• Lili (1/5): will not stay there anymore.. - The location is good and clean. The room and toilet is too small and on 2nd Floor which is the most top floor is too noisy…the reception says there’s a water tank in the ceiling …the ceiling is too noisy with very loud and abrupt bangs throughout the day and especially at night,it’s so frustrating…sorry to say you won’t be able to get a good night sleep at all no matter how comfortable the bed is.

• Derrick (2/5): Disappointed - Good location, friendly staff, good water pressure. The lift was down for 3 days, but still not get it repaired. The bedsheet and towel is yellowish even asked for replacement, same old and yellowish bed linen and towels is provided for the following days. Water pressure is good, but Shower area is very tiny, difficult to bath and no place to put the gels! Pillow is not comfortable, causing me neck pain.
• Tracey (5/5): Moderate - Location and the cleanliness of the hotel. 1) No drinking water supply by the hotel. Went to the receptionist and the lady told me to go 7-11 to buy it myself. The hotel ran out of stock of the drinking water. They don't even bother to purchase and prepare for the guests in fact asked the guests to purchase it. 2) Wifi isn't working 3) Only 2 carparks secured by the hotel. You need to pay and get the parking coupons from 7-11 which you need to walk to the other side of the area, about 10-15 mins of walking distance.

• Ronald (5/5): A prison like room - Across from hypermart and some good Chinese food, and not far from the famous Lemang and other Malay cuisine. I did not like the room. It had no windows. Felt like a prison cell. Although clean, it was sparse. When I booked, there was a picture of the bed but nothing said about no windows. I tried to get it changed but front desk said management wants RM20 per night more to move to a room with window. Daylight robbery. I saw other nicer looking hotels around the commercial centre nearby, and this is the last time I will use this hotel. Bookings should be more honest about its description of rooms and premises.

• Victor (8/5): Good for short stay with basic amenities - there is front counter where you can check-in any time of your choice, but limited restaurant nearby and have to walk some distance to nearby convenient shop like 99 Speedmart or FamilyMart water pressure is very low, especially during shower is not convenient even the bathroom comes with water pump. a lot of noise from neighbours as the rooms are partition room instead of solid walls.
