The host was extremely welcoming, kind, and always available to help with anything we needed, which made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, and you could really see the attention to detail throughout the house. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making it a perfect place to stay. The breakfast was also very good, fresh, and nicely prepared. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this homestay.

• John (10/5): Great food.. - This was a lovely 2 day stay for us. A kind family who helped us in many ways. The evening meal and breakfast was delicious. We did not use the kitchen as found it easier and better to have food cooked for us ! Nothing. Oh may be a plug socket for a square pin plug in the bedroom. We used the one in the kitchen.

Super gentili e disponibili, ci hanno aiutati a organizzare il Safari consigliandoci quale parco vedere visto il periodo e in che momento della giornata. L’appartamento è composto da una camera con condizionatore, un piccolo salottino, cucina e bagno. Quest’ultimo l’unica pecca della casa: molto piccolo e vecchio, dà l’impressione di non essere proprio pulitissimo soprattutto vicino alla doccia. Fortunatamente il resto compensa questa piccola pecca. All’esterno c’è un giardino dove rilassarsi con le amache anche se purtroppo si sente il rumore della strada trafficata. La colazione sicuramente il punto forte: molto abbondante e tutto squisito! La posizione è comoda per visitare Polonnaruwa. NB. Non ci sono ristoranti nella zona riaggiungibili a piedi!

• Larissa (9/5): - De locatie is erg mooi en je wordt warm ontvangen. De kamer is schoon, ruim en het bed slaapt goed. Het ontbijt en avondeten is erg uitgebreid en lekker. De accommodatie had voor ons een safari geregeld, en deze was prachtig! Ik raad het zeker aan om hier te verblijven.
• Ellen (9/5): - Wat een prachtige locatie! Heerlijk genoten van de hangmat naast de rijstvelden. De familie was erg behulpzaam! Het eten was echt heerlijk (2 keer ontbeten en twee keer gedineerd). Zeker een aanrader om naartoe te gaan. Wij hebben een jeepsafari gedaan vanuit Aroma Volla naar Minneriya National Park en dat was prima te doen qua reistijd. Na de Safari voelde het als thuiskomen met het eten en deze mooie plek. Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Wij zouden iedereen aanraden om hier een of twee nachten te verblijven! Bedankt voor de mooie tijd!

• Gabrielle (9/5): Fabulous family accommodation, beautiful location and incredible breakfast! - The accommodation is cozy but very well appointed with thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable - a well equipped kitchen, extra fan, and beautiful outdoor area with hammocks and tables. The owners are so friendly and accommodating, they helped us arrange a safari and an extra mattress, and had great communication around our arrival and check in. The breakfast was AMAZING, beautiful Sri Lankan food and a lovely ambience in the garden setting. The location is a little far from the Minneriya park entrance, but it was no problem to arrange a safari pickup and the peaceful garden setting is just spectacular.
