• Diana (7/5): Top Lage am Wasser, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht - Wir hatten die Villa direkt am Wasser und die Lage/Aussicht war sehr schön. Zu einem günstigeren Preis würde meine Bewertung besser ausfallen, doch mit über 800€ für drei Nächte handelte es sich mit Abstand um die teuerste Unterkunft unserer vierwöchigen Reise und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte leider überhaupt nicht. Die Bäder waren stockdunkel, eins davon durften wir am ersten Tag nicht benutzen – was passieren kann – aber dass es mitten im Dschungel (und noch dazu im EG) keine Fliegengitter an den dauerhaft offenen Fenstern gibt, ist gerade bei den aggressiven Mücken in Bacalar mehr als ungünstig. Das ist auch der Grund, weshalb wir uns Moskitonetze über den Betten gewünscht hätten. Zudem gab es im Wohnbebereich nur zwei bequeme Sitzplätze, weshalb man abends nicht mehr zusammensitzen konnte. Für den 50 Liter Trinkswassertank gab es keine Zapfvorrichtung, weshalb man ihn für jedes Glas Wasser zu zweit hochheben musste. Die Terrassentür ließ sich nur sehr schwerfällig und sehr laut öffnen und die Terrassenmöbel waren dauerhaft schmutzig. Wir hatten auf unserer Reise zum Teil für den halben Preis richtige Luxus-Unterbringungen, da kann diese Villa nicht annähernd mithalten. Vor allem nicht auf diesem Preisniveau.

L’host offre la possibilità di utilizzare i kayak e dà molte indicazioni utili su cosa fare e dove mangiare nella zona. Il wifi funzionava bene. Bisogna condividere 4 kayak con tutti gli ospiti del luogo (5/6 abitazioni) quindi alzatevi presto se avete intenzione di andare a vedere l’alba
• Lena (4/5): - Die Lage ist super und das Konzept auch, leider ist die Unterkunft sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Unseres Erachtens war die Unterkunft für die Ausstattung zu teuer. Überall Ameisen und Moskitos, fehlende Vorhänge, Türen und Fenster die sich nicht verschließen lassen, Outdoor Ausstattung alles super in die Jahre gekommen und total verschimmelt. Es gibt nur super enge Parkplätze.

La propreté relative. Les travaux réalisés à côté de la chambre avec les ouvriers qui squattent notre terrasse pendant tote une journée pour les besoins de leur chantier.

Las vistas son excelentes. El cenote es lindo pero sí da un poco de miedo nadar porque puede haber animales. Creo que no es recomendable para adultos mayores, niños o personas que no sepan nadas. Sí está al lado de la laguna pero como indican es un cenote profundo.

The kitchen facilities are pretty basic and limited, but are avaliable, with using imagination! The sewers get a bit smelly, but this is a problem of the region, not this residence.

It isn't so close to the center but it was really easy to call a taxi, and their prices were fine. Really relaxing, it was nice waking up to the sounds of nature. The kayaks and access to the lagoon were great. I'm definitively going to stay there again. The little communal kitchen and water dispenser was a big bonus. I loved everything.

• Alexandra (5/5): Buena atención pero no repetiría - Muy buena ubicación en el cenote Cocalitos. Estuvimos alojados en la habitación Canela, pequeña pero bonita. El personal muy amable. La cama era incomoda, estrecha y muy blanda, esto último va a gustos, y la habitación olía a humedad y pipí. No sabemos si del baño o del propio colchón.

• Christine (6/5): Bien mais bruyant - Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre en hauteur, qui était au dessus de la route. La vue est parfaite. C’est très pratique de pouvoir prendre les kayaks librement. Il y a un frigidaire et une bouilloire pour faire son petit déjeuner. Sur la terrasse : 1 table basse, 2 fauteuils et un hamac Le grand logement qui se trouve en bas presque au niveau de la lagune doit être top, protégé du bruit. Il y a de quoi se restaurer juste à coté, à pied. Location type AirBnB, pas d’accueil mais un locker Notre hôte a trouvé une solution dans un hôtel proche pour me permettre de recevoir mon bagage qu’Air France devait me livrer Le problème majeur est la proximité de cette route 2 fois x 2 voies, le bruit est permanent. Du coup, la détente dans le hamac sur la terrasse est un peu gâchée. Sans compter le coq juste à côté qui a commencé à chanter à 2 heures du matin. On a dormi avec nos boules quies. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller dans Bacalar. Suggestion : remplacer un (ou les 2) fauteuils de la chambre par une penderie avec ceinture et tablettes pour pouvoir poser quelques affaires

Os staff é muito prestativo e agradável. Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa. No anúncio diz que tem cozinha, mas fica lá perto da Lagoa, tem utensílios mas não possui uma pia, nem espaço para lavar louça. Achei um pouco incomodo por isso, já que eu ia precisar da cozinha. Porém nada que tenha estragado nossa estadia. É só para você ter ciência de como é. Poderia ter espaços para colocar a mala como uma cadeira ou até prateleiras, fica como sugestão.

Ademas cuentan con las amenidades para pasarla increible en la laguna paseando en kayak o simplemente nadando en ella o estar acostado en su cama inflable sobre la laguna. Al llegar no contabamos con toallas ni papel de baño. solo teniamos 1 taza y eramos 2 personas. Pero me comunique con la encargada y lo resolvio. No habia personal pendiente de necesidades en el lugar, todo era por telefono. Al segundo dia ya estaba una persona de mantenimiento en el lugar y estaba pendiente de todo. Eso fue excelente.

The room was small, but cute and had everything I needed. Air conditioning, hot water, and great water pressure, and even a coffee machine and a fridge. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is great, right on the lake, with paddleboards and kayaks for the guests to use. No complaints. :) All good.

This was my first air bnb experience and I am so happy! Honestly nothing, next time I plan on getting the bigger house closer to the lake.

• IRANIA (8/5): Paisaje extraordinario habitación bien, muy tranquilo - El lugar está limpio y agradable para estar en familia, tranquilo y el personal atento Fue un problema el área de estacionamiento no había quien coordinar, la concierge debería hablar a los huéspedes que se estacionen al fondo y coordinar, tienes que salir a mover tu carro para que el otro salga, o ir a tocar y checar de quien es el carro para poder entrar y creo que deberían hacer algo para mejorar está situación

• sjirk (10/5): Beste verblijf aan prachtige lagune! - De prachtige ligging en het uitzicht op het mooiste deel van de lagune!! Ruim huis met eigen terras meteen aan het water! Erg fijn dat kayaks en snorkelmateriaal vrij beschikbaar is! Steiger met palapa en hangmat is heelijk! Vriendelijk personeel die Engels spreekt en ook meteen tips om te zien en doen via whatsapp deelt. De keuken is compleet en er is drinkwater beschikbaar. Fijne bedden, goede airco en goede gordijnen om te verduisteren. 2 aparte badkamers is ook erg fijn! Doordat we de slaapbank in de woonkamer nodig hadden (6 personen) was de gezamenlijke ruimte wat krap. Er hingen bedlampjes maar deze zijn voor de sier want er is geen stopcontact bij het bed aanwezig. Er zit een schuifdeur in het slaapgedeelte, het zijn niet echt 2 aparte slaapkamers.

• Leo (10/5): Una terrazza sulla laguna - La struttura è costituita da due cabanas e due strutture con appartamenti o stanze dislocate su due terrazzamenti che regalano una bellissima vista sulla laguna e sul cenote sommerso a fianco della spiaggetta della struttura. La nostra cabanas era molto confortevole, pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario e con vista sulla laguna. Possibilità di parcheggiare all’interno del cortile e di utilizzare i kayak. La sera è possibile rilassarsi sul terrazzo e godersi i colori della laguna al tramonto . Nulla.

• Sara (9/5): - Capanna in riva alla laguna, posto suggestivo. Parcheggio disponibile ma da gestire con gli altri ospiti. Disponibili kayak e biciclette gratuiti, noi abbiamo utilizzato il kayak e ce l'hanno fatto trovare pronto per vedere l'alba sulla laguna. Staff gentile e disponibile. Bellissima la vista sulla laguna e la compagnia del gattino grigio. Capanna un po' piccola. Un po' distante dal centro abitato, comodo in auto oppure utilizzando la bici (considerando il caldo però). Comunque ci sono ristoranti e un cenote nelle vicinanze.
• Beaumont (10/5): Meilleur hôtel des vacances ! - Tout était parfait, très propre, jardin et piscine magnifique, bungalow superbes, personnel très sympa, nous étions parti vers le Sud et on est même revenus prolonger notre séjour à Playa car toute la famille a adoré cet hôtel Rien!

• Erin (10/5): - Everything was wonderful. The location was really amazing being right on the cenote with the dark deep water yet you can walk a little ways down the road for more of the turquoise water lake experience. Also the Mayan hut was immaculate with cute rustic decor and very solid being built with the Mayan concrete with rounded interiors. Also the walkway down to the cenote is Mayan stonework so that is pretty cool too. I would highly recommend staying here and I will not hesitate to return again.
