge to wash the dish was not new and there was not the typical wet ballet. One shower did not work properly. No lift. No way to leave the luggage. Very low ceiling in some of the rooms.
• Simona (10/5): Really nice apartment with great rooftop terrace & location! - Very nice huge apartment for a group, tidy, nice interior & furniture, great dining area & rooftop terrace, check-in is not complicated, great location in the city center!☺️ The roof is in some part of the bedrooms too low, but it’s manageable!
• Ingrida (9/5): Superb - Great location, big dining table was very convenient for our group of 10 people, there was enough of everything to prepare meals. Bathrooms need maintenance, in some bedrooms you need to crawl to get into the bed (low ceiling), the terrace is not looked after properly. Also, be prepared to climb a lot of steps to get to the apartment (there is no elevator).
• Hassan (10/5): Amazing - Very spacious and clean. It is very well located and everything is within walking distance. The roof and terrace were amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. It is a penthouse so it is in the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Just to put this in mind. Also the roof is low so you need to watch out for your head and sharp edges specially if you are with kids.
• Tj (8/5): Lots of space. - The property was very spacious and offered private living spaces for each couple traveling together. The kitchen table was large and accommodating for the entire party. The rooftop was a bonus to enjoy the evening air. Keep in mind that Penthouse means top floor and in this case, no elevator. The location was perfect for walking to many sites. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans, but no pantry items at all, not even salt and pepper. They did leave one days worth of coffee. The property is very spacious, but be careful for the beams when getting out of bed.
