• Nikki (8/5): The room was comfortable and cosie. The location was great - short walking distance to local shops. - The location of the property was near to public transport in to the city The room was cosie and comfortable The large window had adjustable blinds and was a pretty feature of the room The shower was great. Parking was tight at the back of the property - we had to be mindful of the times that we were parking our car. As mentioned the parking spaces were very tight and limited- we did park out on the side roads. Luckily our car was small- a suzuki swift.

• Shirley (7/5): - Actual decor was tasteful, shower good, good location, efficient heating and water pressure. Hard pillows, no basic welcome pack, no information re wi fi, facilities etc, no.local.information, no tea towels or bin bag, shower facilities empty. Cleaning of bathroom was very inadequate, especially the toilet and should be urgently addressed.

• Mark (8/5): Fab place to stay instead of a conventional hotel . - Spacious well appointed studio , tastefully decorated and furnished . On site parking a little cramped but worked for us over Christmas

• Fiona (7/5): Nice stay - The shower pressure was great and the bed was super comfy. Decor is nice There was no hairdryer, or ironing board. The tap leaks and there is no patio or bbq . Needs a lick of paint to freshen .
• Scordecchia (9/5): Very comfortable and over all quite clean but just a couple of noticeable neglected ceiling and blinds dust. - Very comfortable and beautiful furnishings Tap in kitchen is a bit leaky and there was huge cobwebs on the bathroom ceiling that had clearly been there a while because they were grey with dust. The blinds need dusted too. I feel this needs attention because the description of cleaning was 3 hrs deep clean but these areas have been missed for a good couple of weeks.
• Jean (1/5): Didn't enjoy it at all & left a day early. - Nothing The outside of the property was a disgrace. Needed a good sweep outside. Shower head held in place by rubber band. Smoke alarm batteries needed changing. Bedding & bathroom clean but otherwise needed a good spring clean.d
• Tony (9/5): Long weekend stay - Clean and comfortable bed. Could do with sorting out kitchen tap as it was leaking. Other residence failed to lock rear door and also left front door open on more than one occasion.
• Rachel (8/5): Excellent location, nice room, spacious - good value but a few tweaks could make it perfect. - Great location, nice room, great light, comfy bed. Spacious and a nice vibe. Parking sometimes a bit of a challenge. Not thoroughly cleaned (eg still stuff in fridge) and WiFi didn’t work consistently. Blinds let light in. But I did enjoy the stay and would happily return.

• Estee (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great, beautiful room, very spacious Parking is a little tight, the shower head was not secured so had to use a hairband to keep the spray up, and we unfortunately didn’t have any towels.
