- Zena (7/5): Comfortable, stylish and well equipped. - The property was beautifully & stylishly furnished. It had everything you could need and was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the bedding and towels super soft. The property was very dusty and would have benefited from a thorough clean. We mentioned this to the owners as soon as we arrived. Damien and Xavier (the owners) responded immediately to our message. Unfortunately, as it was the weekend the owners were unable to find a cleaning team to remedy the situation so they refunded the cost of the cleaning which we appreciated.

Attractive and thoughtful interior decor with spacious living and dining areas. Excellent kitchen with large bench areas and a great range of equipment including pots and pans, good quality knives, chopping boards, plus sodastream and coffee machine. Kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Good shower. Quality appliances - washing machine and drier, heat pump. Great wifi reception. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well located on the Mornington Peninsula. House receives little direct sun in early morning and later afternoon because of two large macrocarpas on the neighbour's property. These shade the house and are likely to make it cold in winter. A dustpan would be useful. Relative sleeping on the zipper together twin king single said it was a little saggy. Double bed was very comfortable.

- Jomurray (10/5): The perfect haven - La Boheme is immaculate, welcoming, super comfortable, well appointed and in a lovely area, central to everything you would want to do down the peninsula, including beaches, shops, the hot springs and delightful local cafe The Hidden Kitchen. The owners are very friendly and incredibly responsive. I didn't want to leave and look forward to staying again. Nothing, I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

- Dorota (10/5): I would love to come back to this quaint lovely home, it felt so comfortable and inviting. - The house was nestled in a quiet area of the Peninsula, in a hilly little area that felt local and not touristy. The house was so perfect, cute and tiny, and could be heated up super quickly. The beds were warm and toasty, and we enjoyed a beautiful local wine as we relaxed into the weekend. It was the perfect location for my mum and my daughter to enjoy our weekend away.

It was a short drive to shops, cafes and beachfront. The house was beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The garage was also a bonus. Our hosts were friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing.

Fully equipped for cooking meals for a family. It was a bonus to be able to park our car in a secure garage with roller door.
