El personal atento y el desayuno muy bueno. Por ponerle una pega, en la habitación venía bastante olor de cañería. El precio no es muy ajustado en relación calidad-precio, pero es cierto que las estancias son muy grandes.

Staff was young, hip and offered insightful knowledge. Not easy to get to on your own if you have a lot of luggage- you need a porter to take your bags and bring you there.

Tracy (8/5): Excellent location, great price and luxe interior - Beautiful interior with a pool that was unheated, which is great in the summer, not so great in March. Comfortable bed, generous sized room. Extremely kind and helpful staff, always ready to answer questions and assist. The food was wonderful - especially the chicken pastilla! My husband and I thought it was the best of our week here and we ate several! We will come back just for the pastilla. The rooftop was a beautiful pace to start out day. Excellent location! Would recommend. I requested a room with a bathtub and had thr room with a copper bath tub. At 9pm there was lukewarm water and not even enough to have a proper bath. After adding several kettles of boiling water, it seemed the copper did not hold the heat and it dissipated quickly. And the rooftop hot top was drained, so the only option was the courtyard pool and it was quite cold. We were really looking forward to relaxing in the water, but nothing warm enough was anywhere to be found. That was disappointing.

Emilio (9/5): - El trato de Hasam durante todo el viaje ha sido espléndido y su compañero de las tardes fue también muy agradable y pendiente de nosotros. El desayuno es el mejor momento del día, las chicas que lo hacían eran super agradables y nos sentíamos muy bien atendidos por ellas. El anexo es super bonito e ideal para compartir con amigos. Nos tocó época de lluvia y entonces el Riad estaba un poco frío/húmedo, con las estufas y calefacción no se notaba pero me parece una ciudad y un Riad ideal para temperaturas a partir de 20 grados. Una pena porque la semana siguiente a nuestro viaje comenzó el buen tiempo. Tendremos que volver a Marrakech.

I didn’t have hot water one night and a tap on my bath did not work. They were minor issues but, for the price, I expected close to perfection.

We were kindly offered a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which made the experience feel extra special. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, and the staff were exceptional, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, with great conversations throughout our stay. A refined, tranquil riad with impeccable hospitality and a great location. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it. Special shout out to Hamza, Houssam and Salam! Love from Shenelle and Princess from London ☺️ Nothing, everything was great!

Ralph (7/5): Ganz ok, kann man einmal hin wegen der Lage in der Altstadt, bemühter Service, einmal reicht aber auch; Marketing verspr - Lage in der Medina, Kleines Riad mit wenigen Zimmern, Einrichtung zweckmässig, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Bett komfortabel, Innenhof optisch schön, Ohne Führer beim ersten Mal nicht leicht zu finden, danach geht es, Frühstücksauswahl ganz ok, wenn auch klein, (kein Buffet, nur kleine Vorbereitungsküche auf dem Rooftop, kaum Sonderwünsche möglich (nur Omelette oder Rührei, keine Beilagen möglich), hatten Dinner Reservierung ausserhalb am Ankunftstag, dreimal nachgefragt, ob es bestätigt ist, bei Ankunft am Restaurant dann abgewiesen worden, weil geschlossen wegen privater Veranstaltung, keine Entschuldigung oder Erklärung vom Hotel bekommen); am Ankunftstag Lunch im Hotel vorbestellt, wurde auch so abgerechnet, obwohl die bestellten 2 Fruchtteller nicht serviert wurden, weil angeblich morgens nicht geliefert. Leider erst zu Hause beim Lesen der Rechnung bemerkt.

Colleen (10/5): Beautiful, romantic place to stay in the heart of the Medina - Staying at Riad Brummell Medina was one of the highlights of our trip! The riad was absolutely beautiful, with thoughtful, high quality features throughout. The free breakfast on the roof was truly a feast, with lots of fresh fruit and local items. The staff went above and beyond to coordinate with us after our flight was delayed and luggage was lost. They were full of helpful suggestions!

The decor and unique finishes were beautiful, including the furnishings and cosy corners. Very comfy bed and good tea/coffee. Excellent breakfast! The staff were all very friendly and were more than happy to help. The airport transfer was seemless. We would definitely stay here again!

This spot was notably more expensive than others on our trip, but not in a way that provided discernible extra value.
Kennedy (8/5): Very welcoming and comfortable - This Riad was conveniently close to a lot of restaurants, spas, and sightseeing locations in the area. Was very happy with my stay. Arrived late at night, and the host made check in very easy. They assisted scheduling a shuttle to and from the airport. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The area itself can be difficult to navigate around once the doors/gates start to close. We left when the doors were open, and everything changed after 9pm. The side streets are very hard to navigate around and my GPS doesn’t account for the locked gates. With this being said, the host was very helpful and actually assisted us on finding our way back to this Riad.

The breakfast is delicious and wonderfully presented. The room was a bit dark with little natural light. Another problem was that the water did not drain, neither in the shower nor in the sink which is a bit unhygienic. There was also a musty smell in the room.

Aideen (9/5): We had a wonderful stay, people we encountered especially the staff at the Riad couldn’t have been friendlier or more he - Very traditional, facilities are basic but clean and adequate. This is Morocco so felt this Riad offered us a very genuine and comfortable experience . It’s in an excellent location for exploring the Medina. Also close to taxi stop for exploring further afield. An oasis in the madness of the Medina! It’s accessed down a couple of alleyways, again very normal there but a bit daunting for a first time visitor. They offer a transfer service and will collect you and your luggage from where you arrive at Medina and I would definitely available if this next time.

The room itself was huge and extremely quiet in the night. I would love to stay again for longer. Would have loved to have been able to choose what to have for breakfast - the selection was wonderful but it was a bit too much for me and I felt terrible wasting some of it.
Galina (7/5): Good - The best staff I've ever met in this city. During the stay, it was a birthday, there was a congratulation from the hotel. Not only did they help to find a delicious cake and candles, they even took you to this store early in the morning, and all this for free. The staff is very cool. If I came back here, it would only be because of these guys. Thank you for this attitude to work. They were also allowed to leave the suitcase after eviction, for the duration of the walk. Employees are professionals in their field. The location is good. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are a little tired. The plumbing is beautiful but flimsy, the water pressure was weak, and it took a long time to wait for hot water. But if you don't pay attention to it, it's not critical.
Jessica (8/5): Stunning riad & a peaceful oasis in Marrakech Medina - I stayed at the Riad Brummell with my partner for 4 nights at the end of January 2025 and we really enjoyed our stay. The Riad location was perfect for us with it being within the Medina and close to many of the central restaurants and sites of Marrakech. We found the riad to be quiet and peaceful, considering it was so close to the souks and busy Medina. The riad itself is beautiful, if you love interior design, this is the place to stay! There has been so much thought that has gone into the design and interiors, which made staying there a really unique experience. Staff were friendly and attentive, particularly at breakfast and also upon arrival where you are given a tour of the riad and a Riad Brummell welcome guide/map which was very useful during our stay. The breakfast served each day was lovely and very healthy, however it was the same breakfast each day so perhaps more variety/changing up options during the week would be good. It was a good breakfast though!

Peter (8/5): Beautiful and tasteful riad that we can definitely recommend - especially spring/summer - Beautiful and tasteful property and very true to the pictures displaid on website. Very helpful and friendly staff striving to be true to the "home away from home" vibe. Wonderful rooftop terrace in connection with the dining room. Location in the middle of the medina, but nevertheless completely quiet and secluded. So much so that we recommend the hotel's pickup service from the airport as the riad is completely "secret" behind an anonymous door at the end of an alley - doubtful if we had found it without assistance :-) For a stay in February where temperatures fluctuate between 7 degrees in the morning and 23 degrees in the afternoon, the rooms are on the cold side. Going from bedroom to bathroom requires walking through the small living room which is completely open out to the courtyard. Undoubtedly nice and refreshing during the hot summer, but we found ourselves bracing for the trips to the bathroom.

Veda (9/5): LUSH! Really lovely Riad in a great location. - The Riad is just beautiful - so thoughtfully designed and furnished. It feels like a lush haven, stepping away from the business of Marrakech. The interiors, lighting and design of the room was beautiful. The rooftop is really well set up for lounging. We had a really lovely warm welcome from Walid. He was incredibly helpful - sorting out laundry service on our behalf at no extra charge. The breakfast was also delish! We really appreciated that they provided filtered water to minimise plastic use. I suspect it’s the nature of Medina plumbing, but our room had a decently strong septic smell post using the shower.

Jannie (9/5): Cute Riad inside the Medina - I dont think there are too many rooms in the hotel so we enjoed the exclusivity. The staff are also super nice! The bed is on the harder side from our liking, but I think it's just how Moroccan beds are. We also stayed in the ground floor standard double room, not a lot of natural light and it's on the smaller side, so if you are someone who needs more space, definitely go with the bigger room instead.

I stayed in the most incredible pink room with a copper bathtub. It was heaven. Every time I spoke with the staff I was touched by their kindness. Honestly. I can’t recommend highly enough! Elena (10/5): The best hotel in the world! - Our stay at Riad Brummel was the highlight of our trip. The hotel is beautifully designed and the attention to detail is exquisite. Not only was the room gorgeous to look at it was also spacious, spotless and the bed was a dream to sleep on. The entire hotel is meticulously designed and it was like staying in a palace. The staff are equally exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Hamza was knowledgeable and helpful in advising on local attractions and transport and was kind enough to sort us out with a local SIM card. Walid was equally friendly, polite and helpful and was particularly kind on our final day when my partner had food poisoning (the source of which was NOT the hotel). The breakfast is delicious and wonderfully presented. We also had an evening meal on arrival and it was the best meal of the trip. Can’t thank the entire team and Riad Brummel enough. Highly highly highly recommend! Nothing!

Emily (10/5): Gorgeous property, very well located - Absolutely stunning property in a very good location. The staff were brilliant and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and make our stay the best it could be.
Jean (8/5): Very nice place to stay with still improvement to be made - The size of the room is good and the pool and breakfast area is really nice. The localisation is great, very close to the shops and city main areas. The beds are nice The quality of the breakfast is not enough. The personnel is not yet ready. They are very nice and friendly but make mistakes that are not tolerable for such a price and standing. Ex: The people on the kitchen are watching TV full audio on on their smartphone which is ruining the nice music and makes the dining area horrible to be at. They sitted next to the realaxing area speaking so lound I had to tell them to close the windows. Or they decided to start working on the sofa beds while we were siting on them, they clearly pushed us out of the zone. They said sorry but they should have to think about it before saying sorry... So clearly, a HUGE work on staff training to be made.
