Anna (7/5): Fantastische Lage direkt am Meer mit traumhafter Aussicht und absoluter Ruhe, sowie ein sehr freundlicher und kulanter M - Wir hatten ein Haus direkt am Meer – die Aussicht war einfach fantastisch. Morgens aufzuwachen und direkt vom Bett aus auf das Meer zu schauen, war etwas ganz Besonderes. Außerdem war es sehr ruhig, man hat keinerlei Straßenlärm gehört. Wenn man absolute Ruhe sucht und einfach nur die Terrasse sowie die Aussicht genießen möchte, ist diese Location perfekt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den sehr freundlichen und verständnisvollen Manager. Nachdem wir unsere Reklamation angesprochen hatten, ist er uns sehr entgegengekommen und hat uns ermöglicht, die restlichen Nächte kostenlos zu stornieren. Wir haben das bereits gezahlte Geld zurückbekommen, was wir als sehr fair und kundenorientiert empfunden haben. Leider war das Meer stark verschmutzt, es lag sehr viel Müll im Wasser. Es wäre wünschenswert gewesen, wenn das Hotel zumindest den eigenen Strandabschnitt regelmäßig gereinigt hätte, was jedoch nicht der Fall war. Dadurch war es definitiv nicht möglich, im Meer zu schwimmen. Zusätzlich gab es entgegen der Beschreibung keinen Whirlpool. Der vorhandene „Hot Tub“ war lediglich eine betonierte Badewanne, die ungepflegt war und in der sogar Gras wuchs – somit ebenfalls nicht nutzbar. Das war besonders enttäuschend, da der Whirlpool der Hauptgrund für unsere Buchung war, da wir bereits wussten, dass das Meer nicht zum Baden geeignet ist. Bei den hohen Temperaturen war es daher leider nicht möglich, sich im Wasser abzukühlen, sodass man lediglich die schöne Aussicht genießen konnte.

Или под - Невероятной красоты природа, спокойствие и тишина, отсутствие толпы туристов, очень добрый и комфортный персонал. Рядом мало чего интересного, и только один магазин, так что каждый день все равно придется ездить на другой берег, если цель посмотреть как можно больше всего, а не просто спокойно отдохнуть.

Romeo (6/5): - The place is quiet and relaxing, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I did not like how it operated. Our room was not clean, and the trash was never taken out from the time we checked in until we checked out. The sheets were not changed even once during my four-day stay.

Anna (10/5): - Wonderful stay at Lotus Home We stayed at Lotus Home and were very happy with our stay. The hotel is cozy, clean, and beautiful, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help — you truly feel welcome from the first moment. Motorbikes can be rented directly at the hotel, which was very convenient. We rented a motorbike for five days and explored almost the entire island — it was an amazing experience and gave us great freedom to travel around. The beach is nearby, but the sea water was not very clean. However, there is a lovely restaurant right on the sea close to the hotel, with a great atmosphere, delicious food, and beautiful views, which made up for it. We really enjoyed our stay at Lotus Home, would definitely recommend it, and would be happy to come back again. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Tatyana (10/5): - Отдыхали в Лотосе с 7 по 22 января 2026 года. Подходит для людей любящих тихий и спокойный отдых. Приветливые и отзывчивые хозяева. Мы жили в бунгало, число, уютно, есть кондиционер, своя кухня, если надоели кафе, то можно самим приготовить, есть вся необходимая посуда, холодильник, плитка (мощная). Можно взять в прокат мопеды, мы так и делали. Целый день катались по острову, а вечером наслаждались тишиной, пением птиц, шумом моря. Вечером в городе настоящий хаос, шум кафе, машин, мопедов, а здесь тихо и уютно. Ближайшие продуктовые магазины в 700 метрах, рынок в 2,5 км. Нам очень понравилось здесь отдыхать. Если будет возможность обязательно сюда вернёмся.
Keiko (8/5): 静かな休日を過ごせる場所です。 - のどかな環境で静かに過ごせた。鳥や虫の声・波の音に癒された。部屋のテラスでゆっくりできた。殺虫剤か欲しいと言ったらオーナーが急いで買いに行って部屋に届けてくれた。ワンちゃん達が可愛い。自転車を無料でかしてくれた。大きなテレビでNetflixやYouTubeも観られた。 WiFiもしっかりしていた。台所に調味料と油も用意されていた。冷蔵庫が部屋と台所の2箇所設置されていた。水を毎日補給してくれた。海に張り出して設置されているテラスにデッキチェアが置かれていて気持ちよかった。ハンモックもある。美味しい海鮮食堂が近くにある。カード払いをしたらわずかではあるけれど手数料がかかった。歩いて行ける範囲には買い物ができる店がないので自炊をするには町からたくさん買い物をしていかなければならない。貸してくれる自転車をもうちょっと整備してくれると嬉しい。

wang (3/5): - We chose this hotel because it has a private beach and offers free kayaking. To be honest, the scenery is indeed nice, but the overall stay was not very pleasant. First of all, the location is extremely far from the city center. It takes more than 30 minutes to get to almost any attraction. What was even more disappointing was that the host mocked us for not being able to get a Grab car. I don’t understand why, as a hotel host, they neither helped us arrange transportation nor showed basic courtesy, but instead treated us with such a poor attitude. In addition, the signal at the hotel is very weak — even on random roads near tourist spots, the mobile signal was much better. Simple things like uploading an Instagram story took a very long time. Another issue is the room layout: the toilet, sink, and bedroom are only separated by semi-transparent curtains, which is very inconvenient and uncomfortable for friends traveling together. Lastly, the beach itself is very small and unfortunately full of trash. Overall, this was not an enjoyable stay.

Brendan (9/5): Chill in paradise - This is a fantastic spot, so chilled, and a taste of authentic Vietnamese life on this slow paced side of the island. The husband and wife team who run the place are always on hand and attentive to any needs without getting in the way, their friendly, calm caring demeanor is so typical of the amazing people of Phu Quoc. Scooter hire sorted very quickly, info on fishing trips was at hand and any questions I had about the area was quickly answered by way of good old Google Translate. The accommodation has everything needed, for a short or long stay. The bath situated just outside the room was a great touch and ideal for a mid day soak to cool off and capture some great photos. The bed was comfortable and a good nights sleep had, air con was very welcome and if required the kitchen area, located independently to the side of the room would be ideal for self catering, but with so many interesting and good eating spots so close, wasn’t needed. The added bonus for me was the local fishing huts situated a small walking distance out to see by way of a jetty, the fishermen were like everyone I had the pleasure of meeting while stopping, so welcoming and friendly. Watching the fishing boats come and go throughout the day while sat on the swing and the locals scootering up the jetty to collect fish for the days market or the cooking pot, was magical and will stay with me forever. Oh and the sun rise, is like nothing I have ever experienced, set your alarm and perch on one of the two swings and soak it up for a memory of a lifetime. If you want to chill and drop out on a budget without being too isolated then this is your place, it’s not a shiny 5* modern hotel and if your prepared to overlook a few minor points then The Lotus Home is the place , it’s a taste of the local way of life and the hard working man & wife team will be a lasting memory You are unable to swim in the sea as it’s a shallow sand bank reaching far out, however there are local pools to take advantage of. The sea situation is not the hotels fault though, it’s just the location circumstance

Pritish Dutta (8/5): Good property right on the sea front!! - The location and the surroundings. Upkeep of the rooms, not adequate. Had spider webs in the bathroom. Also, the sitting area near the water body is not maintained properly. Given the proximity of the property, it should have a full fledged restaurant to serve tourists with their required food. No nearby food joints available. This should be taken care of.
Niels (4/5): - Saubere Toilette und Betten. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Wasser und "Strand" waren vermüllt (einen richtigen Strand gab es eigentlich nicht). Es gab wenig Schattenplätze und die Hängematten waren aus Plastik und zu wenig am Wasserzugang aufgehangen. Aufgrund von stehendem Wasser gab es auch einige Mücken. Das Personal spricht eigentlich nur vietnamesisch und ist eher weniger Service orientiert.

The scooter I rented at Lotus home was excellent and the kayaks are a nice plus to explore the coastline a bit. Everything was truly nice and the couple who takes care of the place also took great care of me. They don't speak English, but google translate helped us solve every situation

Raheel (9/5): Superb - Very sweet and calm stay. Lotus Home is located in a very qualm and quiet area, away from the main city of Phu Quoc. The owner was exeptionally friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help with anything.

Anna-franziska (3/5): Very unpleasant - no swimming - The property was alright There was no beach access, only a latter that led into dirty ocean water. The location was pretty remote and far from any beaches and touristy attractions.The lady at the reception was very rude and didn’t speak English apart from ”give me money“ and ”I want passport“ without being welcome in any way nor smiling, making us feel like we invaded her space and weren’t welcome at all. We also rented a scooter that needed to be fixed making driving quite challenging and unsafe. Overall, we decided to move to another location for the remainder of our stay.

Stephanie (8/5): Nice bungalows but too isolated - The bungalows are wonderful, the area is nice and peaceful. It is just too far from everything. Too peaceful thus for us. There is no breakfast nor dinner at the property which was an issue for us. Taking a taxi to the center can quickly get expensive (we are a family of 4, scooter renting was not an option for us). The people on site do not speak english at all luckily we got some support by phone.
Miroslav (1/5): Bad - The location is really nice, the staff don't speak English, but ok The booking was done quickly. I respected the condition of payment in advance without the possibility of refund. The next day, I asked if I could extend my stay for one more day, if I would get a discount. We agreed with the manager on a lower price, which I paid immediately on the spot. The day before departure, I contacted the otherwise idle staff at the translator to give me a receipt for my yesterday's cash payment for my extended stay. They called the manager and he then sent a payment table. He pointed out to me that they hadn't received any money from Booking on the first day I booked on Booking. We agreed that I would check it out and call each other in a moment. So I double-checked that this property still requires prepayment, so I didn't agree with their request to pay for the first day in cash and told them that it was their business between them and Booking. But they closed the door and called the police. They forced me to pay in cash without authorization. So beware of scammers.
Anirudh (10/5): Amazing stay experience - The location and beach front was amazing. The pier, activities, and the cottage as a whole was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Mike and the caretakers there were super friendly and really helpful. They were available at all times. The place was clean and well kept with good amenities. The place also had a kitchenette with an induction, some utensils for cooking and a mini bar. Of the two bulbs in the washroom, only one was working and the other had low voltage so was mostly off for the 2nd half of the stay
