- Dale (1/5): Rental review - The exterior and grounds (landscaping) were ok. The interior of unit 6 was totally unacceptable. Electrical outlets, doors, lighting, damaged walls, molding, and several other things were all in very bad condition. The dehumidifier filter was covered with black mold. Pictures we viewed prior to rental totally misrepresented condition of rental.
