• Adam (10/5): - Przepiękny, czysty i nowoczesny apartament z dużym prysznicem!!!!!!!!!!!Super. Śniadanie włodki w cenie czyli kawa, woda i rogalik. W centrum Palermo, 3 kroki od Teatro Massimo. Uliczka wąska, a wieczorem mnóstwo restauracyjek. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Po pobycie mogliśmy zostawić walizki i dalej zwiedzać Palermo.Dziekujemy. Naprawdę to brak minusów. Wejście do kamienicy trochę może odstaraszać, ale to Sycylia. Naprawdę bardzo bezpieczne miejsce.

• Stefania (9/5): decisamente consigliato, grazie soprattutto all'ottima posizione e all'ospitalità impeccabile. - La posizione del B&B è davvero strategica, nel pieno centro di Palermo e a due passi da una fermata dei mezzi pubblici, ideale per raggiungere ogni monumento comodamente a piedi o in bus. L'ambiente è straordinariamente accogliente e la pulizia è impeccabile in ogni dettaglio, facendoti sentire subito a casa. A fare la differenza, però, è la squisita gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host, che ci ha accolti con calore e supportati per ogni nostra esigenza. Unico piccolo appunto sulla colazione al bar convenzionato: un po' troppo essenziale e limitata a una brioche, una bevanda e l'acqua, senza proposte salate.

• Rossella (8/5): Siamo stati accolti da proprietario che ci ha dato delle dritte accurate su cosa visitare e ci ha spiegato la città forn - La struttura è ristrutturata in modo moderno, quindi la sensazione è di pulizia ed ordine. Si trova in una viuzza del centro storico quindi all’intero di un palazzo, l’atmosfera è tipica palermitana. Danno a disposizione acqua e caffè nell’area comune Solo piccoli dettagli.. nella nostra camera il bagno ha il water troppo vicino al mobile lavabo..non si sta molto comodi! Il bar dove ci recavamo per la colazione (compresa) aveva come dolce solo i cornetti che,seppur buonissimi, ci è dispiaciuto vista la varietà della pasticceria palermitana! Ci siamo comunque rifatti durante il soggiorno!

• Juergen (10/5): - Sehr schöne Unterkunft, zentral gelegen in einer Seitengasse des Teatro Massimo. Von dort aus kann man sich treiben lassen in dieser energetischen, lebhaften Stadt. Giovanni ist ein toller Gastgeber, der viele ausgezeichnete Informationen parat hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

• Graziani (8/5): - Es hat uns sehr gut in Palermo gefallen. Wir haben viel gesehen dadurch das wir fast alles zu Fuß gemacht haben. Und wir haben jeden Tag sehr gut gegessen. Street Food oder Restaurant. Mit dem Bus nach Mondello zum Strand und zurück mit einem sharing Taxi. Super Teile der Stadt sind halt nicht so sauber und das ist schade.

• Rossella (8/5): Camera di charme in pieno centro a Palermo - La struttura è posizionata ottimamente, al centro della città, è arredata molto bene con arredi nuovi ed eleganti ed era molto pulita. E' comoda ai servizi di trasferimento da/per l'aeroporto. Il proprietario si è reso reperibile. La strada da cui si accede è parecchio rumorosa, dato che è costellata di ristoranti e bar al punto da rendere anche un po' difficoltoso il passaggio a piedi coi bagagli. Dalla camera il rumore si sente leggermente anche con le finestre chiuse. Il check-in non è avvenuto in presenza, il proprietario ha guidato telefonicamente l'ingresso in struttura, cosa che personalmente non amo molto. Inoltre la colazione, come già segnalato da altri utenti, deve essere fatta presso un bar convenzionato.

• Ashleigh (10/5): Great apartment in a perfect location - The location was great. We were given vouchers for breakfast at a nearby restaurant. It only consisted of coffee or juice, and a croissant. The host was excellent. He gave us info about the area and was very responsive to text. He even bought another power outlet converter after ours had blown out. The room was a bit small and the view from the balcony in the room was not that great. The kitchen balcony was more spacious and had a better view.

The owner was very friendly, he was waiting for me when I arrived from the airport, he gave a lot of tips about the city where to visit and also told me about areas to avoid. The location of the accommodation was perfect for getting around the city and its surroundings. The apartment has a large common area where you can hang out, make coffee or cook. My own room was big, clean and beautiful. The bathroom was also wonderful, great shower room. The best accommodation in every way. Short distance to everywhere, there were many good restaurants and cafes nearby. If I ever return to Palermo, I will always stay there. Thank you for making my vacation perfect both in terms of accommodation and tips. Hope to see you again. There wasn't anything negative.

Bad communication on arrival. No idea how to enter property! (See photo) Booked with breakfast but sent to nearby cafe who only allowed one croissant and one coffee. We had to pay for a refill. Apartment is built over a music bar so I would not recommend to light sleepers. Charged €16 city tax when it should have been €8 for an apartment in Palermo.

• Suresh (10/5): A gem of an apartment in the heart of the city - The apartment is very well appointed with everything you may need for a short break. It looks recently refurbished to a very high standard. Its location is perfect being close to all the main tourist sites as well as popular restaurants. Dario & Gulvaus, the owners, are easy to get hold of and try their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is very little in the apartment that could be improved.
