• Antje (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf voor een paar dagen Valencia - Lekker dakterras, vlakbij supermarkt, vlakbij strand, bushaltes vlakbij, leuke gastheer/gastvrouw. Bed was kort voor iemand van 198 cm. Voor de rest weinig op aan te merken.
• Claudine (10/5): Perfect stay - Karl's availability and warm welcome. The apartment was pleasant, well-maintained, and clean, as was the terrace. Shops were nearby, and the location is great, next to the beach but the city centre remains easily accessible.
• Tanja (10/5): - The apartment was perfect for us, it had all facilities needed and the host was very kind and helpful. We especially loved the terrace. Even though the view is nothing special, it's so big and you can happily chill and relax there. The beach is also just few minutes away, which was amazing and Mercadona just on the other side of the street. Would love to return.

• Nagy (10/5): - Nagy volt a szalas, mindennel felszerelve. A hazi gazda nagyon kedves volt velunk. A teraszon, habar nagyon nagy, a kilatas az nem epp a legszebb, de nem is nyomaszto.

• Lopes (10/5): - A localização é excelente. O apartamento fica muito próximo da praia. Em frente ao apartamento existe o supermercado " Mercadona". A zona é muito tranquila e silenciosa durante a noite. Nunca fomos incomodados por ruídos da vizinhança. O apartamento é excelente, moderno e muito bem equipado. Estava tudo limpo e organizado. Relativamente ao anfitrião, fomos muito bem recebidos, tendo disponibilizado mapas e informação acerca da dinamica e pontos de interesse da cidade. Durante a nossa estadia teve a preocupação de questionar como estavam a correr as nossas férias, cuidado esse que valorizamos particularmente.

Shame about the patio. - The hosts were amazing - especially Maria who greeted us and took time to ensure we had all the info we needed. Inside the apartment was great with loads of room and modern enough. The location was amazing and convenient. We really enjoyed Patacona beach - probably one of the best "city" beaches I have visited. The patio was unusable because of the construction across the road. It was extremely loud and annoying. A little disappointing that we were not made aware of this situation before booking. Also this patio was overlooked and not private. The floor above has a direct view onto the patio. The entrance was on a street that was a bit old and tired...not the nicest street to stroll down.

• Christie (9/5): Pleasant beach house - Great location a few blocks from the beach. We loved the sunny terrace and enjoyed the warm afternoon sun.
• Brendan (10/5): A lovely peaceful stay in a great apartment within walking distance of all we needed. - We were warmly greeted with ample time given to explain the workings of the apartment. Our host also brought us out onto the street so we could locate the various services available. They also provided a map with advice on transport and places of interest. Our host was very helpful and was always available at the end of the phone. Checking in with us a few times, by text, to see if there was anything we needed. The apartment entrance is deceiving as it hides a lovely quiet big spacious apartment with a large private terrace. The kitchen& utility room had every appliance needed for a care-free stay. The 3 bedrooms, which are at the back of the apartment, ensured a good nights sleep. Having 2 modern bathrooms was so nice. The excellent air conditioning in the large living/dining room was rarely needed as there were plenty of windows to open and separate fans available also. One out best restaurants was on the corner but there were plenty of others on the prom and the streets behind. There is a large supermarket across the street. Outside was always quiet as there is no nightlife on the street. A long beautiful sandy beach was within a 7-10 minute walk. The adjacent promenade stretched for kms and gladly was not over commercialised, but still had plenty for our needs. The old town is just 20 minute journey on the public bus, which is very frequent and the bus stop is just around the corner from the apartment. I cannot emphasise enough how much the apartment and our host added to our stay. Their unobtrusive attention to ensure we were having a great vacation was very welcome. On the last day they even gave us very flexible check-out times, which was a great bonus. And then they organised a taxi to collect us.
