Ivan (9/5): Cómodo y de buena ubicación - Buena ubicación. Contaba con todos los utensilios necesario en la cocina y además había incluso café y azúcar para desayunar. También contaba con algunos juguetes para los niños (ajedrez, un coche, ...). Las sábanas de las camas, eran un poco viejas. El armario en una de las habitaciones olía a cerrado y hacía incómoda la estancia y el descanso debido a su olor a habitación poco ventilada. Una de las persianas, la del dormitorio, estaba rota y no se podía subir. Una de las sillas del comedor estaba en mal estado y la tela del sofá estaba rota con un agujero. Estos pequeños detalles hacen que no sea apropiado el nombre "Luxe" El precio del parking 20 euros noche me parece caro.
Catherine (8/5): Bel appartement, bien situé - Appartement très bien situé et spacieux. Pas de bruits côté chambres. Les fenêtres des chambres donnent sur un cours intérieur non entretenue. Un coup de peinture et quelques plantes auraient corrigé ce défaut.

Charles (8/5): Very good - The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Host was helpful, allowing us to leave our bags ahead of checkin time. Despite comments below, I would still recommend. Would have appreciated a welcome pack as provided in similar accommodation. Very modern apartment with a high specification, but let down a bit by the showers which could flood the bathrooms without care. Towels for 5th member of party not provided
Vladyslav (9/5): Superb - The flat is superb, really cool in cool district, it is very tastefully arranged, interior and all the lightning tech give you an impression of a Bruce Wayne apartment, lol. The check-in process could be easier, but given the kindness and friendly approach of people in Spain, it was not a disaster.

Ruth (8/5): The stay in Bilbao was good and close to all main attractions. - The location was good. Easy to walk to all the main attractions. We found the lounge/dining-room area spacious and comfortable. Good restaurants close by. The bedding was of poor quality.Pillows were uncomfortable. No bins in the bathrooms. No ventilation in one of the bathrooms which left a bad odour. No washing rack. The towels were of poor quality.
Oldrich (5/5): Good location but apartment is not worth the money - good location, spacious and clean apartment no a/c, bedrooms have literally no daylight, it can be 2pm afternoon and the bedrooms have no light. in one of the bedrooms you can hear literally everything that happens in the building
