- Ganna (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the property is really great, if a short walk up in the mountains doesn't frighten you. Bed sheets and towels were very fresh and clean. The property is too small to accomodate 4 people, the square footage of the appartment is 30 sq.m. at the most, but not 60 sq.m. as declared. Although the location of the property is really nice, it is definately not a beachfront, as stated in the description, so if you are not the fond of going up and down in the mountains, it is better to skip it. There is a queen bed, as for other beds, they are not normal, but folding beds, which are not the best choice for a good sleep, especially for an adult. The bathroom was equipped only with hooks, no shelves to place hygiene products at all, which made the daily self care routine really uncomfortable. I guess there was no TV which was stated in the list of facilites, though it was not important for us at all. Air conditioner was not good enough, it took more than 1 day of continually working AC to make us feel more or less comfortable. There were regular cut offs of electricity. After the 1st night of our stay, when we wanted to check out, as we found out the property doesn't fit us, but the host refused to return us the money(after deduction of the 1 night stay) And the last small detail, the toilet paper was listed in the facilities provided, but when it finished during the 1st day of our stay and I asked to provide more, I was told that it is not a hotel...
