- Adrian (7/5): We enjoyed the property other than the mosquitos! - Accommodation was good, beds comfy, kitchen was good, pool was good. The mosquitos were terrible. Netting on windows would really help as we had to close the windows all day and put air con on.
- Lindsey (8/5): Great villa for a relaxing week, in easy reach of Pollença and Alcudia - Perfect size for a family to enjoy. Lovely location and great facilities. Clean, comfortable and overall a great place. Also Seb at Mallorca Holiday Properties was super helpful and, although we didn’t need to contact him with any problems, we knew he would be on hand to help if we did have any issues. Having to pay for all electricity on top of what was already a fairly expensive villa. I would recommend including a certain amount within the price, then only charging for excessive use (e.g, if someone is charging an EV or using the A/C too much). The oven didn’t work unless we set the timer, and the controls are not visible (probably all rubbed off) so it was difficult to operate.

- Matt (10/5): Great Villa on a quiet area - We spend a great time in Can Biel Villa, on a quiet area and just a short time from the beach,the location was perfect for as to hiking and cycling for differents routes. The villa is well equiped, the beds are so comfortable and the barbacue and terrace area are gorgeous. The pool was perfect to refresh after a hard day of cycling. We enjoyed our stay so much, we hope to come back soon. Thanks Mathew
