- Charlotte (8/5): A great view of Tbilisi! - The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, with good aircon and a great view of Tbilisi city, from the balcony, and I loved the swimming pool. The housekeeping staff were also very nice. The day time reception staff weren't particularly friendly, but the girl who checked me in, the night I arrived (around 10.30pm on Saturday 30th May) was very nice. My flight home was also in the evening and they didn't have any luggage storage facilities. As check out was 12 midday and I wasn't travelling to the airport until 5.30pm, this would have been helpful. There was also no bar or restaurant, which was a shame.

In our room there was a bad smell in the toilet from the sewers.There was a steep road to get to the hotel.The breakfast was pretty simple.

- Stephen (10/5): Fantastic Stay: Great Location & Exceptional Staff - Great location next to the Holy Trinity Cathedral, with a pleasant 10–15 minute walk into the Old Town. Surrounded by fantastic restaurants and a great wine shop nearby, so everything you need is close at hand. I originally booked for three nights but ended up extending my stay for another three, always a good sign. The staff were extremely helpful throughout. The hotel manager was always present, ensuring everything ran smoothly, especially at breakfast. He made sure fresh water, tea, and coffee were always available, which was a really nice touch. Reception and housekeeping were also very friendly and efficient. The rooms are large, beautifully presented, and spotlessly clean. Fresh bathrobes provided daily added to the comfort. There’s also a lovely pool in the basement, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Overall, a great base for staying in Tbilisi with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. Nothing worth mentioning

- Irina (1/5): No soundproof. You will have no privacy and you will hear how often and loud you neighbours making love - I chose this hotel partly because it clearly stated on Booking that the rooms are soundproof. Unfortunately, this turned out to be completely inaccurate. In reality, there is no soundproofing at all. The neighboring rooms are connected by an internal door, and there is a large gap at the bottom of it. Because of this, you can hear absolutely everything happening next door, as if it were in your own room. During the last two nights of my stay, the couple in the adjacent room was extremely loud while being intimate, which made it impossible to rest or sleep. It was a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience. When I raised this issue with the hotel, the only solution they offered was for me to call the neighboring room and ask them to be quieter, which is not an acceptable way to handle such a problem. I am attaching photos showing the two doors: the one on the left leads to the corridor, and the one on the right connects directly to the neighboring room. Overall, this stay was disappointing due to the lack of basic sound insulation and the inadequate response from the hotel staff.

- Mariana (10/5): We found here the atmosphere of genuine hospitality. - 1. A cozy café, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. 2. Delicious breakfast. Great selection. Every day of our seven-day stay, we were able to try different food from the buffet. Good coffee. 3. Here, you are loved for only one reason—because you are guests. The staff—who were all very pleasant people—were very friendly and attentive. All questions were answered, all requests were taken care of. 4. The hotel owner was a charismatic man who greeted guests every morning, making each breakfast time like a celebration. I can't think of anything I didn't like. Although, come to think of it... we would have liked to enjoy the room's lovely balcony, but it wasn't a balcony weather at the time of our stay, and else we didn't get a chance to swim in the beautiful pool, which was always open—we simply didn't have enough time.

- Yekaterina (10/5): - Отель находится в центре Старого Тбилиси. Отель новый, уютный, чистый. Персонал невероятный! Супер позитивные, отзывчивые и щедрые люди! Мы очень благодарны за теплый прием. Осталось ощущение, что мы ездили в гости к любимым родственникам! Чуть не забыла - завтраки ооооочень вкусные! Нет такого

- Gu**** (9/5): Klare Empfehlung - Alles ist neu, sauber und funktionsfähig. Der (kleine) Pool ist ein klarer Bonus. Die Lage ist sehr gut (nahe Baratishvili -Brücke und tolle Aussicht über Tiflis). Das Frühstück mit den vielen hervorragenden und frischen Salaten war super. Der Eigentümer war oft präsent und sehr gesprächs- und hilfsbereit. Man merkt es einfach, wenn der Chef nach dem Rechten schaut. Uns hat es sehr gefallen - danke an Paata und sein tolles Team! Die Betten waren mir etwas zu hart. Die "Junior Suite" ist einfach ein Doppelzimmer mit Sofa ...

- vick (9/5): - Le personnel est très prévenant et très disponible pour vous aider dans les attractions et réservations. Les chambres sont grandes et très propres. Une piscine intérieure chauffée est très agréable . J’ai mis 9 pour la situation car ce n’est pas si centre ville même . Metro ou marches abruptes pour rejoindre la vieille ville . Mais les taxis sont très bons marché .

We stayed for 7 days and felt comfortable from the very first moment. We would especially like to highlight the staff – we have rarely experienced such kind, warm, and attentive people. You can truly feel that they care about their guests. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was fresh every morning, tasty, and offered a good variety – a perfect start to the day. A big plus for us was that not only we, but also our family and friends who stayed at the hotel, were completely satisfied. It was very important to us that everyone felt comfortable, and the hotel made that possible. Thank you very much for the great hospitality! There was nothing we didn’t like.

- EVGENIYA (10/5): Все хорошо! - Очень хороший отель, доброжелательный персонал. Месторасположение удобное, в пешей доступности магазины, рестораны, метро, до центра пешком 15 мин. Номер был семейный, достаточно большой, с удобной террасой! На завтрак все пять дней было одно и тоже, выбор маленький.

- Maria (9/5): - Чистый, просторный номер. Большая ванная комната и новая мебель. Есть все необходимое, до центра пешком минут 10-15 Фен непонятно для кого рассчитан, дует сильным напором одной струей воздуха и сильно путает волосы. В душевой полку для ванных принадлежностей можно было бы повесить пониже
