Gérant tres actif. malheureusement que le service ménage n'est pas assuré vous devez faire le ménage vous meme . Pas de changement de serviettes ou de draps pendant notre séjour proche d'une seule station de bus seulement les lignes c1 et 1 pas de lave-linge chambre un peut petite et non aérée une petite fenêtre a côté de la porte rez-de-chaussée
- María Gema (7/5): Recomendable pero sin cafetera - El apartamento es pequeño pero perfecto para tres personas. La disposición lo hace muy cómodo. No me gustó que no tuviera cafetera, sólo un hervidor de agua. Tuvimos que ir todos los días al bar que está al lado a comprar café para llevar. Por las noches se escucha mucho el bajante pero la calle es muy tranquila. El bar no cierra muy tarde y es una calle peatonal sin salida. Lo demás perfecto.

- A (7/5): convenient and clean - Extremely good beds! Good location close to city center. It can get quite noisy during the day and also at night, since the studio’s front door opens directly onto a small square where there is always activity, such as a terrace and elderly people playing cards. I think it's not suitable for families with small children who need a good sleep.

- Marius (4/5): Ok - It was clean and very close to the center. Keep in mind that this place is situated on the ground floor and there is a cafe-bar just few meters away and a busy street as well, so it can be very noisy day and night. For sure I am not going to stay there again
