- DONG (9/5): Great location, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay overall — I would definitely return on my next trip to Seoul. - I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Ambassador Magok. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Seoul! One thing to note is that the bed was on the firmer side, but that seems to be common in Korea and other parts of Asia where many people prefer firmer mattresses. After getting used to it, I actually slept very well. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

- Jimva (6/5): Comfortabel maar je moet niet te veel verwachten. - Comfortabel hotel met een ruime kamer met uizicht op het LG center. Was een leuk uitzicht om even de wereld aan je voorbij te zien trekken. Gewoon een voldoende maar ik kom niet nog een keer. Eigenlijk alles wat je extra nodig zou kunnen hebben kost geld. Zoals een deken voor ons kleine kind. Een extra deken zou omgerekend 35 euro per nacht moeten kosten. Belachelijk. Ook het zwembad was dicht. En de dag dat het open was lastig te reserveren in het Koreaans. Uitgerekend in een hotel zou je mogen verwachten dat ze op zijn minst een vertaalde optie bieden. Ook waren er allerlei werkzaamheden rondom een beauty evenement in de hal beneden bezig. Dat was duidelijk belangrijker dan een betalend gezin met een klein kind dat ook graag lekker slaapt. Overigens is het ook nooit opgelost. Jammer en een gemiste kans.

Most days, when I returned after going out, the room had not been cleaned yet. Aside from the room cleanliness and the odor issue, everything else was generally satisfactory. If you are sensitive to smells, I would not recommend staying here.

- Yukiko (10/5): - •部屋の中はもちろん周辺も含め静かで、人でごった返す中心部から帰ってくるとホッとしました •部屋が広い •部屋に空気清浄機がありずっと回していました。エアコンは基本つけていなかったですがとても快適でした。 •毎日ペットボトルの水をいただけるのがありがたい •地下にセブン-イレブンやDAISO、周辺にもコンビニエンスストアが何軒もあり買い物には困らないです •最終日朝6時に金浦空港に行く必要があったので近くて助かりました 特にありません。 お値段はそこそこでしたので、コストパフォーマンスと言う意味では難しいかもしれませんが、中心部の名も知れたホテルはもっと高かったので個人的には非常に満足です こちらの方が周辺の人も多くなく、圧倒的に静かですし

Not sure if staff move beds to vacuum beneath. I had to leave the windows open to help reduce the dust level and drop the temperature whilst we slept.

- JEONG HOON (9/5): 전반적으로 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. - 지하철역과 연결되어 있어 연결성이 좋았습니다. 연결된 건물 내에 편의점, 다이소, 식당 등이 있어 식사를 하거나 간단히 쇼핑하기 좋았습니다. 피트니스 센터는 시설이 최신식이라 좋았는데, TV가 나오지는 않았고, Open시간이 7시라 아침에 충분히 이용하고 출근 or 일정을 소화하기에는 다소 어려움이 있는 것 같아 Open시간을 6시 등으로 조금 더 일찍 이용할 수 있게 조정해주면 좋을 것 같습니다. 직원들은 Check-in & Check-out시에만 만날 수 있었는데, 친절하게 모든 사항을 처리해주었습니다. 한 층에 공간이 넓은 것에 비해서 Elevator 구역은 한 구역이라 Elevator에서 먼 방은 거리가 꽤 되었습니다. 욕실 세면대 오른편에 컵 및 어메니티 등의 물건들이 콘센트와 간섭되어 불편했습니다. 드라이기를 사용하기 위해서 콘센트를 연결할 때 컵과 항상 간섭되어 드라이기 사용 시 유리로 된 컵이 깨질 것 같아 이동해야만 했습니다. 미끄럼주의 스티커가 세면대 오른편 콘센트 옆에 부착되어 있었는데, 이 경우 키가 작은 어린 아이들은 볼 수 없는 위치라고 생각됩니다. 미끄럼주의와 같은 안전 안내 사항은 어린이들도 볼 수 있도록 위치를 선정하면 더욱 좋을 것 같았습니다.

- Mira (10/5): Great choice, very centrally located, friendly and modern place! - What a good place, close to the airports, nice rooms, friendly staff and we especially liked the swimming pool. It is a great place to travel to Incheon, take public transport and there are numerous fanstastic restaurants and shops close by. A great option to come back. Be careful that you reserve your slot for the swimming pool beforehand which has been a little bit complicated for us.

- 松山 (8/5): - 仁川空港、金浦空港ともに、電車1本でアクセスできるので、早朝フライトでの出発時には、とても便利だと思います。 同じ鉄道路線上で、ソウル駅に向かうまでの途中駅に、弘大（ホンデ）もあるので、ソウル滞在最終日の宿泊に私はオススメします。 新しい建物のようで、部屋もとても清潔で快適でした。 通常の部屋はシャワーブースのみなので、バス（湯舟）につかりたい人は、部屋を選んだ方がいいかと思います。

- Cheen (9/5): This has been a wonderful stay, almost everything well laid out and thought of. - Location, close to subway station, plenty of food options underneath the hotel as well as close by. Plus the area sound the hotel is secure, quiet, and lots of open spaces. The lighting in the bathroom could be improved to be brighter. Perhaps change the color of the wall and tiles to lighter colors.
- Minjung (8/5): 호캉스하기 좋은 깔끔 신식 호텔 - 새 호텔 느낌. 전반적으로 깔끔하고 방 인테리어도 예쁨. 서울 외곽이지만 마곡 자체가 상권이 좋아서 놀기 좋음. (공항 가기에도 좋음) 코엑스랑 같이 있어서 주차도 편함. 뷰도 뻥 뚫려서 좋았고 침대도 편안했고 스마트티비 있어서 넷플릭스, 유튜브 볼 수 있었서 좋았고 방 안에 테이블과 소파, 1인용 의자까지 있어서 야식 등 즐기기 용이했음. 조식은 가짓수가 별로 없다는 평이 꽤 있었는데 기대 이상이었고 퀄리티도 괜찮아서 만족스러웠음! 가족 단위 이용객이 많은 이유를 알겠는 호텔. 청소 문제인지 아니면 카페트 문제인지 잘 모르겠지만 호텔에 입성한 순간부터 체크아웃 때까지 비염처럼 코 간지럽고 재채기가 나서 힘들었음 (가을 환절기랑 겹쳐서 더 상태가 안 좋았을 수도 있음)
